面図、第3図は硅素量18%のロータ、カムリン
グを用いたベーン型回転圧縮機の焼付きまでの時
間とベーンのカーボン含有量(重量%)との関係
を示す線図、第4図はベーン側面摩耗量(μ)と
ベーンのカーボン含有量(重量%)との関係を示
す線図、第5図はロータのベーン溝(スリツト)
の摩耗量(μ)とベーンのカーボン含有量(重量
%)との関係を示す線図、第6図は従来のベーン
型回転圧縮機を示す側断面図である。 22……カムリング、23……フロントサイド

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 筒状のカムリングと、このカムリング内に回転
    自在に収納されるロータと、このロータ内に出没
    自在に装着されるベーンと、前記カムリングの前
    後を覆うフロントサイドプレート及びリアサイド
    プレートとを備え、前記カムリング及びロータを
    ケイ素含有量が12〜20重量%の高ケイ素アル
    ミニウム合金で成形し、前記フロント及びリアサ
    イドプレートをアルミニウムまたはアルミニウム
    系材料で成形するとともに、前記ベーンをカーボ
    ンを3〜8重量%含有させた鉄系焼結材で成形し
    たことを特徴とするベーン型回転圧縮機。
