Claims (1)
- カムリングと、このカムリングの両端開口をそ
れぞれ閉塞するサイドブロツクと、これらのサイ
ドブロツク及び前記カムリングにより形成される
シリンダ内に回転自在に収納されたロータと、こ
のロータに回転力を伝える回転軸と、前記ロータ
のベーン溝に出没自在に挿入してあるベーンとを
備え、回転軸を挿通し得る孔が前記サイドブロツ
クに設けてあり、前記回転軸を支持する軸受が金
属リングを介して前記孔に圧入してあり、前記カ
ムリング、前記サイドブロツク、前記ロータ及び
前記ベーンがそれぞれアルミニウムで形成してあ
るベーン型圧縮機において、前記ロータの端面に
接触する接触板と前記金属リングとが鉄系金属で
一体に形成してあり、前記接触板と前記金属リン
グとが前記サイドブロツクに鋳込んであり、前記
ベーンに表面硬化処理が施してあることを特徴と
するベーン型圧縮機。
