Description
本発明において、前記制御ホイールに対する増減圧が形成されるように、前記制御ホイールの入口側バルブをオープンさせるステップにおいて、前記制御ホイールを除いた残りのホイールの入口側バルブはクローズさせることを特徴とする。
本発明において、前記VDC連携制御または前記TCS連携制御の実行条件が解除されると、各ホイールの入口側バルブをオープンさせ、出口側バルブをクローズさせるステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする。

Claims (4)
- マスターシリンダ、該マスターシリンダと結合するモータ、及び、該モータを制御するように構成される制御部を有する車両用制動システムの制御方法であって、
ABS制御、VDC制御およびTCS制御のうちのいずれか1つの実行条件が満足される場合に、前記制御部が各ホイールシリンダの目標圧力を生成するステップと、
前記ABS制御が実行されず、かつ、前記VDC制御または前記TCS制御が実行されると判断された場合、前記制御部が、前記ホイールシリンダのうちの制御ホイールシリンダに対する増減圧が形成されるように、前記制御ホイールシリンダの入口側バルブをオープンし、かつ、前記制御ホイールシリンダを除いた残りのホイールシリンダの入口側バルブをクローズするステップと、
当該車両用制動システムの作動バルブから前記入口側バルブまでの油圧ラインを介して前記制御ホイールシリンダのホイールシリンダ圧力を前記制御部が感知するステップと、
前記制御ホイールシリンダの目標圧力と前記制御ホイールシリンダのホイールシリンダ圧力との圧力差に対応する圧力ゲインを前記制御部が検出するステップと、
前記制御部が、前記の検出された圧力ゲインに応じて、前記シリンダのピストンを移動させるように前記モータを制御して、前記制御ホイールシリンダのホイールシリンダ圧力が前記制御ホイールシリンダの目標圧力に追従するように、前記制御ホイールシリンダに対する増減圧の圧力制御を実行するステップと、
前記VDC制御または前記TCS制御を実行する過程で前記VDC制御または前記TCS制御の実行条件が解除される場合、前記制御部が、前記制御ホイールシリンダのすべての入口側バルブをオープンし、出口側バルブをクローズするステップを含むことを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記圧力ゲインは、
従来型ブレーキシステム(CBS)圧力制御時の全体所要液量に対する前記制御ホイールシリンダの所要液量の大きさに基づいて設定されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。 - マスターシリンダ、該マスターシリンダと結合するモータ、及び、該モータを制御するように構成される制御部を有する車両用制動システムの制御方法であって、
前記制御部が前記車両の各ホイールシリンダの目標圧力を生成するステップと、
前記車両の挙動がVDC制御またはTCS制御の実行条件を満足する場合、前記制御部が、前記ホイールシリンダのうちの制御ホイールシリンダの入口側バルブをオープンし、かつ、前記制御ホイールシリンダを除いた残りのホイールシリンダの入口側バルブをクローズするステップと、
当該車両用制動システムの作動バルブから前記入口側バルブまでの油圧ラインを介して前記制御ホイールシリンダのホイールシリンダ圧力を前記制御部が感知するステップと、
前記制御ホイールの目標圧力と前記制御ホイールシリンダのホイールシリンダ圧力との圧力差に対応する圧力ゲインを前記制御部が検出するステップと、
前記制御ホイールのホイール圧力が前記制御ホイールシリンダの目標圧力を追従するように、前記制御部が前記モータを制御するステップと
前記制御部が、前記の検出された圧力ゲインに応じて、前記シリンダのピストンを移動させるように前記モータを制御して、前記制御ホイールシリンダのホイールシリンダ圧力が前記制御ホイールシリンダの目標圧力に追従するように、前記制御ホイールシリンダに対する増減圧の圧力制御を実行するステップと
前記VDC制御または前記TCS制御を実行する過程で前記VDC制御または前記TCS制御の実行条件が解除される場合、前記制御部が、前記制御ホイールシリンダのすべての入口側バルブをオープンし、出口側バルブをクローズするステップを含むことを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記圧力ゲインは、
従来型ブレーキシステム(CBS)圧力制御時の全体所要液量に対する前記制御ホイールシリンダの所要液量の大きさに基づいて設定されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
