Claims (21)
- バイオマスフィッシャートロプシュ法により得られた合成油からの航空機用ケロシン製造用触媒であって、
20〜50wt%の非晶質ケイ酸アルミニウムと、
5〜20wt%の結合剤としての酸化アルミニウムと、
20〜60wt%の脱アルミニウム水素型ZSM-22ゼオライトと、
0.5〜1.0wt%のセスバニア粉と、
0.5〜5wt%の酸化ニッケルと、
5〜15wt%の酸化モリブデンと
を含む触媒。 - 前記触媒は、
30〜45wt%の非晶質ケイ酸アルミニウムと、
8〜15wt%の結合剤としての酸化アルミニウムと、
25〜50wt%の脱アルミニウム水素型ZSM-22ゼオライトと、
0.6〜0.8wt%のセスバニア粉と、
2.5〜4.5wt%の酸化ニッケルと、
8〜12wt%の酸化モリブデンと
を含む請求項1のバイオマスフィッシャートロプシュ法により得られた合成油からの航空機用ケロシン製造用触媒。 - 前記触媒の比表面積は200〜300m2/g、細孔容積が0.4〜0.8mL/g、4〜10nmの微細孔の分布が合計孔容積の65〜85%を占め、NH3-TPD法を使用して測定される触媒の合計酸性度は0.4〜1.0mmol/gである、請求項1または2のいずれか一項のバイオマスフィッシャートロプシュ法により得られた合成油からの航空機用ケロシン製造用触媒。
- 請求項1のバイオマスフィッシャートロプシュ法により得られた合成油からの航空機用ケロシン製造用触媒の調製方法であって、
1)カリウム型ZSM-22ゼオライトを原料としてNH4NO3溶液に加えてイオン交換を行い、得られたゼオライトを濾過、洗浄、乾燥させる工程と、
2)工程1を2〜3回繰り返し、焼成して水素型ZSM-22ゼオライトを生成する工程と、
3)蒸気を前記水素型ZSM-22ゼオライトに導入して熱水処理を行い、脱アルミニウム改質水素型ZSM-22ゼオライトを生成する工程と、
4)前記脱アルミニウム改質水素型ZSM-22ゼオライトを非晶質ケイ酸アルミニウムと混合し、酸化アルミニウムを結合剤として加え、調節のために希釈硝酸溶液を加え、セスバニア粉を抽出助剤として加え、混合し、練り、圧縮させることにより塊を形成し、前記塊を押し出すことにより細片を形成する工程と、
5)前記細片を乾燥、焼成することにより触媒キャリアを生成する工程と、
6)可溶性モリブデン塩及び可溶性ニッケル塩を混合して水溶液を調製し、前記水溶液を超音波により分散させて、活性浸漬溶液を得る工程と、
7)前記触媒キャリアを前記活性浸漬溶液に浸漬させて、活性成分をキャリアに担持させ、熟成、乾燥、焼成させて触媒生成物を得る工程と
を含む方法。 - 工程1において、前記カリウム型ZSM-22ゼオライトは、SiO2/Al2O3のモル比が20〜160である、請求項4のバイオマスフィッシャートロプシュ法により得られた合成油からの航空機用ケロシン製造用触媒の調製方法。
- 工程1において、前記カリウム型ZSM-22ゼオライトは、SiO2/Al2O3のモル比が30〜100である、請求項4のバイオマスフィッシャートロプシュ法により得られた合成油からの航空機用ケロシン製造用触媒の調製方法。
- 工程1において、前記NH4NO3溶液の濃度は1.0〜2.0mol/Lであり、前記カリウム型ZSM-22ゼオライトはイオン交換のためにNH4NO3溶液に加えられ、前記イオン交換は、60〜110℃の水槽で1〜4時間行われる、請求項4のバイオマスフィッシャートロプシュ法により得られた合成油からの航空機用ケロシン製造用触媒の調製方法。
- 工程1において、前記NH4NO3溶液の濃度は1.0〜1.5mol/Lであり、前記カリウム型ZSM-22ゼオライトはイオン交換のためにNH4NO3溶液に加えられ、前記イオン交換は、80〜100℃の水槽で2〜4時間行われる、請求項4のバイオマスフィッシャートロプシュ法により得られた合成油からの航空機用ケロシン製造用触媒の調製方法。
- 工程3において、前記蒸気による水素型ZSM-22ゼオライトの熱水処理は、温度300〜900℃、圧力0.1〜2.0MPaで、2〜4時間行われる、請求項4のバイオマスフィッシャートロプシュ法により得られた合成油からの航空機用ケロシン製造用触媒の調製方法。
- 工程3において、前記蒸気による水素型ZSM-22ゼオライトの熱水処理は、温度500〜800℃、圧力0.1〜0.5MPaで、2〜3.5時間行われる、請求項4のバイオマスフィッシャートロプシュ法により得られた合成油からの航空機用ケロシン製造用触媒の調製方法。
- 工程4において、前記非晶質ケイ酸アルミニウムは250〜400m2/gの比表面積を有し、SiO2は非晶質ケイ酸アルミニウムの総重量の20〜50wt%を占める、請求項4のバイオマスフィッシャートロプシュ法により得られた合成油からの航空機用ケロシン製造用触媒の調製方法。

- 工程5において、前記細片は80〜120℃で6〜24時間乾燥させられる、請求項4のバイオマスフィッシャートロプシュ法により得られた合成油からの航空機用ケロシン製造用触媒の調製方法。
- 工程5において、前記細片は100〜120℃で6〜12時間乾燥させられる、請求項4のバイオマスフィッシャートロプシュ法により得られた合成油からの航空機用ケロシン製造用触媒の調製方法。
- 工程5において、前記細片は500〜600℃で4〜8時間焼成させられる、請求項4のバイオマスフィッシャートロプシュ法により得られた合成油からの航空機用ケロシン製造用触媒の調製方法。
- 工程5において、前記触媒キャリアは円柱形、三つ葉形、又は四つ葉形を採用する、請求項4のバイオマスフィッシャートロプシュ法により得られた合成油からの航空機用ケロシン製造用触媒の調製方法。
- 工程6において、前記可溶性モリブデン塩は、モリブデン酸アンモニウム又はモリブデン酸ナトリウムであり、前記可溶性ニッケル塩は硝酸ニッケルである、請求項4のバイオマスフィッシャートロプシュ法により得られた合成油からの航空機用ケロシン製造用触媒の調製方法。
- 工程6において、超音波処理の時間は0.5〜1.5時間である、請求項4のバイオマスフィッシャートロプシュ法により得られた合成油からの航空機用ケロシン製造用触媒の調製方法。
- 工程7において、熟成処理は室温で12〜24時間行われ、前記乾燥は100〜120℃で10〜14時間行われ、前記焼成は500〜600℃で4〜8時間行われる、請求項4のバイオマスフィッシャートロプシュ法により得られた合成油からの航空機用ケロシン製造用触媒の調製方法。
- 工程7において、熟成処理は室温で16〜20時間行われ、前記乾燥は110〜120℃で10〜12時間行われ、前記焼成は550〜600℃で4〜6時間行われる、請求項4のバイオマスフィッシャートロプシュ法により得られた合成油からの航空機用ケロシン製造用触媒の調製方法。
