《実施例2》
続いて、実施例2について説明する。実施例2が実施例1と異なる点は、合剤層の端部だけではなく合剤層上にも絶縁層を形成した点である。なお、実施例1と同様の構成については、実施例1で用いた図面番号と同様の図面番号を用いている。また、本実施例ではより安全性に考慮した観点から、負極電極32に絶縁層32cを設けた例を用いて説明する。

Claims (1)
- 電極とセパレータとが捲回された捲回群を有する二次電池の製造方法において、
前記電極は、電極箔上に合剤を塗布して乾燥させ、厚み方向の断面が矩形形状の合剤層を形成させる第一の工程と、
前記合剤層の幅方向端部に、乾燥後の前記合剤層の厚さ以上の厚みになるように絶縁体を塗布して乾燥させる第二の工程と、
前記合剤層及び前記絶縁体を共にプレスする第三の工程を経て作成され、
前記第二の工程の前に、乾燥後の前記合剤層の上に絶縁体を塗布する工程を有することを特徴とする二次電池の製造方法。
