Description
(1)惰性走行前の通常走行状態
(2)第1惰性走行状態
(3)惰性走行から通常走行に復帰させる際の中間状態である復帰中間状態
が定められており、これらの各状態は所定の条件の成立に伴い(1)→(2)→(3)→(1)の順に遷移する。(1)通常走行状態は、エンジン11を運転状態、クラッチ装置16を接続状態(詳しくは、ドライバによるシフト操作位置に応じた状態)にして車両10を走行させる状態である。(2)第1惰性走行状態は、エンジン11を停止状態、クラッチ装置16を遮断状態にして車両10を惰性走行させる状態である。(3)復帰中間状態は、エンジン11やクラッチ装置16を通常運転の状態に移行させる状態である。
・環境条件には、外気温が所定範囲であり、かつ大気圧が所定範囲であることが含まれる。
・車両条件には、車速が所定範囲(例えば40〜120km/h)内であり、路面勾配(傾斜)が所定範囲内であり、電気負荷の駆動量が所定値以下であり、かつ車両システムからの禁止要求がないことが含まれる。
・電源条件には、バッテリ容量が所定範囲内であり、発電中でない(惰性走行中に発電要求が生じる場合を除く)、かつ電源システムからの禁止要求がないことが含まれる。
・エンジン条件には、エンジン冷却水の温度が所定範囲内であり、トラスミッション作動油の温度が所定範囲内であり、かつエンジンシステムからの禁止要求がないことが含まれる。
・ドライバ操作条件には、アクセルオフであり、ブレーキオフであり、シフトレバー位置がDレンジであり、かつ惰性走行モードのモード設定スイッチがオンであることが含まれる。
上記実施形態を例えば次のように変更してもよい。
Claims (3)
- 走行駆動源としてのエンジン(11)と、該エンジンにより駆動される補機(13,15)と、前記エンジンの出力軸(12)に繋がる動力伝達経路に設けられるクラッチ装置(16)と、を備える車両に適用され、
前記車両の惰性走行のための所定の実施条件の成否を判定する条件判定手段と、
前記実施条件が成立する場合に、前記エンジンを停止するとともに前記クラッチ装置を遮断状態にして前記車両を第1惰性走行状態とする第1制御手段と、
前記補機の駆動要求の有無を判定する駆動要求判定手段と、
前記第1惰性走行状態での車両走行中において前記補機の駆動要求が生じたと判定される場合に、前記クラッチ装置を遮断状態にしたまま前記エンジンを始動させて前記車両を第2惰性走行状態とする第2制御手段と、
前記第1惰性走行状態での車両走行中において前記補機の駆動要求が生じたと判定される場合に、その時点で、車両の走行状態が所定の高速走行状態かそれよりも低速の低速走行状態かを判定する走行状態判定手段と、
を備え、
前記第2制御手段は、前記走行状態判定手段により車両走行状態が前記低速走行状態になっていると判定されれば、前記第1惰性走行状態から前記第2惰性走行状態への移行を行わせ、前記高速走行状態になっていると判定されれば、前記第1惰性走行状態から、エンジン動力により走行する通常走行状態に復帰させることを特徴とする車両制御装置。 - 前記補機として前記エンジンの出力軸に駆動連結された発電機(13)を有し、
前記第2制御手段は、前記補機の駆動要求が前記発電機による発電要求である場合に、車両走行状態が前記低速走行状態か前記高速走行状態かに応じて、前記第2惰性走行状態及び前記通常走行状態のいずれかへの状態移行を行わせる請求項1に記載の車両制御装置。 - 前記車両の惰性走行中に、エンジン動力により走行する通常走行状態に復帰させる復帰要求の有無を判定する復帰要求判定手段を有し、
前記第2制御手段は、前記第1惰性走行状態での車両走行中において前記補機の駆動要求と前記通常走行状態への復帰要求とのうち前記補機の駆動要求が先に生じたと判定される場合に前記第2惰性走行状態への移行を行わせ、前記通常走行状態への復帰要求が先に生じたと判定される場合に前記通常走行状態への復帰を行わせる請求項1又は2に記載の車両制御装置。
