前記モータは、前記患者支持体(10)の前記外側端部の一つに取り付けられる、装置。 - 医療方法を行う間、床上方に患者を位置決めするための台装置であって、前記装置は、
a)患者支持構造体(10)の第1外側端部及び第2外側端部にそれぞれ接続される、長手方向軸に沿って互いに離れた第1端部支持体(3)及び第2端部支持体(4)と、
b)前記第1端部支持体(3)と前記患者支持構造体(10)の前記第1外側端部との間、及び前記第2端部支持体(4)と前記患者支持構造体(10)の前記第2外側端部との間の各々に設けられ、前記患者支持構造体(10)の各外側端部のための接続部の上方に位置される回転軸を有する回転組立体(27,27´)と、
c)前記第1及び第2端部支持体(3,4)によって前記床上方に懸架される前記患者支持構造体であって、前記第1外側端部及び第1内側端部を有する第1支持部分(12,14)と、前記第2外側端部及び第2内側端部を有する第2支持部分(12,14)と、を含み、前記第1内側端部と前記第2内側端部は、ヒンジ機構(70,72)を有する関節接続部において共に近接し且つ直接接続される、前記患者支持構造体(10)と、
d)前記第1端部支持体(3)と前記患者支持構造体の前記第1外側端部との間に動作可能に位置決めされる第1角度動作組立体(27,27´)であって、第1ピボットピン(46)を受け入れる第1スロット(50)を有し、前記第1支持部分(12,14)の前記第1外側端部を前記回転組立体に接続する第1並行移動コネクタ(48)を備え、前記患者支持構造体の前記第1外側端部を前記長手方向軸に直交する軸周りに回転可能に支持する第1角度動作組立体(27,27´)と、
e)前記第2端部支持体(4)と前記患者支持構造体の前記第2外側端部との間に動作可能に位置決めされる第2角度動作組立体(27,27´)であって、第2ピボットピン(46)を受け入れる第2スロット(50)を有し、前記第2支持部分(12,14)の前記第2外側端部を前記回転組立体に接続する第2並行移動コネクタ(48)を備え、前記患者支持構造体の前記第2外側端部を前記長手方向軸と直交する軸周りに回転可能に支持する第2角度動作組立体(27,27´)と、
f)前記患者支持構造体(10)の前記外側端部の一つに近接して配置され、前記第2支持部分に対して前記関節接続部回りの前記第1支持部分の角度動作を動作可能に引き起こすモータ(98)と、を有し、
g)前記第1端部支持体(3)の前記床上方の垂直高さが前記第2端部支持体(4)に対して異なるとき、前記第1並行移動コネクタ(48)及び前記第2並行移動コネクタ(48)の少なくとも一つは、前記第1スロット(50)が前記第1ピボットピン(46)に沿ってスライドすること、又は前記第2スロット(50)が前記第2ピボットピン(46)に沿ってスライドすることで、前記長手方向軸の方向において前記第1端部支持体(3)又は前記第2端部支持体(4)のそれぞれに対して近接又は離間するように移動可能である、装置。 - 請求項1に記載された台装置において、
前記角度動作組立体の少なくとも一つは、前記関節接続部回りの前記第1及び第2支持部分(12,14)の角度動作を互いに対して複数の角度方向に動作可能に引き起こすように構成された前記モータ(98)を有する、装置。 - 請求項1に記載された台装置において、
前記第1及び前記第2回転組立体(26,26´)の各々は、並行移動コネクタ(48,48´)のそれぞれに回転可能に結合された並行移動ポスト(40,40´)にそれぞれ取り付けられ、前記並行移動コネクタは、前記患者支持構造体(10)の前記外側端部に回転可能に結合される、装置。 - 請求項1に記載された台装置において、
前記第1端部支持体(3)と前記第2端部支持体(4)との間の距離は固定される、装置。 - 請求項3に記載された装置において、
前記角度動作アセンブリ(27,27´)はピボットピン(46)を有する、装置。 - 請求項1に記載された台装置において、
前記角度動作組立体(27,27´)の少なくとも一つは、前記第1支持部分(12)から前記第2支持部分(14)に延在するケーブル(20)の長さを長く又は短くするように構成されるケーブル駆動体(18)を有し、前記ケーブル駆動体(18)は前記モータ(98)を有する、装置。 - 請求項1に記載された台装置において、前記モータ(98)は、前記患者支持構造体(10)に取り付けられる、装置。
