Description
Claims (4)
- 入力と出力との間に弾性部材を設け、当該弾性部材の周方向の伸縮によってトルク変動を緩和するダンパ部と、過大なトルクが一方から入力された場合にトルク差が所定値を超えた際に入力と出力との間を滑らせ相対的に回動することによって他方への過大なトルクの伝達を制限するリミッタ部と、を備え、
前記リミッタ部は、
回転中心回りに回転可能な第一の部材および第二の部材と、
前記第一の部材と前記第二の部材との間に挟まれた摩擦材と、
前記第一の部材と結合され、錘部と、当該錘部と一体に形成され前記摩擦材を間に挟み前記第一の部材と前記第二の部材とを押し付ける板バネ部と、を有する第三の部材と、を備え、
前記第三の部材は、前記第一の部材に対して前記第二の部材とは反対側に位置する突出部を有し、
前記第一の部材、前記第二の部材、および前記摩擦材が、前記突出部と前記板バネ部とで挟まれている、ダンパ装置。 - 前記錘部の少なくとも一部が、前記第一の部材、前記第二の部材、および前記摩擦材よりも前記回転中心から離れて位置している、請求項1に記載のダンパ装置。
- 前記突出部と前記板バネ部とが、前記回転中心の軸方向の両側からプレスされ、前記第二の部材と前記摩擦材を挟持している、請求項1または2に記載のダンパ装置。
- 複数の前記突出部が、前記回転中心の周方向に間隔をあけて設けられている、請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一つに記載のダンパ装置。
