Description
制御手段は、前記エンジンの始動から前記完爆検出手段によって前記エンジンが完爆した
ことが検出されるまでの時間が長いほど、前記第2の所定時間を長くすることを特徴とす
るハイブリッド車両の制御装置にある。
また本発明の第5の態様は、第1から4の何れか一つの態様のハイブリッド車両の制御装置であって、前記燃料タンクへの給油が行われたことを検出する給油検出手段をさらに有し、前記保護制御手段は、前記給油検出手段によって給油の実行が検出されると、前記触媒保護制御の実行を中止することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置にある。
図1に示すように、本実施形態に係るハイブリッド車両(以下、単に「車両」ともいう)10は、走行用モータ11と、エンジン12とを、走行用の駆動源として備えている。走行用モータ11は、駆動伝達機構13を介して前輪14に伝達される。また走行用モータ11には、インバータ(モータインバータ)15を介して高圧バッテリ16が接続されている。
図4は、実施形態2に係るハイブリッド車両の制御装置のブロック図である。

Claims (5)
- エンジンと走行用モータとを備えると共に、排気通路に排気浄化触媒を備えるハイブリッド車両の制御装置であって、
前記排気通路に設けられて前記エンジンの排気空燃比を検出する排気空燃比検出手段と、
前記排気空燃比検出手段によって検出された排気空燃比がリーンである状態が第1の所定時間以上継続している場合に、燃料タンク内の燃料残量の減少に伴い前記排気空燃比がリーンになっている状態であると判定し、前記エンジンの作動を禁止して前記走行用モータを駆動させる触媒保護制御を実行する保護制御手段と、
を有することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置であって、
前記エンジンの始動時に前記エンジンが完爆したことを検出する完爆検出手段をさらに有し、
前記保護制御手段は、前記完爆検出手段によって前記エンジンが完爆したことが検出されてから第2の所定時間経過後に、前記排気空燃比がリーンである状態が前記第1の所定時間以上継続している場合に、前記触媒保護制御を実行することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項2に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置であって、
前記保護制御手段は、前記エンジンの始動から前記完爆検出手段によって前記エンジンが完爆したことが検出されるまでの時間が長いほど、前記第2の所定時間を長くすることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項2又は3に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置であって、
燃料が燃料配管内に存在しない状態での前記エンジンの始動時の場合、
前記第2の所定時間とは、前記燃料配管に燃料が満たされるまでの時間であることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置であって、
前記燃料タンクへの給油が行われたことを検出する給油検出手段をさらに有し、
前記保護制御手段は、前記給油検出手段によって給油の実行が検出されると、前記触媒保護制御の実行を中止することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
