Abstract
【解決手段】排気空燃比検出手段によって検出された排気空燃比がリーンである状態が第1の所定時間以上継続している場合に、エンジンの作動を禁止して走行用モータを駆動させる触媒保護制御を実行する構成とする。

Description
図1に示すように、本実施形態に係るハイブリッド車両(以下、単に「車両」ともいう)10は、走行用モータ11と、エンジン12とを、走行用の駆動源として備えている。走行用モータ11は、駆動伝達機構13を介して前輪14に伝達される。また走行用モータ11には、インバータ(モータインバータ)15を介して高圧バッテリ16が接続されている。
図4は、実施形態2に係るハイブリッド車両の制御装置のブロック図である。
ものではない。本発明は、その趣旨を逸脱しない範囲で適宜変更が可能なものである。

Claims (4)
- エンジンと走行用モータとを備えると共に、排気通路に排気浄化触媒を備えるハイブリッド車両の制御装置であって、
前記排気通路に設けられて前記エンジンの排気空燃比を検出する排気空燃比検出手段と、
前記排気空燃比検出手段によって検出された排気空燃比がリーンである状態が第1の所定時間以上継続している場合に、前記エンジンの作動を禁止して前記走行用モータを駆動させる触媒保護制御を実行する保護制御手段と、
を有することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記エンジンの始動時に前記エンジンが完爆したことを検出する完爆検出手段をさらに有し、
前記保護制御手段は、前記完爆検出手段によって前記エンジンが完爆したことが検出されてから第2の所定時間経過後に前記触媒保護制御を実行することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項2に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記保護制御手段は、前記エンジンの始動から前記完爆検出手段によって前記エンジンが完爆したことが検出されるまでの時間が長いほど、前記第2の所定時間を長くすることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
燃料タンクへの給油が行われたことを検出する給油検出手段をさらに有し、
前記保護制御手段は、前記給油検出手段によって給油の実行が検出されると、前記触媒保護制御の実行を中止することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
