Claims (3)
- ステータを収容するフレームブッシュ部と、
前記フレームブッシュ部に対してシャフトを回転可能に支持するベアリングと、を備え、
前記シャフトに設けられ、前記ベアリングをベアリング不保持方向から保持するシャフト抜け防止用止め部材を有し、
前記シャフト抜け防止用止め部材は、前記シャフトの外周に設けられたリング状に前記ベアリングを押さえる前記ベアリングの圧入部よりも高い圧入力を有する円筒状の止め輪であることを特徴とするファンモータ。 - 請求項1に記載のファンモータの製造方法であって、
前記ベアリングを前記シャフトに第1の圧入力で圧入する工程と、
前記シャフト抜け防止用止め部材を前記シャフトに前記第1の圧入力よりも大きい第2の圧入力で圧入する工程と
を有することを特徴とするファンモータの製造方法。 - 前記シャフト抜け防止用止め部材は、一部に切れ目が形成されており、圧入後に、リングをかしめて固定することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のファンモータの製造方法。
