Claims (4)
- エンジンから排出される排気ガスの単位時間あたりの流量を調整する調整部と、
外気温又は吸気温を検出する温度検出部によって氷点下の温度が検出され、かつ前回のエンジン運転時間が予め定めた第1時間より短く、かつ加速度、アクセル開度、又はエンジン回転数を表す値を検出する値検出部によって、前記流量を一定量上昇させることで排気管内の水を排水可能な所定範囲の値が検出された場合に、エンジンを始動してから予め定めた第2時間を経過するまで、前記流量が一定量上昇するように前記調整部を制御する制御部と、
を備え、
前記調整部が、エンジン回転数を調整することで前記排気ガスの単位時間あたりの流量を調整し、
前記制御部が、エンジン及びモータジェネレータを走行の駆動源として備えたハイブリッド車の蓄電池の蓄電量が予め定めた閾値以下の場合にエンジンの動力によってモータジェネレータを駆動して前記蓄電池を充電するように蓄電池への充電を制御する充電制御部を含み、前記流量が一定量上昇するように前記調整部を制御することで発生するエンジン回転数の上昇分の動力で前記蓄電池を充電するように前記充電制御部を更に制御するエンジン制御装置。 - 前記充電制御部は、前記蓄電池の蓄電量が予め定めた基準値以上になった場合に前記蓄電池の充電を終了し、前記制御部は、排気ガスの前記流量を調整する場合には、前記基準値を変更して前記充電制御部を制御する請求項1に記載のエンジン制御装置。
- 前記調整部が、エンジン回転数を調整することで前記排気ガスの単位時間あたりの流量を調整し、
前記制御部が、前記調整部を制御することで発生するエンジン回転数の上昇分の動力を消費するように、エンジン回転数の上昇分の動力を消費するための消費部を更に制御する請求項1に記載のエンジン制御装置。 - 排気ガスを浄化する触媒の下流側に設けられ、排気ガスの熱を回収する排気熱回収器を更に備えた請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載のエンジン制御装置。
