Claims (9)
- 振動板とボイスコイルを含む振動システムと、前記ボイスコイルを収容する磁気ギャップを形成する磁路システムとを備える駆動音源と、
受動音源と、
前記駆動音源と前記受動音源を収容して固定する保護フレームと、を備え、
前記振動板の上側と前記保護フレームとの間に前部音響腔を形成し、前記振動板の磁路システムに近接する側と前記保護フレームとの間に後部音響腔を形成するスピーカーモジュールにおいて、
前記駆動音源は側面から音を出す構成で、前記保護フレームの側面に前記前部音響腔とつながる駆動音源の放音孔が設けられ、
対向して設置された二つのパッシブラジエーターを備える前記受動音源が前記後部音響腔内に設置され、二つの前記パッシブラジエーターは並行に設置された構成であり、二つの前記パッシブラジエーターの間は囲まれて一つのキャビティを形成し、前記振動板の磁路システムに近接する側の音波が2分割されて、それぞれ二つの前記パッシブラジエーターの前記キャビティから離れた側に伝送され、前記キャビティ内の音波が押出されて受動音源の放音孔から外部に放出され、
前記振動板は、中心部に設置されたドーム部と、前記ドーム部の縁に位置するエッジ部とを備え、前記エッジ部は、前記磁路システムに近接する側へ凹んだ弧状の構成であり、前記エッジ部と前記保護フレームがつながる部位は前記エッジ部と前記ドーム部がつながる部位より低いことを特徴とするスピーカーモジュール。 - 前記駆動音源の放音孔と前記受動音源の放音孔が互いに離隔された構成で、前記スピーカーモジュールの同じ側面に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスピーカーモジュール。
- 二つの前記パッシブラジエーターの間の前記キャビティと前記受動音源の放音孔との間が音導管で連通され、前記音導管は前記保護フレームにより囲まれて構成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のスピーカーモジュール。
- 前記保護フレームは上筐体と、中間筐体と、下筐体とを備え、前記上筐体と前記中間筐体が前記駆動音源を収容し、前記中間筐体と前記下筐体が前記受動音源を収容し、
前記上筐体の前記振動板に対向する側、前記中間筐体の前記パッシブラジエーターに対向する側、及び前記下筐体の前記パッシブラジエーターに対向する側に射出成形により金属板が設置されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のスピーカーモジュール。 - 前記音導管は前記中間筐体と前記下筐体の結合により形成され、前記中間筐体の前記下筐体に対向する側に結合リブ部が設置され、前記結合リブ部が前記下筐体と結合して前記音導管を形成することを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載のスピーカーモジュール。
- 前記受動音源の放音孔は二つであり、それぞれ前記駆動音源の放音孔の両側に位置し、
前記中間筐体に前記キャビティと前記音導管をつながる開孔が設置され、前記開孔と前記音導管の数はいずれも二つであり、それぞれ二つの前記受動音源の放音孔につながることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のスピーカーモジュール。 - 前記音導管の外側壁の前記駆動音源に対向する部分に射出成形により鋼板が設置され、前記鋼板は二つであり、二つの前記鋼板と前記中間筐体の二つの外側壁が一体化して射出成形することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のスピーカーモジュール。
- 二つの前記パッシブラジエーターは完全に同じ構成であり、二つの前記パッシブラジエーターは、振動板本体部と、前記振動板本体部に結合されたマスとを備え、
前記振動板本体部が熱塑性ポリウレタン材料で構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスピーカーモジュール。 - 前記振動板本体部の上側と下側の中心部にタングステン鋼合金材料のマスが結合されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のスピーカーモジュール。
