扬声器包括振动系统与磁路系统。首先在磁路系统中形成有磁间隙,振动系统利用音圈放置在所述磁间隙中,此时在通电后,音圈会以不同的频率在磁路系统的磁间隙中振动,从而实现了振动系统的振动发声。目前传统的扬声器往往需要将振动系统与磁路系统装设在安装壳体中,安装壳体的上壳体往往会跟随磁路系统发生振动(壳振),同时,扬声器在受到外力时,振动系统与磁路系统在安装壳体内的稳定性也较差。

本发明的目的在于提供一种扬声器,能够改善上壳体的壳振问题,同时保证扬声器的可靠稳定性。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种扬声器,包括:安装壳体以及收容于所述安装壳体内的振动系统及驱动所述振动系统振动发声且具有磁间隙的磁路系统,所述安装壳体的上壳体盖设在所述磁路系统上,所述上壳体朝向所述磁路系统的一面设有第一连接部,所述磁路系统朝向所述上壳体的一面设有第二连接部,所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部固定配合。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第一连接部朝向所述磁路系统的方向凸出设置,所述第二连接部朝向所述上壳体的方向凸出设置,所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部焊接。
在其中一个实施例中,所述上壳体上沿所述上壳体的长度方向间隔设有两个所述第一连接部,所述磁路系统上对应设有两个所述第二连接部,所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部上下对应连接,并且在所述上壳体与所述磁路系统之间围设形成出音通道。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第一连接部与所述磁路系统的一面组装成型,所述第二连接部与所述安装壳体的上壳体组装成型,或所述第一连接部与所述磁路系统的一面一体成型,所述第二连接部与所述安装壳体的上壳体一体成型。
在其中一个实施例中,所述安装壳体还包括下壳体与盆架,所述上壳体与所述下壳体配合形成装配腔,所述盆架固持于所述上壳体与所述下壳体之间,所述振动系统与所述磁路系统位于所述装配腔中,且所述振动系统与所述磁路系统均收容于所述盆架上;所述磁路系统包括磁碗件、磁感组件及固持于所述下壳体的磁轭,所述磁感组件固持于所述磁轭上,所述磁碗件罩设在所述磁感组件上,所述第二连接部设置于所述磁碗件远离所述磁感组件的表面。
在其中一个实施例中,所述磁感组件包括固设于所述磁轭上的主磁钢和围绕所述主磁钢设置的副磁钢,所述主磁钢与所述副磁钢间隔设置形成所述磁间隙,所述磁碗件罩设在所述主磁钢上,且所述磁碗件的周向侧壁均与所述副磁钢贴合抵触。
在其中一个实施例中,所述振动系统包括发声振膜、支撑振膜、音圈与音圈支架,所述音圈套设在所述主磁钢外周且所述音圈位于所述磁间隙中,所述音圈固设于所述音圈支架上,所述发声振膜套设在所述磁碗件的外周,所述发声振膜与所述音圈支架的其中一端面贴合抵触,所述支撑振膜与所述音圈支架远离所述发声振膜的端面贴合抵触。
在其中一个实施例中,所述音圈支架上设有用于与所述音圈连接配合的贴合部,所述贴合部包括第一贴合板与第二贴合板,所述第一贴合板装设在所述音圈支架上,所述第二贴合板装设在所述第一贴合板上,所述第一贴合板与所述第二贴合板呈夹角设置,所述第一贴合板用于与所述音圈的侧面相贴合,所述第二贴合板与所述音圈的端面相贴合。
在其中一个实施例中,所述发声振膜包括连接环、振动内膜与振动外膜,所述振动内膜套设在所述磁碗件的外周,所述振动外膜套设在所述振动内膜的外周且与所述振动内膜间隔设置,所述连接环的其中一面连接所述振动内膜与振动外膜,所述音圈支架与所述连接环远离所述振动内膜与所述振动外膜的一面贴合抵触。
在其中一个实施例中,所述振动系统还包括柔性电路板,所述支撑振膜包括辅助安装板与缓冲振膜,所述柔性电路板与所述音圈电性连接,所述柔性电路板通过所述辅助安装板固设于所述盆架中,且所述柔性电路板与所述音圈支架远离所述发声振膜的端面贴合抵触,所述缓冲振膜与所述柔性电路板背离所述辅助安装板的一面连接。
本发明的有益效果在于:上述扬声器在使用时,可以先将第一连接部装设在上壳体上,将第二连接部装设在磁路系统朝向上壳体的一面。当上壳体与磁路系统盖设配合后,第一连接部与第二连接部连接配合。在第一连接部与第二连接部连接配合时,第一连接部与第二连接部可以通过激光焊点进行连接固定、第一连接部与第二连接部通过胶黏剂进行粘接固定、第一连接部与第二连接部卡接固定等。进一步地,第一连接部可以是通过对上壳体的内表面进行打薄处理得到,第二连接部可以通过对磁路系统朝向上壳体的一面进行打薄处理得到。或者,第一连接部与第二连接部可以是独立部件,即第一连接部可以通过焊接或粘接的方式装设在上壳体的特定位置,第二连接部可以通过焊接或粘接的方式装设在磁路系统的特定位置上。扬声器通过第一连接部与第二连接部实现固定配合,使得上壳体与磁路系统实现了连接配合,当扬声器进行发声时,上壳体能够与磁路系统同步动作,从而有效较低了上壳体的壳振。同时,在扬声器受到外力影响时,通过第一连接部与第二连接部的固定配合,也能够有效保证安装壳体内部部件(例如:磁路系统与振动系统等)的可靠稳定性。

本发明的实施方式
下面结合附图和实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
参阅图1、图2和图4所示(也可参阅图7和图8),在一个实施例中,一种扬声器,包括:安装壳体300以及收容于所述安装壳体300内的振动系统400及驱动所述振动系统400振动发声且具有磁间隙600的磁路系统500,所述安装壳体300的上壳体310盖设在所述磁路系统500上,所述上壳体310朝向所述磁路系统500的一面设有第一连接部100,所述磁路系统500朝向所述上壳体的一面设有第二连接部200,所述第一连接部100与所述第二连接部200固定配合。
上述扬声器在使用时,可以先将第一连接部100装设在上壳体310上,将第二连接部200装设在磁路系统500朝向上壳体310的一面。当上壳体310与磁路系统500盖设配合后,第一连接部100与第二连接部200连接配合。在第一连接部100与第二连接部200连接配合时,第一连接部100与第二连接部200可以通过激光焊点进行连接固定、第一连接部100与第二连接部200通过胶黏剂进行粘接固定、第一连接部100与第二连接部200卡接固定等。进一步地,第一连接部100可以是通过对上壳体310的内表面进行打薄处理得到,第二连接部200可以通过对磁路系统500朝向上壳体310的一面进行打薄处理得到。或者,第一连接部100与第二连接部200可以是独立部件,即第一连接部100可以通过焊接或粘接的方式装设在上壳体310的特定位置,第二连接部200可以通过焊接或粘接的方式装设在磁路系统500的特定位置上。扬声器通过第一连接部100与第二连接部200实现固定配合,使得上壳体310与磁路系统500实现了连接配合,当扬声器进行发声时,上壳体310能够与磁路系统500同步动作,从而有效较低了上壳体310的壳振。同时,在扬声器受到外力影响时,通过第一连接部100与第二连接部200的固定配合,也能够有效保证安装壳体300内部部件(例如:磁路系统500与振动系统400等)的可靠稳定性。
参阅图2和图3,在一个实施例中,所述第一连接部100朝向所述磁路系统500的方向凸出设置,所述第二连接部200朝向所述上壳体310的方向凸出设置,所述第一连接部100与所述第二连接部200焊接。所述上壳体310上沿上壳体310的长度方向间隔设有两个所述第一连接部100,所述磁路系统500上对应设有两个所述第二连接部200,所述第一连接部100与所述第二连接部200上下对应连接,并且在所述上壳体310与所述磁路系统500之间围设形成出音通道501。具体地,上述这种实施方式使得安装壳体300内部产生振动声波可以直接经过出音通道501导出,即能够避免振动声波在安装壳体300内部传播过程中的失真现象,保证了振动声波在传出时的高频性能。
在一个实施例中,所述第一连接部100与所述磁路系统500的一面组装成型,所述第二连接部200与所述安装壳体300的上壳体310组装成型,或所述第一连接部100与所述磁路系统500的一面一体成型,所述第二连接部200与所述安装壳体300的上壳体310一体成型。具体地,第一连接部100与第二连接部200为板体或块体。第一连接部100可以是通过对上壳体310的内表面进行打薄处理得到,第二连接部200可以通过对磁路系统500朝向上壳体310的一面进行打薄处理得到。或者,第一连接部100与第二连接部200可以是独立部件,即第一连接部100通过焊接或粘接的方式装设在上壳体310的特定位置,第二连接部200可以通过焊接或粘接的方式装设在磁路系统500的特定位置上。进一步地,在本实施例中,第一连接部100为两个,两个第一连接部100间隔装设在上壳体310上。第二连接部200为两个,两个第二连接部200间隔装设在磁路系统500上,即两个第一连接部100与两个第二连接部200对应连接固定。上述这种实施方式能够更加有效的保证上壳体310与磁路系统500之间的连接效果。
参阅图2至图4,在一个实施例中,所述安装壳体300还包括下壳体320与盆架330,所述上壳体310与所述下壳体320配合形成装配腔340,所述盆架330固持于所述上壳体310与所述下壳体320之间,所述振动系统400与所述磁路系统500位于所述装配腔340中,且所述振动系统400与所述磁路系统500均收容于所述盆架330上。具体地,上壳体310与下壳体320在拼装时通过盆架330进行对位拼接,从而能够使得安装壳体300的对位安装更加准确。另外,在上壳体310与下壳体320固定后,盆架330位于装配腔340内部,此时盆架330可以为振动系统400的安装提供辅助支撑或辅助定位,即使得振动系统400能够更加稳定地在装配腔340中固定。
参阅图2至图4,在一个实施例中,所述磁路系统500包括磁碗件510、磁感组件520及固持于所述下壳体320的磁轭530,所述磁感组件520固持于所述磁轭530上,所述磁碗件510罩设在所述磁感组件520上,所述磁碗件510上远离所述磁感组件520的表面设有所述第二连接部200。具体地,通过对上壳体310的内侧面(指与磁碗件510相对应的内侧面)进行局部打薄,即在上壳体310上形成了第一连接部100。以及通过对磁碗件510的端面(指与上壳体310内侧面相对应的端面)进行局部打薄,即在磁碗件510上形成了第二连接部200,根据上壳体310与磁碗件510的自身强度或自身体积大小,可以在上壳体310上打薄形成多个第一连接部100以及在磁碗件510上打薄形成多个第二连接部200。
参阅图2至图4,在一个实施例中,所述磁感组件520包括固设于所述磁轭530上的主磁钢521和围绕所述主磁钢521设置的副磁钢522,所述主磁钢521与所述副磁钢522间隔设置形成所述磁间隙600,所述磁碗件510罩设在所述主磁钢521上,且所述磁碗件510的周向侧壁均与所述副磁钢522贴合抵触。可选地,可以在磁轭530上加设加强筋,以增强磁轭530的强度,从而可以有效地防止跌落中出现因磁轭530形变导致的磁路系统500凹陷的问题。进一步地,沿磁碗件510的周向在磁碗件510上间隔设有用于与副磁钢522抵触贴合的多个抵触部511,抵触部511包括连接板5111与抵触板5112,连接板5111的其中一端与磁碗件510相连,连接板5111的另一端与抵触板5112相连,抵触板5112的板面用于与副磁钢522朝向抵触板5112的一面贴合抵触。
参阅图2至图4,在一个实施例中,所述振动系统400包括发声振膜410、支撑振膜420、音圈430与音圈支架440,所述音圈430套设在所述主磁钢521外周且所述音圈430位于所述磁间隙600中,所述音圈430固设于所述音圈支架440上,所述发声振膜410套设在所述磁碗件510的外周,所述发声振膜410与所述音圈支架440的其中一端面贴合抵触,所述支撑振膜420与所述音圈支架440远离所述发声振膜410的端面贴合抵触。具体地,音圈支架440套设在磁碗件510的外部,然后连接部伸入磁间隙600中,并实现连接部与音圈430的贴合抵触。发声振膜410套设在磁碗件510的外部,支撑振膜420固设于盆架330中。盆架330能够固设在上壳体310与下壳体320之间,因此,发声振膜410与支撑振膜420可以借助盆架330在安装壳体300内部实现辅助固定。进一步地,在通电情况下,音圈430首先在磁间隙600中进行振动,同时音圈430能够带动音圈支架440同步振动,音圈支架440会带动发声振膜410与支撑振膜420进行同步振动,即发声振膜410发出振动声波,支撑振膜420对音圈支架440的振动起到支撑缓冲的作用,同时在支撑振膜420的限制下,也能够更加有效的保证音圈支架440按照预设方向进行振动,即避免声音出现失真。
参阅图5和图6,在一个实施例中,所述音圈支架440上设有用于与所述音圈430连接配合的贴合部441,所述贴合部441包括第一贴合板4411与第二贴合板4412,所述第一贴合板4411装设在所述音圈支架440上,所述第二贴合板4412装设在所述第一贴合板4411上,所述第一贴合板4411与所述第二贴合板4412呈夹角设置,所述第一贴合板4411用于与所述音圈430的侧面相贴合,所述第二贴合板4412与所述音圈430的端面相贴合。具体地,通过第一贴合板4411与第二贴合板4412对音圈430相邻的两个面进行贴合抵触。同时,根据音圈430的自身形状,确定第一贴合板4411与第二贴合板4412的夹角度数。因此,上述这种实施方式能够有效保证第一贴合板4411与第二贴合板4412与音圈430充分的贴合抵触。
参阅图2至图4,在一个实施例中,所述发声振膜410包括连接环411、振动内膜412与振动外膜413,所述振动内膜412套设在所述磁碗件510的外周,所述振动外膜413套设在所述振动内膜412的外周且与所述振动内膜412间隔设置,所述连接环411的其中一面连接所述振动内膜412与振动外膜413,所述音圈支架440与所述连接环411远离所述振动内膜412与所述振动外膜413的一面贴合抵触。具体地,通过连接环411对振动内膜412与振动外膜413进行拼接,例如:振动内膜412与振动外膜413能均与连接环411胶黏粘接。同时,根据安装需要连接环411与音圈支架440也可以胶黏粘接。音圈支架440在带动连接环411进行振动时,连接环411能够保证振动内膜412与振动外膜413同步振动,即保证了扬声器的出声效果。这仅仅是其中一种实施方式,例如:根据实际情况,发声振膜410可以采用单膜结构,即仅利用一个振膜与音圈支架440进行抵触,并随音圈支架440的振动进行发声。
参阅图2至图4,在一个实施例中,所述振动系统400还包括限位骨架460,所述限位骨架460套设在所述磁碗件510的外部,所述限位骨架460位于所述振动内膜412与所述磁碗件510之间,且所述限位骨架460与所述振动内膜412相抵触。具体地,考虑到振动内膜412套设在磁碗件510的外部后,振动内膜412与磁碗件510之间会留有安装间隙,将限位骨架460套设在磁碗件510上,使得限位骨架460能够填充该安装间隙。即振动内膜412在振动时与限位骨架460保持抵触,有效保证了振动内膜412在振动时的同心度。
参阅图2至图4,在一个实施例中,所述振动系统400还包括柔性电路板450,所述支撑振膜420包括辅助安装板421与缓冲振膜422,所述柔性电路板450与所述音圈430电性连接,所述柔性电路板450通过所述辅助安装板421固设于所述盆架330中,且所述柔性电路板450与所述音圈支架440远离所述发声振膜410的端面贴合抵触,所述缓冲振膜422与所述柔性电路板450背离所述辅助安装板421的一面连接。具体地,通过柔性电路板450为音圈430进行供电。通过柔性电路板450与缓冲振膜422的协同配合能够对音圈支架440的振动起到更加有效的缓冲效果。同时,通过辅助安装板421对柔性电路板450进行辅助固定,使得柔性电路板450在安装壳体300内部的安装更加稳固。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种扬声器,包括:安装壳体以及收容于所述安装壳体内的振动系统和驱动所述振动系统振动发声且具有磁间隙的磁路系统,所述安装壳体的上壳体盖设在所述磁路系统上,其特征在于,所述上壳体朝向所述磁路系统的一面设有第一连接部,所述磁路系统朝向所述上壳体的一面设有第二连接部,所述上壳体与所述磁路系统通过所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部配合固定连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一连接部朝向所述磁路系统的方向凸出设置,所述第二连接部朝向所述上壳体的方向凸出设置,所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部焊接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述上壳体上沿所述上壳体的长度方向间隔设有两个所述第一连接部,所述磁路系统上对应设有两个所述第二连接部,所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部上下对应连接,并且在所述上壳体与所述磁路系统之间围设形成出音通道。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一连接部与所述磁路系统的一面组装成型,所述第二连接部与所述安装壳体的上壳体组装成型,或所述第一连接部与所述磁路系统的一面一体成型,所述第二连接部与所述安装壳体的上壳体一体成型。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述安装壳体还包括下壳体与盆架,所述上壳体与所述下壳体配合形成装配腔,所述盆架固持于所述上壳体与所述下壳体之间,所述振动系统与所述磁路系统位于所述装配腔中,且所述振动系统与所述磁路系统均收容于所述盆架上;所述磁路系统包括磁碗件、磁感组件及固持于所述下壳体的磁轭,所述磁感组件固持于所述磁轭上,所述磁碗件罩设在所述磁感组件上,所述第二连接部设置于所述磁碗件远离所述磁感组件的表面。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述磁感组件包括固设于所述磁轭上的主磁钢和围绕所述主磁钢设置的副磁钢,所述主磁钢与所述副磁钢间隔设置形成所述磁间隙,所述磁碗件罩设在所述主磁钢上,且所述磁碗件的周向侧壁均与所述副磁钢贴合抵触。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述振动系统包括发声振膜、支撑振膜、音圈与音圈支架,所述音圈套设在所述主磁钢外周且所述音圈位于所述磁间隙中,所述音圈固设于所述音圈支架上,所述发声振膜套设在所述磁碗件的外周,所述发声振膜与所述音圈支架的其中一端面贴合抵触,所述支撑振膜与所述音圈支架远离所述发声振膜的端面贴合抵触。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述音圈支架上设有用于与所述音圈连接配合的贴合部,所述贴合部包括第一贴合板与第二贴合板,所述第一贴合板装设在所述音圈支架上,所述第二贴合板装设在所述第一贴合板上,所述第一贴合板与所述第二贴合板呈夹角设置,所述第一贴合板用于与所述音圈的侧面相贴合,所述第二贴合板与所述音圈的端面相贴合。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述发声振膜包括连接环、振动内膜与振动外膜,所述振动内膜套设在所述磁碗件的外周,所述振动外膜套设在所述振动内膜的外周且与所述振动内膜间隔设置,所述连接环的其中一面连接所述振动内膜与振动外膜,所述音圈支架与所述连接环远离所述振动内膜与所述振动外膜的一面贴合抵触。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述振动系统还包括柔性电路板,所述支撑振膜包括辅助安装板与缓冲振膜,所述柔性电路板与所述音圈电性连接,所述柔性电路板通过所述辅助安装板固设于所述盆架中,且所述柔性电路板与所述音圈支架远离所述发声振膜的端面贴合抵触,所述缓冲振膜与所述柔性电路板背离所述辅助安装板的一面连接。
