如图1和图2所示,是本实用新型实施例提供的一种扬声器,该扬声器包括壳体10、容置于壳体10内部的振动系统20和磁路系统30,壳体10包括固定振动系统20和磁路系统30的盆架12以及盖接于盆架12上的前盖11,振动系统20包括固定于盆架12顶面的振膜21,前盖11上盖接有垫片4,磁路系统30包括装配于盆架12底部的下夹板32。
进一步地,如图2至图4所示,盆架12包括环绕振动系统20以及磁路系统30的环绕部121以及自环绕部121的外圈边缘朝远离振膜21方向延伸的支承部122,环绕部121远离振膜21一侧固定有包覆支承部122四周及下夹板32的后壳5。
具体的,如图6所示,后壳5包括与下夹板32正对的顶壁51、自顶壁51外圈边缘朝靠近下夹板32方向延伸并环绕支承部122的侧壁以及自侧壁52远离顶壁51一端朝靠近振膜21方向延伸的固定部53,固定部53固定在环绕部121上。由于盆架12与下夹板32在装配时难免存在缝隙,而后壳5能够对这些缝隙进行覆盖,把扬声器应用到扬声器箱后,可以防止填充到扬声器箱中的吸音粉料进入扬声器中,从而增大扬声器箱灌装吸音粉料的体积。具体的,固定部53设置在后壳5的长轴侧54上。优选的,后壳5的材质为不锈钢,具有较高的硬度和良好耐腐蚀性能。后壳5的厚度为0.1mm,在整体外形增大0.2mm的情况下增大扬声器箱灌装吸音粉料的体积。
