可以理解的是,与相关技术相比,所述第一凹槽10的设置,起到了藏胶的作用,可以增加所述磁钢22与所述底壁211胶合时胶水的量,同时所述胶水与所述第一凹槽10的底面及侧面接触,加大了接触面积,加强了胶合效果,所述磁钢22与所述底壁211连接后不易脱落。
安装时,向所述第一凹槽10内填入过量的胶水,即所述胶水的量大于所述第一凹槽10的容量,所述磁钢22与所述底壁211压合安装时,过量的胶水从所述第一凹槽10内溢出进入所述第二凹槽20内,此时,所述底壁211与所述磁钢22之间被注入胶水,将所述磁钢22与所述磁轭21压合,所述底壁211与所述磁钢22之间的氧气被排出,所述底壁211与所述磁钢22之间的胶水固化,实现所述磁轭21与所述磁钢22的胶合连接。可以理解的是,所述底壁211与所述磁钢22贴合后,形成密封,阻断氧气进入所述第一凹槽10,此时,所述第一凹槽10内的胶水固化,进一步加强了所述磁轭21与所述磁钢22的连接强度。同时溢出的胶水收容于所述第二凹槽20内,由于氧气的存在,所述第二凹槽20内的胶水不能固化,可通过其他工序去除,不影响所述振动系统2的振动空间。优选的,所述磁钢22在所述上表面2111的正投影的外边缘与所述第二凹槽20的内边缘重合,可以保证过量的胶水能够顺利溢出进入所述第二凹槽20,同时所述第一凹槽10和所述第二凹槽20之间的间隔为0.2-1mm,可以保证较好的密封效果,同时使所述第一凹槽10的横截面积较大,可以容纳更多的胶水。
更进一步的,所述第一凹槽10的深度小于所述第二凹槽20的深度,使得所述第二凹槽20可以容纳较多溢出的胶水。
所述第一凹槽10与所述磁钢22正对且呈矩形状,所述第二凹槽呈20闭合环状,且所述第二凹槽20对称绕设在所述第一凹槽10外周,使得所述磁轭21整体结构呈对称设置,不影响所述扬声器100整体的振动效果。
所述振动系统3用于振动发声,具体的,所述振动系统3包括与所述用于振动发声的振膜31、位于所述振膜31下方并用于驱动所述振膜31振动发声的音圈32以及由所述音圈32延伸的音圈引线33。所述振膜31夹设于所述上盖12与所述盆架11之间,所述音圈32悬置于所述磁间隙内。
所述导电端子4连接所述音圈引线33与外界电源,实现所述音圈32与外界电源的电连接。
所述钢片5与所述盆架11固定并覆盖所述通孔13,所述钢片5上开设有连通所述通孔13与外界的泄漏孔50。所述泄漏孔50破坏了所述内腔封闭,破坏了所述内腔共振条件,减弱了谐振,降低了失真,同时,所述泄漏孔50还可以平衡扬声器内部的气压,从而有效的提高扬声器的声学品质。
与相关技术相比,本实用新型提供的扬声器100中,在磁轭21的底壁211上设置容纳胶水的第一凹槽10,加大了胶合面积,提高了胶合稳定性,避免所述磁钢22的跌落,同时,所述胶水为厌氧胶,过量的胶水由所述第一凹槽10溢出,进入所述第二凹槽20,压合后,所述底壁211与所述磁钢22贴合,形成密封,所述第一凹槽10内的胶水固化,实现所述磁钢22与所述底壁211的连接,溢出的胶水收容于所述第二凹槽20内,不影响所述振动系统3的振动空间。
以上所述的仅是本实用新型的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种扬声器,包括具有收容空间的壳体、收容于所述收容空间内的磁路系统及固持于所述壳体的振动系统,所述磁路系统包括与所述壳体固定连接的磁轭以及组配于所述磁轭的磁钢,所述磁轭包括与所述磁钢连接的底壁,其特征在于,所述底壁包括靠近所述振动系统的上表面及与所述上表面相对设置的下表面,所述上表面朝所述下表面方向凹陷形成有相互间隔设置的第一凹槽和第二凹槽,所述磁钢沿所述振动系统的振动方向在所述上表面的正投影完全覆盖所述第一凹槽,所述第二凹槽设置在所述正投影的范围之外,所述磁钢与所述底壁通过胶水胶合连接,所述胶水收容于所述第一凹槽内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述磁轭还包括自所述底壁的相对两端向靠近所述振动系统方向弯折延伸的侧壁,所述侧壁与所述磁钢间隔设置,所述磁路系统还包括固定在所述磁钢远离所述上表面一侧的极芯。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一凹槽的深度小于所述第二凹槽的深度。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一凹槽与所述磁钢正对且呈矩形状,所述第二凹槽呈闭合环状,且所述第二凹槽对称绕设在所述第一凹槽外周。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述磁钢在所述上表面的正投影的外边缘与第二凹槽的内边缘重合。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一凹槽与所述第二凹槽之间的间隔为0.2-1mm。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述胶水为厌氧胶。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述振动系统包括与所述壳体固定连接并用于振动发生的振膜、位于振膜下方并驱动所述振膜振动的音圈以及自所述音圈延伸的音圈引线,所述磁钢与所述侧壁间隔形成磁间隙,所述音圈悬置于所述磁间隙内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述扬声器还包括导电端子,所述导电端子连接所述音圈引线与外界电源,实现所述音圈与外界电源的电连接。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述振膜靠近所述磁路系统的一侧与所述壳体之间围成内腔,所述壳体贯穿开设有与所述内腔连通的通孔,所述扬声器还包括与所述壳体固定并覆盖所述通孔的钢片,所述钢片上开设有连通所述通孔与外界的泄漏孔。
