扬声器 技术领域
本实用新型涉及电声转换领域,尤其涉及一种扬声器。
背景技术
现有的扬声器包括外壳、振动系统以及磁路系统。磁路系统包括磁碗及收容于磁碗内的磁钢,磁钢收容于磁碗本体内并与磁碗形成磁间隙;振动系统包括振膜与音圈,音圈一端设于磁间隙内,另一端固定于振膜,振膜固定于外壳从而使得音圈悬置于磁间隙中。
技术问题
而相关技术中,外壳包括前盖和盆架,振膜夹设于前盖和盆架之间,前盖与振膜、盆架与振膜之间通过胶合固定,且胶合面一般为平面,如果前盖、盆架、音膜胶合面宽度过小,会降低三者之间的粘结强度,影响产品的防水性能,如果胶合面的宽度过宽,会导致扬声器振动系统的有效辐射面积减小,灵敏度较低。
因而有必要研究一种防水性能好、灵敏度高的新型扬声器。
技术解决方案
本实用新型旨在解决上述存在的技术问题,提供一种防水性能好、灵敏度高的新型扬声器。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供了一种扬声器,其包括具有收容空间的外壳、收容于所述收容空间的磁路系统和振动系统,所述振动系统包括固定于所述外壳的振膜以及连接所述振膜的音圈,所述外壳包括前盖和与所述前盖配合形成所述收容空间的盆架,所述振膜包括位于中间位置的球顶部、围绕所述球顶部的折环部以及围绕所述折环部的固定部,所述盆架包括靠近所述音圈的第一连接壁以及自所述第一连接壁向远离所述收容空间倾斜延伸的第二连接壁,所述前盖包括与所述第一连接壁固定配合的第三连接壁以及与所述第二连接壁固定配合的第四连接壁,所述固定部包括夹设固定于所述第一连接壁和所述第三连接壁之间的第一固定部和夹设固定于所述第二连接壁和所述第四连接壁之间的第二固定部。
优选地,所述第二连接壁自所述第一连接壁向远离所述收容空间且远离所述前盖的方向倾斜延伸。
优选地,所述盆架还包括自所述第二连接壁向远离所述收容空间方向延伸的第五连接壁,所述前盖还包括与所述第五连接壁固定配合的第六连接壁,所述固定部还包括夹设固定于所述第五连接壁和所述第六连接壁之间的第三固定部。
优选地,所述第五连接壁自所述第二连接壁边缘向远离所述收容空间方向水平延伸。
优选地,所述固定部还包括连接所述第一固定部和所述折环部的连接部。
有益效果
与相关技术相比,本实用新型提供的扬声器的前盖和盆架上设置了斜面结构用于固定振膜,有效增大了前盖、盆架与振膜之间的胶合面积,增加了粘接强度从而提高产品的防水性能,且该结构将前盖、盆架与振膜的接触面宽度设置的更窄,增大了扬声器振动系统的有效辐射面积,提高了振动灵敏度,提升扬声器的振动性能。

本发明的实施方式
下面结合图1至图8对本实用新型作详细描述。
如图1至图2所示,为本实用新型的扬声器100,其包括具有收容空间200的外壳1、收容于收容空间200的磁路系统2和振动系统3。
外壳1包括前盖11和与前盖11配合形成收容空间200的盆架12。盆架12包括靠近收容空间200的第一连接壁121以及自第一连接壁121向远离收容空间200倾斜延伸的第二连接壁122,前盖11包括与第一连接壁121固定配合的第三连接壁111以及与第二连接壁122固定配合的第四连接壁112;在本实施例中,第二连接壁122自第一连接壁121向远离收容空间200且远离前盖11的方向倾斜延伸;在其他实施例中,第二连接壁122也可自第一连接壁121向远离收容空间200且靠近前盖11的方向倾斜延伸。
磁路系统2包括固定于外壳1的磁碗21、收容于磁碗21内的磁钢22以及设置于磁钢22上方的极芯23,具体的,磁碗21固定于盆架12;磁钢22包括主磁钢221和设置于主磁钢221两侧的副磁钢222。
如图2和图3所示,振动系统3包括固定于外壳1的振膜31、驱动振膜31振动发声的音圈32以及设于振膜31上的球顶33。振膜31包括位于中间位置的球顶部311、围绕球顶部311的折环部312以及围绕折环部312的固定部313,固定部313夹设于前盖11和盆架12之间。
从图3-图8中可以看出,固定部313包括夹设固定于第一连接壁121和第三连接壁111之间的第一固定部3131和夹设固定于第二连接壁122和第四连接壁112之间的第二固定部3132,在本实施例中,盆架12还包括自第二连接壁122向远离收容空间200方向延伸的第五连接壁123,前盖11还包括与第五连接壁123固定配合的第六连接壁113,固定部313还包括夹设固定于第五连接壁123和第六连接壁113之间的第三固定部3133。在本实施例中,第五连接壁123自第二连接壁122边缘向远离收容空间200方向水平延伸;在其他实施例中,第五连接壁123自第二连接壁122边缘向远离收容空间200方向倾斜延伸。该结构可以增大振膜与盆架和外壳之间的接触面积,增强了粘接强度从而提高产品的防水性能,阻止外界水分进入扬声器腔体内影响发声性能。
在本实施例中,前盖11包括位于中间位置的主体部11a和与主体部11a固定配合的周边部11b,主体部11a上开设有出声孔11c。
具体的,固定部313还包括连接折环部312和第一固定部3131的连接部314,使得振膜31的折环部312和夹设固定于外壳1的固定结构之间间隔设置,保证振膜31能够稳定振动,且具有较大的振幅。
本实用新型提供的扬声器的前盖和盆架上设置斜面结构用于固定振膜,有效增大了前盖、盆架与振膜之间的胶合面积,增加了粘接强度从而提高产品的防水性能,且该结构将前盖、盆架与振膜的接触面宽度设置的更窄,增大了扬声器振动系统的有效辐射面积,提高了振动灵敏度,提升扬声器的振动性能。
以上所述的仅是本实用新型的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本实用新型的保护范围。

  1. 一种扬声器,其包括具有收容空间的外壳、收容于所述收容空间的磁路系统和振动系统,所述振动系统包括固定于所述外壳的振膜以及连接所述振膜的音圈,所述外壳包括前盖和与所述前盖配合形成所述收容空间的盆架,所述振膜包括位于中间位置的球顶部、围绕所述球顶部的折环部以及围绕所述折环部的固定部,其特征在于,所述盆架包括靠近所述音圈的第一连接壁以及自所述第一连接壁向远离所述收容空间倾斜延伸的第二连接壁,所述前盖包括与所述第一连接壁固定配合的第三连接壁以及与所述第二连接壁固定配合的第四连接壁,所述固定部包括夹设固定于所述第一连接壁和所述第三连接壁之间的第一固定部和夹设固定于所述第二连接壁和所述第四连接壁之间的第二固定部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述第二连接壁自所述第一连接壁向远离所述收容空间且远离所述前盖的方向倾斜延伸。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述盆架还包括自所述第二连接壁向远离所述收容空间方向延伸的第五连接壁,所述前盖还包括与所述第五连接壁固定配合的第六连接壁,所述固定部还包括夹设固定于所述第五连接壁和所述第六连接壁之间的第三固定部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述第五连接壁自所述第二连接壁边缘向远离所述收容空间方向水平延伸。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述固定部还包括连接所述第一固定部和所述折环部的连接部。
