背景技术
随着移动互联网时代的到来,智能移动设备的数量不断上升。而在众多移动设备之中,手机无疑是最常见、最便携的移动终端设备。目前,手机的功能极其多样,其中之一便是高品质的音乐功能,因此,用于播放声音的扬声器被大量应用到现在的智能移动设备之中。
相关技术中的扬声器包括盆架、振动系统及磁路系统,振动系统包括固持于盆架的振膜、驱动振膜振动发声的音圈以及弹性支撑件,弹性支撑件的一端相对盆架固定,其另一端通过骨架与振膜连接,弹性支撑件包括柔性电路板及辅助振膜,柔性电路板包括相对盆架固定的第一固定部、与第一固定部间隔设置的第二固定部及连接第一固定部和第二固定部的形变部,辅助振膜包括相对盆架固定的固持部以及自固持部向内依次延伸形成的折环部和结合部。其中,第二固定部和结合部通过胶合的方式堆叠于骨架远离振膜的一侧。然而,这种骨架、第二固定部及结合部三者堆叠的结构一方面不利于降低扬声器沿振动方向的厚度,另一方面,在扬声器沿振动方向的厚度一定的情况下,不利于提高振动系统的振幅。

所述副磁部55包括沿振动方向X间隔设置的第三磁体551和第四磁体553以及夹设于所述第三磁体551和所述第四磁体553之间的副极芯555。所述副极芯555和所述主极芯535位于同一水平面上。
其中,所述磁轭51、所述主极芯535及所述副极芯555由导磁材料制成。通过所述磁轭51、所述主极芯535及所述副极芯555的导磁作用,可以有效增加所述磁间隙5A内的磁通量,从而可以提高扬声器的灵敏度。
所述第一磁体531、所述第二磁体533、第三磁体551及所述第四磁体553可以为磁钢,也可以为天然磁石。在本实施方式中,优选地,所述第一磁体531、所述第二磁体533、第三磁体551及所述第四磁体553均为磁钢。
可以理解的是,在其他实施方式中,所述主磁部53和所述副磁部55的结构并不局限于此。例如,所述主磁部53和所述副磁部55也均可以由一个磁钢构成。
所述振动系统3包括固持于所述盆架1的振膜31、插入所述磁间隙5A内并驱动所述振膜31振动发声的音圈33以及弹性支撑件35,所述弹性支撑件35的一端相对所述盆架1固定,其另一端通过骨架7与所述振膜31连接。当所述音圈33通电后,所述音圈33会在所述磁路系统5磁场的作用下振动,与此同时,所述音圈33会驱动所述振膜31一同振动,而所述振膜31振动时会带动所述弹性支撑件35一同振动。
在本实施例中,所述磁路系统5朝向所述振膜31的一侧与所述振膜31连接。这样可以在部改变扬声器厚度的情况下,设计更高的磁路系统,从而提高产品的BL值 (力电耦合系数)以增加产品的灵敏度。
如图1、图6及图7所示,所述振膜31具有切中孔31A,且所述振膜31的内周缘上固设有覆盖所述切中孔31A的盖板31B。所述振膜31的内周缘固定在所述盖板31B和所述副磁部55之间,所述主磁部53与所述盖板31B固定。可以理解的是,在其他实施方式中,所述磁路系统5与所述振膜31的连接也可以设置成所述盖板固定在所述振膜的内周缘和所述副磁部之间,所述主磁部与所述盖板固定。
在本实施方式中,优选地,所述盖板31B由导磁材料制成。通过所述盖板31B的导磁作用可以有效增加所述磁间隙5A内的磁通量,从而可以提高扬声器的灵敏度。
如图1和图6所示,所述振膜31包括第一膜体311、环绕所述第一膜体311设置的第二膜体313及连接所述第一膜体311和所述第二膜体313的球顶315,所述第一膜体311的内周缘围合形成所述切中孔31A,所述第二膜体313的外周缘固持于所述盆架1上,所述骨架7与所述球顶315连接。
如图1、图6及图7所示,所述弹性支撑件35设有两个,且两个所述弹性支撑件35沿所述音圈33的长轴边间隔设置。通过设置所述弹性支撑件35可以限制所述音圈33沿长轴方向的摇摆,改善所述扬声器的纯音效果,尤其是对于超大振幅的扬声器,效果更加明显。
所述弹性支撑件35包括柔性电路板37及辅助振膜39。
所述柔性电路板37包括相对所述盆架1固定的第一固定部371、与所述第一固定部371间隔设置的第二固定部373及连接所述第一固定部371和所述第二固定部373的形变部375。
其中,所述第一固定部371上形成有与外部电路电连接的第一焊盘37A,所述第二固定部373朝向所述第二连接部73的一侧上形成有与所述音圈33电连接的第二焊盘37B。
在本实施方式中,优选地,仅一个所述弹性支撑件35的柔性电路板37与所述音圈33电连接。这样可以减少焊接封线工序。更进一步优选地,当仅一个所述弹性支撑件35的柔性电路板37与所述音圈33电连接时,另一个所述柔性电路板还可以替换为由柔性电路板的基材材料制成或由其他材料制成的非导电板,这样可以降低了电路板的使用成本。
所述辅助振膜39包括相对所述盆架1固定的固持部391以及自所述固持部391向内依次延伸形成的折环部393和结合部395,所述结合部395环绕所述磁路系统5。
所述结合部395和所述第二固定部373均固定于所述骨架7远离所述振膜31一侧的表面,且所述第二固定部373位于所述结合部395和所述音圈33之间。其中,所述结合部395和所述第二固定部373与所述骨架7的固定通常采用胶合的方式固定。
可以理解的是,为了使所述结合部395和所述第二固定部373均能固定于所述骨架7远离所述振膜31一侧的表面,所述骨架7用于固定所述结合部395和所述第二固定部373的部位相对于相关技术中的骨架,需要进行加宽处理,以使得所述骨架7远离所述振膜31一侧的表面具有足够的面积与所述结合部395和所述第二固定部373固定。具体地,所述骨架7成型时,需要所述骨架7的后续的所述第二连接部73进行加宽处理。
如图6和图7所示,所述折环部393的开口朝向所述振膜31,所述磁轭51上凹陷形成有凹槽51A,所述折环部393在所述磁轭51上的正投影位于所述凹槽51A内,从而使得所述辅助振膜39振动时,所述凹槽51A可避让所述辅助振膜39。
在本实施方式中,所述盆架1内固持有环绕所述骨架7设置的夹板8,所述夹板8位于所述磁轭51和所述振膜31之间,所述第一固定部371和所述固持部391固定于所述夹板8沿所述振动方向X的一侧上,且所述辅助振膜39位于所述第一固定部371和所述第二固定部373之间,其中,所述夹板8上贯穿设有避让所述形变部375的避让口81。
如图6和图7所示,所述第一固定部371和所述固持部391固定于所述夹板8朝向所述磁轭51的一侧上,所述第一焊盘37A位于所述第一固定部371远离所述夹板8的一侧,从而便于所述第一焊盘37A与外部电路电连接。
在本实施方式中,优选地,所述第二固定部373和所述形变部375在所述磁轭51上的正投影位于所述凹槽51A内。这样可以有效避免扬声器振动过程中出现所述第二固定部373和所述形变部375与所述磁轭51发生碰撞的风险。
所述骨架7包括与所述振膜31连接的第一连接部71、与所述结合部395和所述第二固定部373连接的第二连接部73、连接所述第一连接部71和所述第二连接部73的第三连接部75以及与所述音圈33连接的连接筋77,所述连接筋77与所述第二连接部73连接,所述磁路系统5的所述避让槽5B避让所述连接筋77。为了便于所述第二焊盘37B与所述音圈33焊接,所述第二连接部73上开设有使所述第二焊盘37B外露的窗口79。
如图1、图2及图7所示,沿所述音圈33的长轴方向设有两个所述连接筋77。可以理解的是,在其他实施方式中,沿所述盆架1的短轴方向也可以设置两个所述连接筋77。
可以理解的是,在其他实施例中,所述骨架7还可以不包括所述连接筋,所述音圈33直接连接在所述振膜31上,且所述振膜31与所述磁路系统5间隔设置,以便给所述振膜31预留充足的振动空间,相应的,所述磁路系统5可以不设置避让所述避让槽。
与相关技术相比,本发明的扬声器通过将所述结合部395和所述第二固定部373均固定于所述骨架7远离所述振膜31一侧的表面,可以节省辅助振膜及一层胶合层的厚度空间,从而可以有效降低扬声器沿振动方向的厚度,或者,在扬声器沿振动方向的厚度一定的情况下,可以提高振动系统的振幅,以提高扬声器的声学性能。
以上所述的仅是本发明的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种扬声器,包括盆架以及收容于所述盆架内的振动系统及驱动所述振动系统振动发声的磁路系统,所述振动系统包括固持于所述盆架的振膜、驱动所述振膜振动发声的音圈以及弹性支撑件,所述弹性支撑件的一端相对所述盆架固定,其另一端通过骨架与所述振膜连接,所述弹性支撑件包括柔性电路板及辅助振膜,所述柔性电路板包括相对所述盆架固定的第一固定部、与所述第一固定部间隔设置的第二固定部及连接所述第一固定部和所述第二固定部的形变部,所述辅助振膜包括相对所述盆架固定的固持部以及自所述固持部向内依次延伸形成的折环部和结合部,所述结合部环绕所述磁路系统,其特征在于,所述结合部和所述第二固定部均固定于所述骨架远离所述振膜一侧的表面,且所述第二固定部位于所述结合部和所述音圈之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述折环部的开口朝向所述振膜,所述磁路系统具有固持于所述盆架的磁轭,所述磁轭上凹陷形成有凹槽,所述折环部在所述磁轭上的正投影位于所述凹槽内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述盆架内固持有环绕所述骨架设置的夹板,所述夹板位于所述磁轭和所述振膜之间,所述第一固定部和所述固持部固定于所述夹板沿所述振动方向的一侧上,且所述辅助振膜位于所述第一固定部和所述第二固定部之间,其中,所述夹板上贯穿设有避让所述形变部的避让口。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第二固定部和所述形变部在所述磁轭上的正投影位于所述凹槽内。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述骨架包括与所述振膜连接的第一连接部、与所述结合部和所述第二固定部连接的第二连接部及连接所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部的第三连接部。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一固定部上形成有与外部电路电连接的第一焊盘,所述第二固定部朝向所述第二连接部的一侧上形成有与所述音圈电连接的第二焊盘,且所述第二连接部上开设有使所述第二焊盘外露的窗口。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述骨架还包括与所述音圈连接的连接筋,所述连接筋与所述第二连接部连接,所述磁路系统还具有避让所述连接筋的避让槽。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述磁路系统朝向所述振膜的一侧与所述振膜连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述振膜具有切中孔,且所述振膜的内周缘上固设有覆盖所述切中孔的盖板。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述磁路系统包括固持于所述盆架的磁轭以及固设于所述磁轭上的主磁部和多个副磁部,多个所述副磁部与所述主磁部间隔设置形成磁间隙,所述音圈插入所述磁间隙内,相邻两所述副磁部之间形成所述避让槽,所述振膜的内周缘固定在所述盖板和所述副磁部之间,所述主磁部与所述盖板固定。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述盖板为由导磁材料制成的盖板。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述振膜包括第一膜体、环绕所述第一膜体设置的第二膜体及连接所述第一膜体和所述第二膜体的球顶,所述第一膜体的内周缘围合形成所述切中孔,所述第二膜体的外周缘固定于所述盆架,所述骨架与所述球顶连接。
