所述盆架21用于支撑所述振动系统22和所述磁路系统23,其包括盆架体211和自所述盆架体211靠近所述磁路系统23的一端伸出的多个间隔设置的延伸臂212,所述延伸臂212远离所述盆架体211的一端设有第四斜面213。所述中框24固定于所述盆架体211,所述磁路系统23与所述延伸臂212连接,所述透气隔离件30包围所述延伸臂212。
所述振动系统22包括固定于所述盆架体211的振膜221、插设于所述磁间隙236以驱动所述振膜221振动发声的音圈222以及固定于所述盆架体211并与所述振膜221相对且间隔设置的弹性支撑件23。所述振膜221包括折环2211、自所述折环2211的两侧延伸出的第二固定部2212和振动部2213以及固定于所述振动部2213的球顶2214,所述音圈222包括音圈骨架2221和音圈绕线柱2222,所述音圈骨架2221与所述振动部2213连接,所述音圈骨架2221远离所述振动部2213的一端与所述音圈绕线柱2222连接,所述音圈绕线柱2222与所述弹性支撑件223连接,所述弹性支撑件223与所述盆架本体211和所述中框24连接。可选地,所述弹性连接件223为柔性电路板,所述弹性连接件223还与所述音圈绕线柱2222电性连接。
所述磁路系统23包括与所述盆架本体211固定连接的磁轭231、设于所述磁轭231上的主磁钢232和多个副磁钢233、盖设于所述主磁钢232上的主极芯234、与所述盆架本体211连接的上夹板235,所述磁轭231与所述盆架21间隔形成所述连通部26。所述多个副磁钢233与所述主磁钢232间隔设置形成所述磁间隙236。所述上夹板235包括固定于所述盆架211的环形部2351和设于所述环形部2351上的多个副极芯2352,所述环形部2351与所述盆架本体211连接,所述多个副极芯2352与所述多个副磁钢233远离所述磁轭231的一端贴合。所述磁轭231包括第一倾斜面2312、远离所述振动系统22的并与所述第一倾斜面2312连接的第一端面2311以及设于所述第一倾斜面2312且间隔设置的多个固定槽2313,所述磁轭231安装于所述安装孔122,所述第一倾斜面2312与所述下盖12的所述孔壁123接合形成所述密封槽50,所述密封胶60连接所述第一倾斜面2312和所述孔壁123。所述盆架21的多个所述延伸臂211分别安装于多个所述固定槽2313中,所述第四斜面213与所述第一倾斜面2312连接且共面。所述第一端面2311与所述第三端面1211均为平面且相互平行,所述第一端面2311比所述第三端面1211更靠近所述上盖11。
所述透气隔离件30包括罩体31和自所述罩体31的两端延伸的第一固定部32和套接部33,所述第一固定部32与所述弹性支撑件223远离所述中框24的一端连接,并通过所述弹性支撑件223和所述中框24与所述盆架21连接。所述罩体31环绕所述发声单体20周侧设置且完全覆盖所述连通部26,并包围所述主磁钢232和所述多个副磁钢233,所述套接部33套设并紧贴于所述磁轭231的所述第一倾斜面2312,所述第一倾斜面2312、所述套接部33与所述孔壁123接合形成所述密封槽50。
具体地,所述套接部33包括与所述第一端面2311平行的第二端面331和与所述第二端面331连接的第二斜面332,所述第一端面2311、所述第一倾斜面2312、所述第二端面以2351及所述第二斜面332呈阶梯状设置,且所述第一倾斜面2312与所述第二端面2351的夹角为锐角,所述第一端面2311、所述第一倾斜面2312、所述第二端面2351以及所述第二斜面2352与所述孔壁123的所述第三斜面和1231所述竖直面1232间隔设置,以形成所述密封槽50。其中,所述第三斜面1231和所述竖直面1232的连接处与所述第二斜面相对2352,且所述竖直面1232与所述第二斜面2352的间距朝远离所述上盖11的方向逐渐增大形成类似喇叭口状的密封槽50。另外,由于所述密封槽50包括多个斜面(2312、332、1231),使得所述密封槽50与所述密封胶60的接触面积增加,从而提高了所述密封槽50与所述密封胶60粘接的牢固性。
与相关技术相比,本发明提供的上述扬声器箱先通过透气隔离件包覆所述发声单体,然后将所述发声单体与所述下盖封装固定。具体的,所述磁轭包括第一倾斜面,所述透气隔离件的套接部套设并紧贴于所述第一倾斜面,所述第一倾斜面、所述套接部与所述下盖的所述孔壁接合形成所述密封槽,所述密封胶填充于所述密封槽,保证透气隔离件、发声单体和下盖的稳定封装,有效的利用了所述后腔的体积。
以上所述的仅是本发明的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种扬声器箱,其包括具有收容空间的外壳、收容于所述外壳的所述收容空间内的发声单体和收容于所述收容空间内并罩设于所述发声单体的透气隔离件,所述发声单体和所述透气隔离件共同将所述收容空间分隔成前腔和后腔;所述外壳包括上盖和下盖,所述发声单体固定于所述下盖,其包括固定于外壳的盆架、固定于所述盆架的振动系统以及驱动所述振动系统振动发声的磁路系统,所述磁路系统包括固定于所述下盖的磁轭,所述下盖包括底壁、设于所述底壁上的安装孔以及围合形成所述安装孔的孔壁,所述磁轭安装于所述安装孔并外露于所述收容空间,所述后腔内填充吸音颗粒,所述透气隔离件将所述吸音颗粒封装于所述后腔内,其特征在于,所述发声单体具有内腔,所述盆架与所述磁轭间隔形成连通部,所述内腔依次经所述连通部及所述透气隔离件与所述后腔连通,所述透气隔离件包括罩体和自所述罩体的两端延伸的第一固定部和套接部,所述第一固定部与所述盆架连接,所述罩体环绕所述发声单体周侧设置且完全覆盖所述连通部,所述套接部套设并紧贴于所述磁轭,所述磁轭包括第一倾斜面,所述套接部套设并紧贴于所述第一倾斜面,所述第一倾斜面、所述套接部与所述孔壁接合形成所述密封槽,所述扬声器箱还包括密封胶,所述密封胶填充于所述密封槽并连接所述发声单体、所述透气隔离件和所述孔壁。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述磁轭还包括远离所述振动系统的并与所述第一倾斜面连接的第一端面,所述套接部包括与所述第一端面平行的第二端面和与所述第二端面连接的第二斜面,所述第一端面、所述第一倾斜面、所述第二端面以及所述第二斜面呈阶梯状设置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述第一倾斜面与所述第二端面的夹角为锐角。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的扬声器箱,所述下盖的底壁包括远离所述上盖并与所述第一端面平行的第三端面,所述孔壁包括与所述发声单体相对的第三斜面和竖直面,所述第三端面、所述第三斜面和所述竖直面依次连接,所述第一端面比所述第三端面更靠近所述上盖,所述第三斜面与所述竖直面的连接处与所述第二斜面相对。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述磁轭还包括设于所述第一倾斜面且间隔设置的多个固定槽,所述盆架包括盆架体和自所述盆架体靠近所述磁轭的一端伸出的多个间隔设置的延伸臂,多个所述延伸臂分别安装于多个所述固定槽中,所述罩体包围所述延伸臂,所述延伸臂远离所述盆架体的一端设有第四斜面,所述第四斜面与所述第一倾斜面连接且共面。
