Description

扬声器箱 技术领域
本实用新型涉及涉及声电领域,尤其涉及一种扬声器箱。
背景技术
随着电子信息技术的快速发展,越来越多的电子产品使用扬声器箱作为其发声部件,例如手机,笔记本电脑等。为了适应市场需求,扬声器箱的发展也相应加快。
技术问题
现有技术的扬声器箱包括壳体、与所述壳体组合的盖体、以及置于所述第一腔体内的发声单体;相关技术中,在壳体与盖体组装形成腔体后,为了提升性能,一般在腔体内设计相应的封装区域用于灌装吸音材料,无法高效利用收容空间的体积,且灌装效率低。
因此,有必要提供一种新的扬声器箱解决上述技术问题。
技术解决方案
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种高效利用收容空间体积并可实现对吸音材料高效率灌装的扬声器箱。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:该扬声器箱包括包括具有收容空间的壳体、与所述壳体组合装配的盖体以及收容于所述收容空间的发声单体;所述发声单体包括盆架、置于盆架内且具有磁轭的磁路系统和具有振膜的振动系统;所述壳体朝向所述收容空间凸出形成具有安装平面的间隔件,所述间隔件与所述壳体围设形成第一腔体,所述第一腔体内设有自所述间隔件向所述第一腔体延伸的支撑台阶,所述发声单体置于所述支撑台阶;所述发声单体还包括环设于所述盆架的柔性电路板以及固设于所述柔性电路板远离所述安装平面一侧呈环状的透气隔离件,所述柔性电路板包括环设于所述盆架的环状框架以及设置于所述环状框架与所述安装平面连接处的加厚部,所述加厚部与所述安装平面密封相连;所述透气隔离件包括与所述环状框架相连的第一侧端和与所述第一侧端相对并与所述磁轭固定连接的第二侧端以及连接第一侧端和第二侧端并围绕所述磁路系统的第一侧壁;所述透气隔离件与所述磁轭、壳体以及盖体之间形成第二腔体,所述第二腔体内填充吸音材料。
优选地,所述柔性电路板还包括与所述环状框架相连并置于所述环状框架内的电接触端子以及自所述环状框架向远离所述磁路系统延伸的电连接部。
优选地,所述振动系统还包括驱动振膜振动的音圈,所述电接触端子与所述音圈电连接。
优选地,所述透气隔离件的第二侧端环绕所述磁轭并与所述磁轭远离所述盆架一侧相连。
优选地,所述透气隔离件为网状结构。
优选地,所述透气隔离件为立体网布。
优选地,所述磁路系统还包括导磁件,所述导磁件置于所述盆架内,所述导磁件靠近所述盆架一侧且面向所述电接触端子的部分端面与所述盆架面向所述电接触端子的端面平齐。
优选地,所述振膜与所述壳体之间形成的发声前腔,所述壳体包括与所述振膜平行的底壁和自底部延伸而出的侧壁,在所述侧壁上设有与所述发声前腔导通的出声孔。
有益效果
本实用新型的有益效果在于:本实用新型在柔性电路板的环状框架设置加厚部与安装平面密封相连,并设置透气隔离件与磁轭、壳体、盖体形成第二腔体填充吸音材料,可以高效利用扬声器箱的收容空间的体积,并实现对吸音材料的高效率灌装。

本实施例提供了一种扬声器箱100。如图1-4所示,扬声器箱100包括壳体1、盖体2、发声单体3。
具体地,如图1-3所示,壳体1包括底壁11、侧壁12、收容空间13、间隔件14。底壁11与球顶3312平行,侧壁12自底部延伸而出且侧壁12上设有与发声前腔1313相导通的出声孔121使发声前腔1313与外界相通,如图4所示。间隔件14自壳体1朝向收容空间13凸出形成,间隔件14与壳体1围设形成第一腔体131。第一腔体131内还设有自所述间隔件14向第一腔体延伸的支撑台阶1311,间隔件14设有安装平面141,安装平面141与加厚部3411密封相连,发声单体3置于支撑台阶1311上,且支撑台阶1311与发声单体3的振膜331抵接。
如图1-3结合图5所示,盖体2与壳体1组合装配在一起将收容空间13与外界环境分隔。
如图1-3所示,发声单体3包括盆架31、磁路系统32、振动系统33、柔性电路板34和透气隔离件35,发声单体3收容于收容空间13内,本实施例中,磁路系统32和振动系统33置于盆架31内,盆架31和振动系统33的一部分置于第一腔体131内。
具体地,如图3所示,盆架31面向电接触端子342的端面与导磁件323靠近所述盆架一侧且面向电接触端子342的端面平齐,且柔性电路板34的电接触端子342置于所述盆架31和导磁件323面向柔性电路板34一侧的部分端面上。
磁路系统32包括磁轭321、磁钢组件322、导磁件323和极芯324,导磁件323置于盆架31内,极芯324置于导磁件323的中心区域,磁钢组件322置于导磁件323和极芯324远离振膜331一侧,磁轭321置于磁钢组件322远离导磁件323一侧且与磁钢组件322固定连接。磁钢组件322包括第一磁钢3221和四个第二磁钢3222,第一磁钢3221位于中心区域与极芯324贴合,第二磁钢3222围绕第一磁钢3221且与第一磁钢3221间隔设置形成磁间隙3223,音圈333置于磁间隙3223内。导磁件323置于所述盆架31内,所述导磁件323靠近所述盆架31一侧且面向电接触端子342的部分端面与所述盆架31面向电接触端子342的端面平齐。
振动系统33包括振膜331、支架332和音圈333。振膜331与支撑台阶1311抵接并与壳体1之间形成的发声前腔1313,振膜331包括振膜本体3311和球顶3312。支架332靠近磁轭321一侧与音圈333相抵接,支架332远离磁轭321一侧与振膜本体3311相连接,振膜本体3311的另一侧与球顶3312远离壳体1的底壁11的一侧相连接。音圈333用于驱动振膜331振动且置于磁间隙3223中,音圈333上设有与柔性电路板34的电接触端子342电连接的引脚3331。
具体地,如图1所示,柔性电路板34包括环设于盆架31的环状框架341和电接触端子342,本实施例中,柔性电路板34的环状框架341为矩形框,电接触端子342和环状框架341的四个内角处相连且自四个内角处向矩形框内延伸,环状框架341与安装平面141的连接处设有加厚部3411,加厚部3411与安装平面141密封相连,柔性电路板34还包括自环状框架341向远离磁路系统延伸的电连接部3412,电连接部3412用于发声单体3与外界电连接。本实施例中,如图1结合图3-4所示,柔性电路板34的电接触端子342贴设于所述盆架31和部分导磁件323上,环状框架341远离安装平面141的一侧与透气隔离件35的第一侧端352相连,且柔性电路板34的电接触端子342与音圈333的引脚3331电连接。
具体地,如图3-5结合图1所示,透气隔离件35包括第一侧壁351、第一侧端352以及与第一侧端352相对的第二侧端353,透气隔离件35呈环状且固设于柔性电路板34远离安装平面141一侧。第一侧端352与环状框架341远离安装平面141的一侧相连,第二侧端353环绕磁轭321并与磁轭321远离盆架31的一侧固定相连,第一侧壁351连接第一侧端352和第二侧端353并围绕磁路系统32。本实施例中,透气隔离件35为网状结构的立体网布。透气隔离件35与磁轭321、壳体1、盖体2之间形成第二腔体132,如图3-4所示。第二腔体132内可用于灌装填充吸音材料。
综上所述,与现有技术相比,本实用新型提供的扬声器箱100在柔性电路板34的环状框架341设置加厚部3411与安装平面141密封后,在加厚部3411远离安装平面141一侧设置透气隔离件35,透气隔离件35与磁轭321相连且围绕磁路系统32,透气隔离件35的隔离将发声单体3隔开,透气隔离件以及柔性电路板加厚部的设置能够高效利用扬声器箱的收容空间的体积,并实现对吸音材料的高效率灌装。

  1. 一种扬声器箱,包括具有收容空间的壳体、与所述壳体组合装配的盖体以及收容于所述收容空间的发声单体;所述发声单体包括盆架、置于盆架内且具有磁轭的磁路系统和具有振膜的振动系统;其特征在于:所述壳体朝向所述收容空间凸出形成具有安装平面的间隔件,所述间隔件与所述壳体围设形成第一腔体,所述第一腔体内设有自所述间隔件向所述第一腔体延伸的支撑台阶,所述发声单体置于所述支撑台阶;所述发声单体还包括环设于所述盆架的柔性电路板以及固设于所述柔性电路板远离所述安装平面一侧呈环状的透气隔离件,所述柔性电路板包括环设于所述盆架的环状框架以及设置于所述环状框架与所述安装平面连接处的加厚部,所述加厚部与所述安装平面密封相连;所述透气隔离件包括与所述环状框架相连的第一侧端和与所述第一侧端相对并与所述磁轭固定连接的第二侧端以及连接第一侧端和第二侧端并围绕所述磁路系统的第一侧壁;所述透气隔离件与所述磁轭、壳体以及盖体之间形成第二腔体,所述第二腔体内填充吸音材料。
  2. 据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述柔性电路板还包括与所述环状框架相连并置于所述环状框架内的电接触端子以及自所述环状框架向远离所述磁路系统延伸的电连接部。
  3. 据权利要求2所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述振动系统还包括驱动振膜振动的音圈,所述电接触端子与所述音圈电连接。
