请同时参阅图1-8,根据本发明提供的扬声器箱100,其包括具有收容空间40的外壳10、收容于所述外壳10的所述收容空间40内的发声单体20、收容于所述收容空间40内并罩设于所述发声单体20的透气隔离件30以及密封件50,所述发声单体20和所述透气隔离件30共同将所述收容空间40分隔成前腔41和后腔42,所述外壳10设有与所述后腔42连通的填充孔125,所述扬声器箱100通过所述填充孔125向所述后腔42内填充吸音颗粒60,所述透气隔离件30将所述吸音颗粒60封装于所述后腔42内,所述密封件50用于封闭所述填充孔125。
具体地,所述外壳10包括上盖11和下盖12,所述上盖11包括顶壁111、自所述顶壁111边沿弯折延伸的第一侧壁112、自所述顶壁111凸伸出的环形挡墙113、自所述第一侧壁112朝远离所述环形挡墙113方向凸伸出的凸出壁114以及设于所述凸出壁114上的定位柱115。所述下盖12包括底壁121、自所述底壁121边沿弯折延伸的第二侧壁122、设于所述底壁121上的安装孔123以及围合形成所述安装孔123的孔壁124,所述填充孔125设于所述底壁121。所述第一侧壁112和所述底壁121的所述第二侧壁122接合以使所述上盖11和所述下盖12组合构成所述收容空间40,所述发声单体20的一端安装于所述安装孔123,另一端安装于所述环形挡墙113内。所述发声单体20与所述上盖11间隔设置形成所述前腔41,所述发声单体20、所述上盖11以及所述下盖12围合形成所述后腔42。
进一步地,所述发声单体20包括盆架21以及分别固定于所述盆架21的振动系统22、具有磁间隙235并固定于所述盆架21上的磁路系统23以及套设并固定于所述盆架21的中框24,所述振动系统22和所述磁路系统23围合形成内腔25,所述盆架21与所述磁路系统23间隔形成连通部26,所述透气隔离件30罩设于所述磁路系统23并与所述中框24连接,所述内腔25依次经所述连通部26及所述透气隔离件30与所述后腔42连通,。其中,所述振动系统22安装于所述环形挡墙113并与所述顶壁111间隔设置以形成所述前腔41,所述磁路系统30安装于所述安装孔123内并自所述安装孔123中露出。
具体地,所述盆架21用于支撑所述振动系统22和所述磁路系统23,其包括盆架体211、自所述盆架体211靠近所述磁路系统23的一端伸出的多个间隔设置的延伸臂212、以及设于所述延伸臂212靠近所述盆架体211一端上的插接槽213。所述振动系统11与所述盆架体211连接,所述中框24固定于所述盆架体211,所述磁路系统23与所述延伸臂212连接,所述透气隔离件30包围所述延伸臂212和所述磁路系统23。
所述振动系统22包括固定于所述盆架体211上的振膜221、插设于所述磁间隙235以驱动所述振膜221振动发声的音圈222以及固定于所述盆架体211并与所述振膜221相对且间隔设置的弹性支撑件组件23。所述振膜221包括折环2211、自所述折环2211的两侧延伸出的第二固定部2212和振动部2213以及固定于所述振动部2213的球顶2214,所述第二固定部2212与所述盆架体211连接。所述弹性支撑组件223包括连接所述球顶2214远离所述振动部2213的一端和所述音圈222的连接架2231、连接所述连接架2231和所述盆架体211的第一弹性件2232以及与所述第一弹性件2232远离所述连接架2231的一端连接的辅助膜2233和第二弹性件2234以及设于所述第二弹性件2234上的定位孔2235和焊盘2236,所述第二弹性件2234还与所述中框24连接,所述定位孔2235卡入所述上盖11的定位柱115以定位并固定所述第二弹性件2234。可选地,所述第一弹性件2232和所述第二弹性件2234均为柔性电路板,所述第一弹性件2232与所述第二弹性件2234电性连接。
所述磁路系统23包括与所述盆架211的所述延伸臂212固定连接的磁轭231、设于所述磁轭231上的主磁钢232和多个副磁钢233、盖设于所述主磁钢232上的主极芯234、与所述延伸臂212连接的上夹板234,所述磁轭231固定于所述下盖12。所述多个副磁钢233与所述主磁钢232间隔设置形成所述磁间隙235。所述上夹板234包括固定于所述盆架211的环形部2341、设于所述环形部2341上的多个副极芯2342和插接部2343,所述插接部2343插入所述插接槽213以将所述环形部2341固定于所述盆架21,所述多个副极芯2342与所述多个副磁钢233远离所述磁轭231的一端贴合。所述磁轭231包括磁轭本体2311、设于所述磁轭本体2311边缘的第一卡合部2312以及设于所述磁轭本体2311并贯通所述第一卡合部2312的安装槽2313,所述延伸臂212插入并固定于所述安装槽2313,以使所述磁轭本体2311与所述盆架体211固定连接在一起。
所述透气隔离件30包括罩体32、自所述罩体32的两端延伸的第一固定部31和第二卡合部34、由所述第一固定部31和所述罩体32围合形成套接孔33以及设于所述第一固定部31上的避让孔35。所述罩体32环绕所述发声单体20周侧设置且完全覆盖所述连通部26,所述罩体32套设并紧贴于所述磁轭231的磁轭本体2311。所述第一固定部31自所述罩体32远离所述第二卡合部254的一端朝远离所述套接孔33的方向弯折并水平延伸,所述第二卡合部254自所述罩体32远离所述第一固定部31的一端朝所述套接孔33内弯折并水平延伸。所述第一固定部31固定于所述第二弹性件2234远离所述中框24的一端,并通过所述第二弹性件2234和所述中框24与所述盆架体211连接。所述避让孔35与所述弹性支撑组件223的所述第二弹性件2234对应,具体地,所述避让孔35与所述第二弹性件2234的所述焊盘2236正对。
所述罩体32套设于所述磁轭本体2311以将所述磁轭本体2311收容于所述套接孔33内,同时所述罩体32夹设于所述磁轭本体2311与所述下盖12的所述孔壁124之间,所述第二卡合部254与所述第一卡合部2312卡接以使所述磁轭本体2311自所述上盖12的所述安装孔123中露出。可选地,所述第一卡合部2312为设于所述磁轭本体2311边缘的阶梯结构,所述第二卡合部254抵压所述第一卡合部2312,从而将所述磁轭本体2311的边缘封闭。
本发明提供的上述扬声器箱的透气隔离件与发声单体共同将收容空间分隔成前腔和后腔,发声单体具有内腔,盆架与磁轭靠近后腔的一侧间隔形成连通部,透气隔离件环绕发声单体周侧设置且完全覆盖连通部,内腔依次经连通部及透气隔离件与后腔连通,后腔内填充吸音颗粒,透气隔离件将吸音颗粒封装于后腔内,上述结构则使得后腔内填充吸音颗粒后全部作为虚拟声腔,有效提高了扬声器箱的低频声学性能;因透气隔离件绕设固定于发声单体,极大程度的提高了后腔的体积,从而有效提高了后腔内的吸音颗粒的灌装效率。所述磁轭包括磁轭本体和设于所述磁轭本体边缘的第一卡合部,所述透气隔离件包括罩体和自所述罩体的两端延伸的第一固定部和第二卡合部,所述第一固定部与所述盆架连接,所述罩体环绕所述发声单体周侧设置且完全覆盖所述连通部,所述罩体套设并紧贴于所述磁轭,所述第二卡合部与所述第一卡合部卡接以使所述磁轭本体自所述安装孔中露出。有效实现透气隔离件、发声单体和外壳之间的稳固连接。
以上所述的仅是本发明的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种扬声器箱,其包括具有收容空间的外壳、收容于所述外壳的所述收容空间内的发声单体和收容于所述收容空间内并罩设于所述发声单体的透气隔离件,所述发声单体和所述透气隔离件共同将所述收容空间分隔成前腔和后腔;所述外壳包括上盖和下盖,所述发声单体固定于所述下盖,其包括固定于外壳的盆架、固定于所述盆架的振动系统以及驱动所述振动系统振动发声的磁路系统,所述磁路系统包括固定于所述下盖的磁轭;所述下盖包括底壁、设于所述底壁上的安装孔以及围合形成所述安装孔的孔壁,所述磁轭安装于所述安装孔并外露于所述收容空间,所述后腔内填充吸音颗粒,所述透气隔离件将所述吸音颗粒封装于所述后腔内,其特征在于,所述发声单体具有内腔,所述盆架与所述磁轭间隔形成连通部,所述内腔依次经所述连通部及所述透气隔离件与所述后腔连通,所述磁轭包括磁轭本体和设于所述磁轭本体边缘的第一卡合部,所述透气隔离件包括罩体和自所述罩体的两端延伸的第一固定部和第二卡合部,所述第一固定部与所述盆架连接,所述罩体环绕所述发声单体周侧设置且完全覆盖所述连通部,所述罩体套设并紧贴于所述磁轭,所述第二卡合部与所述第一卡合部卡接以使所述磁轭本体自所述安装孔中露出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述透气隔离件还包括由所述第一固定部和所述罩体围合形成套接孔,所述磁轭本体收容于所述套接孔内,所述第一固定部自所述罩体远离所述第二卡合部的一端朝远离所述套接孔的方向弯折并水平延伸。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述第一卡合部为设于所述磁轭本体边缘的阶梯结构,所述第二卡合部自所述罩体远离所述第一固定部的一端朝所述套接孔内弯折并水平延伸,所述第二卡合部抵压所述第一卡合部。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述透气隔离件还包括设于所述第一固定部上的避让孔,所述振动系统包括固定于所述盆架的振膜、驱动所述振膜振动发声的音圈以及固定于所述盆架并与所述振膜相对且间隔设置的弹性支撑组件,所述避让孔与所述弹性支撑组件对应。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述弹性支撑组件包括连接所述振膜和所述音圈的连接架、连接所述连接架和所述盆架的第一弹性件以及与所述第一弹性件远离所述连接架的一端连接的辅助膜和第二弹性件,所述避让孔与所述第二弹性件对应。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器箱,所述第一弹性件和所述第二弹性件均为柔性电路板,所述第一弹性件与所述第二弹性件电性连接,所述第二弹性件设有与所述避让孔正对的焊盘。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,所述盆架包括盆架体、自所述盆架体靠近所述磁路系统的一端伸出的多个间隔设置的延伸臂、以及设于所述延伸臂靠近所述盆架体一端上的插接槽,所述磁轭还包括设于所述磁轭本体并贯通所述第一卡合部的安装槽,所述延伸臂插入并固定于所述安装槽,以使所述磁轭本体与所述盆架体固定连接在一起。
