所述磁路系统12包括固定于所述盆架13的磁碗121、固定设置于所述磁碗121的主磁钢122、设置在所述主磁钢122的周侧且与所述主磁钢122间隔形成磁间隙10的副磁钢123以及贴设固定于所述副磁钢123远离所述磁碗121一侧的上夹板124。
在本实施方式中,所述上夹板124和所述盆架13一体注塑成型,并使得所述上夹板124嵌设于所述盆架13内,增加了所述盆架13的整体刚度,使所述发声器件100的声学性能更优。
所述振动系统11还包括插设于所述磁间隙10内以驱动所述振膜111发声的音圈112和与所述音圈112电连接并将所述音圈112支撑于所述盆架13的弹性件113。
上述结构中,通过设置所述弹性件113,使得所述弹性件113平衡所述振动系统2的摇摆,从而提高了所述发声器件100的稳定性。本实施方式中,所述弹性件113固定于所述音圈112远离所述振膜111的一侧。
与相关技术相比,本实用新型的发声器件包括套设固定于所述前盖的外周侧且呈环状的外密封件,所述发声单体通过所述外密封件与外部设备的壳体形成密封固定。该结构通过控制所述外密封件沿垂直所述振膜振动方向的压缩量以达到防水效果,并且所述外密封件设置在前盖,不会增加所述发声器件的整体高度,利于所述发声器件的小型化设计。另外,所述外密封件的设计不需耗费过多的材料就能达到防水效果,进而降低了生产成本。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种发声器件,其包括发声单体和固定于所述发声单体的前盖,所述发声单体包括振动系统以及驱动所述振动系统振动发声的磁路系统;所述振动系统包括用于振动发声的振膜,所述前盖盖设于所述振膜沿振动方向远离所述磁路系统的一侧,其特征在于,所述发声器件还包括套设固定于所述前盖的外周侧且呈环状的外密封件,所述发声单体通过所述外密封件与外部设备的壳体形成密封固定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述发声器件还包括沿垂直于所述振膜的振动方向夹设固定于所述发声单体和所述前盖之间的呈环状的内密封件。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述发声单体还包括盆架,所述振膜和所述磁路系统分别沿所述振动方向固定于所述盆架的相对两侧,所述前盖盖设于所述盆架靠近所述振膜的一侧。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述盆架靠近所述振膜的一侧沿所述振动方向凹陷形成固定台阶,所述前盖与所述盆架的外周侧连接;所述前盖包括压设于所述振膜远离所述盆架一侧的前盖本体部、贯穿所述前盖本体部的第一通孔以及自所述前盖本体部向所述磁路系统方向延伸并抵接于所述固定台阶的侧壁;所述外密封件套设于所述前盖本体部,所述内密封件沿垂直于所述振动方向夹设于所述侧壁与所述盆架之间。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述固定台阶设有沿垂直于所述振动方向凹陷形成的呈环状的第一凹陷部,所述前盖本体部的外周缘凹陷形成呈环状的第二凹陷部,所述侧壁的内周缘沿垂直于所述振动方向凹陷形成与所述第二凹陷部正对的呈环状的第三凹陷部,所述外密封件收容于所述第二凹陷部并部分外露于所述第二凹陷部,所述内密封件同时挤压收容于所述第一凹陷部与所述第三凹陷部。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述振膜包括振动部、贯穿所述振动部的第二通孔、贴设于所述振动部并完全覆盖所述第二通孔的球顶、由所述振动部的周缘向外弯折延伸的折环部以及由所述折环部远离所述振动部的一侧弯折延伸的固定部,所述固定部夹设固定于所述盆架和所述前盖本体部之间。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述外密封件包括收容固定于所述第二凹陷部的第一主体部和由所述第一主体部向远离所述前盖本体部方向凸出延伸的第一凸台,所述第一凸台至少部分外露于所述第二凹陷部;所述内密封件环绕所述固定台阶设置,且所述内密封件包括收容固定于所述第三凹陷部的第二主体部和由所述第二主体部向远离所述侧壁方向凸出延伸的第二凸台,所述第二凸台收容固定于所述第一凹陷部。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述外密封件和所述内密封件均由硅胶材料制成。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述前盖、所述外密封件以及所述内密封件为一体注塑成型。
