扬声器箱 技术领域
本实用新型涉及声电领域,尤其涉及一种扬声器箱。
背景技术
随着电子信息技术的快速发展,越来越多的电子产品使用扬声器箱作为其发声部件,例如手机,笔记本电脑等。为了适应市场需求,扬声器箱的发展也相应加快。
技术问题
现有技术的扬声器箱的相关技术中,在壳体与盖体组装形成腔体后,为了提升性能,一般在腔体内设计相应的区域封装用于灌装吸音材料,无法高效利用收容空间的体积,灌装效率低。
因此,有必要提供一种新的扬声器箱解决上述技术问题。
技术解决方案
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种高效利用收容空间体积并可实现对吸音材料高效率灌装的扬声器箱。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:提供一种扬声器箱,包括具有收容空间的壳体、与所述壳体组合装配的盖体以及收容于所述收容空间的发声单体;所述发声单体包括盆架、固定于所述盆架且具有磁轭的磁路系统和具有振膜的振动系统;所述壳体朝向所述收容空间凸出形成间隔件,所述间隔件与所述壳体围设形成第一腔体,所述间隔件设有安装平面,所述盆架包括与所述振膜相连的第一端部和与第一端部相对的第二端部,所述第二端部上设有环绕所述盆架且朝远离所述磁路方向延伸的延伸部,所述延伸部固定于所述安装平面且与所述间隔件密封相连;所述发声单体还包括固设于所述延伸部远离所述安装平面一侧的柔性电路板和呈环状的透气隔离件,所述柔性电路板包括与所述延伸部固定连接的环状固定臂,所述透气隔离件包括与所述环状固定臂相连的第一侧端和与所述第一侧端相对并与所述磁轭抵接的第二侧端以及连接第一侧端和第二侧端并围绕所述磁路系统的第一侧壁;所述透气隔离件与所述壳体以及盖体之间形成第二腔体,所述第二腔体内填充吸音材料。
优选地,所述延伸部与所述盆架一体成型。
优选地,所述透气隔离件的第二侧端环绕所述磁轭并与之相连。
优选地,所述透气隔离件为网状结构。
优选地,所述透气隔离件为立体网布。
优选地,所述第二端部面向所述柔性电路板的端面与所述延伸部面向所述柔性电路板的端面平齐。
优选地,所述柔性电路板还包括自所述环状固定臂向远离所述磁路系统延伸的电连接部和自所述环状固定臂向靠近所述磁路系统延伸的电接触端子。
优选地,所述第一腔体内还设有与所述振膜抵接的支撑台阶。
优选地,所述振膜与所述壳体之间形成的发声前腔,所述壳体包括与所述振膜平行的底壁和自底部延伸而出的侧壁,在所述侧壁上设有与所述发声前腔导通的出声孔。
优选地,所述盖体包括贯穿其上的通孔,所述透气隔离件的第二侧端和所述磁轭位于所述通孔内,所述透气隔离件的第一侧壁的部分与所述通孔内壁相抵接。
有益效果
本实用新型的有益效果在于:本实用新型在盆架上装配透气隔离件可以将发声单体隔开以高效利用收容空间内的体积,且透气隔离件与壳体、盖体之间形成的第二腔体可以实现对吸音材料的高效率灌装。

本实施例提供了一种扬声器箱。如图1-4所示,扬声器箱100包括壳体1、盖体2、发声单体3。
具体地,如图1-3所示,壳体1包括底壁11、侧壁12、收容空间13和间隔件14。底壁11与球顶3312平行,侧壁12自底部延伸而出且侧壁12上设有与发声前腔1313相导通的出声孔121使发声前腔1313与外界相连通,如图4所示。间隔件14自壳体朝向收容空间13凸出形成,间隔件14与壳体1围设形成第一腔体131,第一腔体131内还设有支撑台阶1311,间隔件14设有安装平面141,安装平面141与延伸部3121密封相连,支撑台阶1311与振膜331抵接。
如图1结合3-5所示,盖体2与壳体1组合装配在一起将收容空间13与外界环境分隔。盖体2包括贯穿上的通孔21,透气隔离件35的第二侧端353和磁轭321位于所述通孔21内,所述透气隔离件35的第一侧壁351远离第一侧端352的一部分与所述通孔21的内壁相抵接。
如图1-3所示,发声单体3包括盆架31、置于盆架31内的磁路系统32、振动系统33、柔性电路板34和透气隔离件35,发声单体3收容于收容空间13内,本实施例中,盆架31和振动系统33的一部分置于所述的第一腔体131内。
具体地,如图1-3所示,盆架31包括第一端部311以及与第一端部311相对的第二端部312,第一端部311与振膜331相连,第二端部312上设有环绕盆架31且朝远离盆架31方向延伸的延伸部3121且盆架31与延伸部3121一体成型。第二端部312面向柔性电路板34的端面与延伸部3121面向柔性电路板34的端面平齐,延伸部3121固定于安装平面141上进而与间隔件14密封固定,如图3所示。
磁路系统32包括磁轭321、磁钢组件322、导磁件323和极芯324,导磁件323置于盆架31内,极芯324置于导磁件323的中心区域,磁钢组件322置于导磁件323和极芯324远离振膜331一侧,磁轭321置于磁钢组件322远离导磁件323一侧且与磁钢组件322固定连接。磁钢组件322包括第一磁钢3221和四个第二磁钢3222。第一磁钢3221位于中心区域一侧与极芯324固定贴合,另一侧与磁轭321固定贴合。第二磁钢3222围绕第一磁钢3221且与第一磁钢3221间隔设置形成磁间隙3223,音圈333悬置于磁间隙3223内。
振动系统33包括振膜331、支架332和音圈333。振膜331与支撑台阶1311抵接并与壳体1之间形成发声前腔1313,振膜331包括振膜本体3311和球顶3312。支架332靠近磁轭321一侧与音圈333相抵接,支架332远离磁轭321一侧与振膜本体3311相连接,振膜本体3311远离支架332的一侧与球顶3312远离底壁11的一侧相连接。音圈333悬置于磁间隙3223中且设有与柔性电路板34的电接触端子342电连接的引脚3331,如图1所示。
具体地,如图1结合图3-5所示,柔性电路板34为一体结构,柔性电路板34包括环状固定臂341、电接触端子342和电连接部343,环状固定臂341固设于延伸部3121远离安装平面141的一侧,电接触端子342和环状固定臂341相连并自环状固定臂341向磁路系统32延伸,电连接部343自环状固定臂341向远离磁路系统32延伸。柔性电路板34的电接触端子342与振动系统33的音圈333电连接,电连接部343用于与外界电连接。
具体地,如图1结合图3-5所示,透气隔离件35呈环状,包括第一侧壁351、第一侧端352以及与第一侧端352相对的第二侧端353。第一侧端352与柔性电路板34的环状固定臂341相连,第二侧端353位于所述通孔21内且第一侧壁351的部分与通孔31的内壁相抵接。第二侧端353环绕磁轭321并与磁轭321相连,第二侧端353与磁轭321远离磁路系统32的一侧相抵接,第一侧壁351连接第一侧端352和第二侧端353并围绕磁路系统32。本实施例中,透气隔离件35为网状结构的立体网布。透气隔离件35与壳体1和盖体2之间形成用于灌装填充吸音材料的第二腔体132。
综上所述,与现有技术相比,本实用新型提供的扬声器箱100在发声单体3的盆架31设置延伸部3121以及在延伸部3121上装配一体结构的柔性电路板34,柔性电路板34和磁轭321上装配围绕磁路系统的透气隔离件35,透气隔离件35的隔离将发声单体3隔开,透气隔离件35与壳体1和盖体2之间形成用于灌装填充吸音材料的第二腔体132,透气隔离件的设置能够高效利用收容空间内的体积,并实现对吸音材料的高效率灌装。

  1. 一种扬声器箱,包括具有收容空间的壳体、与所述壳体组合装配的盖体以及收容于所述收容空间的发声单体;所述发声单体包括盆架、固定于所述盆架且具有磁轭的磁路系统和具有振膜的振动系统;其特征在于:所述壳体朝向所述收容空间凸出形成间隔件,所述间隔件与所述壳体围设形成第一腔体,所述间隔件设有安装平面,所述盆架包括与所述振膜相连的第一端部和与第一端部相对的第二端部,所述第二端部上设有环绕所述盆架且朝远离所述磁路方向延伸的延伸部,所述延伸部固定于所述安装平面且与所述间隔件密封相连;所述发声单体还包括固设于所述延伸部远离所述安装平面一侧的柔性电路板和呈环状的透气隔离件,所述柔性电路板包括与所述延伸部固定连接的环状固定臂,所述透气隔离件包括与所述环状固定臂相连的第一侧端和与所述第一侧端相对并与所述磁轭抵接的第二侧端以及连接第一侧端和第二侧端并围绕所述磁路系统的第一侧壁;所述透气隔离件与所述壳体以及盖体之间形成第二腔体,所述第二腔体内填充吸音材料。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述延伸部与所述盆架一体成型。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述透气隔离件的第二侧端环绕所述磁轭并与之相连。

  8. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述第一腔体内还设有与所述振膜抵接的支撑台阶。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述振膜与所述壳体之间形成的发声前腔,所述壳体包括与所述振膜平行的底壁和自底部延伸而出的侧壁,在所述侧壁上设有与所述发声前腔导通的出声孔。
