本实施方式中,所述本体421的周缘与所述支撑壁22正对设置,即完全覆盖所述发声单体3。所述本体421抵接于所述发声单体3,该结构设置使得所述透气隔离组件4占用体积小,而使得后腔102的体积尽可能大,即极大程度提高了后腔102的有效利用率,且提高了后腔102的灌装效率。
所述导电端子31用于为所述发声单体3引入外部电信号。所述透气隔离组件4设有由其靠近所述上盖2的一端向所述下盖1方向凹陷形成的让位槽43,所述导电端子31由所述发声单体3内部经所述让位槽43延伸至所述后腔102。
本实施方式中,所述支架41设有由其靠近所述上盖2的一侧向所述下盖1方向凹陷形成的第一让位槽411,所述导电端子31由所述发声单体3内部经所述第一让位槽411延伸至所述后腔102。
更优的,所述支架41呈圆角矩形结构,所述第一让位槽411设置于所述支架41的圆角处。所述延伸部422设有由其靠近所述上盖2的一侧向所述下盖1方向凹陷形成的第二让位槽4221,所述第二让位槽4221与所述第一让位槽411对应设置,所述导电端子31包括与所述发声单体3电连接的连接臂311,所述连接臂311由所述发声单体3内部经位于所述圆角处的所述第一让位槽411和所述第二让位槽4221延伸至所述后腔102。此时,所述导电端子31在不破坏所述透气隔离组件4的封闭性同时能将所述发声单体3的电信号传递至外部,可靠性更好。
与相关技术相比,本实用新型的扬声器箱将所述发声单体和所述透气隔离组件支撑固定于所述支撑壁以将所述收容空间分隔成前腔和后腔,所述支撑壁包括由所述上盖本体向所述下盖方向凸出延伸的第一支撑壁以及由所述第一支撑壁远离所述发声单体的周缘向所述下盖方向延伸的第二支撑壁,所述发声单体支撑固定于所述第一支撑壁靠近所述下盖的一端并与所述第二支撑壁间隔设置,所述透气隔离组件盖设于所述发声单体且所述透气隔离组件的周缘夹设固定于所述发声单体与所述第二支撑壁之间,上述结构则使得透气隔离组件远离所述发声单体一侧的后腔内填充吸音颗粒后全部作为虚拟声腔,有效提高了扬声器箱的低频声学性能;因所述透气隔离件组盖设于所述发声单体,极大程度的提高了后腔的体积,从而有效提高了后腔内的吸音颗粒的灌装效率。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种扬声器箱,包括下盖、盖设于所述下盖并共同围成收容空间的上盖、收容于所述收容空间内的发声单体以及透气隔离组件;所述上盖包括盖设于所述下盖的上盖本体和由所述上盖本体向所述下盖方向凸出延伸的呈环状的支撑壁,所述发声单体和所述透气隔离组件支撑固定于所述支撑壁并将所述收容空间分隔成前腔和后腔,其特征在于,所述支撑壁包括由所述上盖本体向所述下盖方向凸出延伸的第一支撑壁以及由所述第一支撑壁远离所述发声单体的周缘向所述下盖方向延伸的第二支撑壁,所述发声单体支撑固定于所述第一支撑壁靠近所述下盖的一端并与所述第二支撑壁间隔设置,所述透气隔离组件盖设于所述发声单体且所述透气隔离组件的周缘夹设固定于所述发声单体与所述第二支撑壁之间;所述后腔内填充吸音颗粒,所述透气隔离组件将所述吸音颗粒封装于所述后腔内;所述发声单体设有泄露部,所述发声单体内部通过所述泄露部以及所述透气隔离组件与所述后腔连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述透气隔离组件包括呈环状的支架以及透气隔离件,所述支架环绕所述发声单体的周侧设置且与所述发声单体固定连接,所述透气隔离件完全盖设于所述发声单体且所述透气隔离件靠近所述上盖一端的周缘固定于所述支架。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述透气隔离件包括与所述发声单体正对设置的本体以及由所述本体的周缘向靠近所述上盖方向弯折延伸的呈环状的延伸部,所述延伸部贴合固定于所述支架远离所述发声单体的一侧。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述透气隔离组件设有由其靠近所述上盖的一端向所述下盖方向凹陷形成的让位槽,所述发声单体包括导电端子,所述导电端子由所述发声单体内部经所述让位槽延伸至所述后腔。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述支架设有由其靠近所述上盖的一端向所述下盖方向凹陷形成的第一让位槽,所述导电端子由所述发声单体内部经所述第一让位槽延伸至所述后腔。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述延伸部设有自靠近所述上盖的一端向所述下盖方向凹陷形成的第二让位槽,所述第二让位槽与所述第一让位槽对应设置,所述导电端子由所述发声单体内部依次经所述第一让位槽和所述第二让位槽延伸至所述后腔。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述支架呈圆角矩形结构,所述第一让位槽设置于所述支架的圆角处;所述导电端子包括与所述发声单体电连接的连接臂,所述连接臂由所述发声单体内部经位于所述圆角处的所述第一让位槽和所述第二让位槽延伸至所述后腔。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述发声单体包括盆架以及固定于所述盆架的振动系统和磁路系统,所述磁路系统包括靠近所述透气隔离组件设置的磁碗,所述泄露部开设于所述磁碗。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述磁碗包括主体部以及自所述主体部相对两侧的边缘向所述振动系统弯折延伸的侧壁,所述泄露部位于所述侧壁之间。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述振动系统包括固定于所述盆架的振膜、固定于所述振膜的音圈以及固定于所述音圈远离所述振膜一侧的弹性支撑组件,所述弹性支撑组件正对所述泄露部设置。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述振膜夹设于所述第一支撑壁与所述盆架之间,所述振膜的周缘弯折延伸至所述第二支撑壁与所述盆架之间并夹设固定于所述透气隔离组件与所述盆架之间。
