Claims (8)
- スピーカボックスであって、収容空間を有するハウジングと、前記収容空間内に固定収容された発音単体とを含み、前記ハウジングは、前記収容空間に連通する音出し孔を含み、前記発音単体は、振動膜を有する振動システムと、磁気回路システムとを含み、前記振動膜は、前記収容空間を前記音出し孔に連通するフロントチャンバ及びフロントチャンバに対向するバックチャンバに仕切り、前記ハウジングは、下ハウジングと、下ハウジングと組み立てられて前記収容空間を形成する上ハウジングとを含み、前記スピーカボックスは、さらに前記バックチャンバに位置する通気隔離部材を含み、前記通気隔離部材は、前記上ハウジング及び前記下ハウジングと囲んで吸音材を収容する吸音キャビティを形成し、前記下ハウジングは、底壁と、前記底壁から折り曲げて延在する側壁とを含み、前記底壁には、部分的に前記磁気回路システムを露出する貫通孔が開設され、前記通気隔離部材は、前記上ハウジングに固定された固定部と、前記固定部から前記底壁の方向に向かって延在する、複数の通気孔を有する通気部と、前記通気部から延在し前記貫通孔を封止する封止部とを含むことを特徴とするスピーカボックス。
- 前記通気隔離部材の封止部の外向きの表面は、前記底壁の外向きの表面を超えないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスピーカボックス。
- 前記上ハウジングは、前記振動膜と囲んで前記フロントチャンバを形成するカバープレートと、前記カバープレートと前記下ハウジングの側壁との間に設置されたブラケットとを含み、前記ブラケットは、前記側壁に接続された第1延在部と、前記第1延在部からバックチャンバ内に向かって延在する第2延在部とを含み、前記通気隔離部材の固定部は、前記第2延在部に固定接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスピーカボックス。
- 前記通気隔離部材の封止部は、前記通気部と同じ構造に接着剤層を被覆することにより形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスピーカボックス。
- 前記通気隔離部材の封止部と前記底壁の前記貫通孔が形成された内壁との間に粘着剤が設置されて封止されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスピーカボックス。
- 前記磁気回路システムは、磁気ヨークと、前記磁気ヨークに固定された磁性鋼アセンブリとを含み、前記磁気ヨークは、前記貫通孔に露出し、前記通気隔離部材の封止部と前記磁気ヨークとの間に粘着剤が設置されて封止されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスピーカボックス。
- 前記通気隔離部材の封止部は、前記収容空間の表面に向かって前記磁性鋼アセンブリに固定接続されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のスピーカボックス。
- 前記発音単体は、前記振動システムを前記ハウジングに固定する弾性支持部材を含み、前記弾性支持部材は、前記ブラケットに固定され、かつ前記第2延在部と前記通気隔離部材の固定部との間に挟持されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のスピーカボックス。
