Claims (9)
- 微型扬声器,包括结合在一起的上壳和下壳,所述上壳和所述下壳围成的空间内收容有振动系统和磁路系统,所述上壳靠近所述振动系统设置,其特征在于,所述微型扬声器还包括助听音圈,所述助听音圈固定在所述上壳上,且位于所述上壳的内侧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的微型扬声器,其特征在于,所述上壳为阶梯结构,一侧厚度较大,一则厚度较小,所述助听音圈固定在所述上壳厚度较大的一侧。
- 根据权利要求2所述的微型扬声器,其特征在于,所述上壳厚度较大的一侧设有环形的凹槽,所述助听音圈固定于所述环形凹槽内,且所述助听音圈裸露在所述上壳内侧的表面与所述上壳的内表面齐平。
- 根据权利要求3所述的微型扬声器,其特征在于,所述环形凹槽位于所述上壳中部一侧的两端分别设有向所述环形凹槽外侧延伸的延伸槽,两个所述延伸槽的底部均设有用于焊接助听音圈引线的第一焊盘,所述上壳与所述下壳相接触的端面上对应设有两个分别与两个所述第一焊盘电连接的第二焊盘,所述第二焊盘与扬声器外部电路电连接。
- 根据权利要求4所述的微型扬声器,其特征在于,所述下壳的端面上对应两个所述第二焊盘的位置分别设有助听音圈焊盘,两个所述第二焊盘分别与相对应的所述助听音圈焊盘电连接,所述助听音圈焊盘与所述扬声器外部电路电连接。
- 根据权利要求5所述的微型扬声器,其特征在于,所述下壳为两端开口的环形结构,且其远离所述上壳的一端为阶梯结构,所述助听音圈焊盘位于所述下壳位置较低的端面上。
- 根据权利要求6所述的微型扬声器,其特征在于,所述磁路系统包括固定在所述下壳上的盆架及依次设置在所述盆架内的磁铁和华司,所述盆架底部的外表面与所述下壳位置较高的端面齐平。
- 根据权利要求7所述的微型扬声器,其特征在于,所述位置较低的端面与所述位置较高的端面通过连接侧壁连接为一体,所述连接侧壁对应所述盆架的位置设有开口,所述盆架的侧壁位于所述开口处,且所述盆架的侧壁的外表面与所述连接侧壁的外表面齐平。
- 根据权利要求1至8任一权利要求所述的微型扬声器,其特征在于,所述振动系统包括边缘部固定在所述上壳与所述下壳之间的振膜,所述振膜的边缘部与所述上壳之间设有垫环。
