技术问题
相关技术中的扬声器多仅具有一个振膜,为提高扬声器的声学性能,相关技术中通常将两个扬声器重叠放置,但是通过两个扬声器重叠放置的方式使得扬声器所占的空间太大,造成终端的厚度过大,不能顺应终端的厚度越来越薄的发展趋势。
因此,有必要提供一种新型的发声单体、扬声器及电子终端来解决上述问题。
技术解决方案
本申请的目的在于提供一种发声单体、扬声器及电子终端,该扬声器声学性能更佳,且体积更小。

本申请的有益效果在于:发声单体包括第一振动系统、第二振动系统、第一磁路组件以及第二磁路组件,使得本实施例中的扬声器具有两个振动系统,从而能够提高声学性能,另外,通过在一个磁轭的两侧分别固定第一磁路组件和第二磁路组件,相较于相关技术中将两个扬声器叠加放置的方式,本实施例中的扬声器减少一个磁轭所占的空间,进而使本实施例中的扬声器的体积更小的同时,声学性能更佳。

请参照图2-图5,本实施例中的磁轭22包括与第一磁路组件23固定的底部221、自底部221的外周缘朝向第一振动系统25弯折延伸形成的侧部222以及自侧部222远离底部221的一端朝向盆架21弯折延伸形成并固定于所述盆架的顶部223,底部221与侧部222围合形成用于收容并固定第一磁路组件23的第一安装腔224,第一振动系统25固定于顶部223,盆架21与磁轭22围合形成用于收容并固定第二磁路组件24的第二安装腔211,具体地,顶部223朝向侧部222的一侧固定于盆架21上,第一振动系统25固定于顶部223上,第二振动系统26固定于盆架21远离顶部223的一端上。通过在一个磁轭22的两侧分别固定第一磁路组件23和第二磁路组件24,相较于相关技术中将两个扬声器1叠加放置的方式,本实施例中的扬声器1不仅减少一个壳体10所占的空间,还减少一个磁轭22所占的空间,进而使本实施例中的扬声器1的体积更小的同时,声学性能更佳。
请参照图3以及图4,在一实施例中,第一磁路组件23包括设置于底部221朝向侧部222的一侧中央的第一主磁钢231、设置于底部221朝向侧部222的一侧上并环绕第一主磁钢231设置以形成第一磁间隙232的第一副磁钢233、贴附于第一主磁钢231上方的第一主极芯234以及环绕第一主极芯234并贴附在第一副磁钢233上的第一副极芯235,第一副磁钢233以及第一副极芯235的周缘抵接在侧部222朝向底部221的一侧上。
请参照图3以及图4,优选地,第一振动系统25包括用于振动发声的第一振膜251和驱动第一振膜251振动发声的第一音圈252,第一音圈252悬置于第一磁间隙232内,第一振膜251固定于顶部223上。
请参照图3以及图4,具体地,第一振膜251包括第一折环部2511、自第一折环部2511外周缘延伸形成的第一固定部2512及自第一折环部2511内周缘延伸形成的第一球顶部2513,第一固定部2512固定于顶部223上,第一固定部2512优选为固定于顶部223靠近侧部222的一端上,第一球顶部2513抵接在第一音圈252上。
请参照图3以及图4,在一实施例中,第二磁路组件24包括设置于底部221背离侧部222的一侧中央的第二主磁钢241、设置于顶部223朝向侧部222的一侧上并环绕第二主磁钢241设置以形成第二磁间隙242的第二副磁钢243、贴附于第二主磁钢241上方的第二主极芯244以及环绕第二主极芯244并贴附在第二副磁钢243上的第二副极芯245,第二副磁钢243以及第二副极芯245的周缘抵接在盆架21的内壁上且夹设于侧部222与盆架21之间。
请参照图3以及图4,优选地,第二振动系统26包括用于振动发声的第二振膜261和驱动第二振膜261振动发声的第二音圈262,第二音圈262悬置于第二磁间隙242内,第二振膜261固定于盆架21远离顶部223的一端上。
请参照图3以及图4,具体地,第二振膜261包括第二折环部2611、自第二折环部2611外周缘延伸形成的第二固定部2612及自第二折环部2611内周缘延伸形成的第二球顶部2613,第二固定部2612固定于盆架21远离顶部223的一端上,第二球顶部2613抵接在第二音圈262上。
请参照图4,本实施例中的发声单体20中,第一振动系统25收容于第一安装腔224内,第二振动系统26收容于第二安装腔211内,第一固定部2512固定于顶部223靠近侧部222的一端上,第二固定部2612固定于盆架21上,进而使本实施例中的第一振膜251和第二振膜261的大小不同,故而第一振膜251和第二振膜261的发音频段不同,从而使本实施例中的发声单体20同时包含第一振膜251的发音频段和第二振膜261的发音频段,从而使本实施例中的发声单体20的发音频段的范围更大,进一步提高了本实施例中的扬声器1的声学性能。
请参照图6以及图7,在一实施例中,壳体10包括相对且间隔设置的底壁12与顶盖13、以及自底壁12朝顶盖13弯折延伸形成的侧壁14,顶盖13盖设在侧壁14朝向顶盖13的一端上,底壁12、侧壁14及顶盖13围成收容空间11。
请参照图6以及图7,优选地,底壁12靠近顶盖13的一侧朝顶盖13方向凸设有挡墙15,挡墙15围合形成用于收容发声单体20收容腔151,盆架21的外壁抵接在挡墙15的内壁上。
请参照图7,优选地,挡墙15与侧壁14间隔设置并形成环形腔152。
请参照图6以及图7,在一实施例中,壳体10还包括与顶盖13相对且间隔设置的底盖16,底壁12在与发声单体20对应的位置上开设有与收容腔151连通的开口121,底盖16盖设在挡墙15朝向底壁12的一端上并覆盖在开口121上。
请参照图4,在一实施例中,第一振动系统25与顶盖13相对且间隔设置形成第一前声腔131,第二振动系统26与底盖16相对且间隔设置形成第二前声腔161。具体地,第一振膜251与顶盖13相对且间隔设置形成第一前声腔131,第一振膜251与底盖16相对且间隔设置形成第二前声腔161。
请参照图2,在一实施例中,第一振膜251、第二振膜261以及盆架21围合形成后声腔212,后声腔212与环形腔152连通。
请参照图1、图6以及图7,在一实施例中,扬声器1还包括贯穿侧壁14并与第一前声腔131连通的第一出音通道141以及贯穿侧壁14并与第二前声腔161连通的第二出音通道142,优选为第一出音通道141与第二出音通道142位于侧壁14的同一侧。
本实施例中,通过将第一振动系统25、第二振动系统26以及磁路组件收容于壳体10内,第一振动系统25发出的声音和第二振动系统26发出的声音分别自第一出音通道141和第二出音通道142发出,使本实施例中的扬声器1的声学性能提高。
请参照图8,本申请另一实施例提供了一种电子终端,该电子终端包括终端本体3以及如上任一实施例中的扬声器1,扬声器1设置在终端本体3上,上述实施例中的扬声器1中,通过将第一振动系统25以及第二振动系统26收容于壳体10内,使得扬声器1具有两个振动系统,从而能够提高声学性能,另外,通过在一个磁轭22的两侧分别固定第一磁路组件23和第二磁路组件24,相较于相关技术中将两个扬声器1叠加放置的方式,本实施例中的扬声器1不仅减少一个壳体10所占的空间,还减少一个磁轭22所占的空间,进而使扬声器1的体积更小的同时,声学性能更佳,从而本实施例中的电子终端声学性能更佳,且不必将本实施例中的电子终端的厚度设置过大。
以上所述的仅是本申请的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本申请的保护范围。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种发声单体,其特征在于,所述发声单体包括具有收容空腔的盆架、固定于所述盆架内的磁轭、固定于所述磁轭的第一振动系统、固定于所述盆架的第二振动系统、设于所述磁轭一侧上并与所述第一振动系统相对间隔设置的第一磁路组件以及设于所述磁轭另一侧上并与所述第二振动系统相对间隔设置的第二磁路组件;
    所述磁轭包括与所述第一磁路组件固定的底部、自所述底部的外周缘朝向所述第一振动系统弯折延伸形成的侧部以及自所述侧部远离所述底部的一端朝向所述盆架弯折延伸形成并固定于所述盆架的顶部;所述底部与所述侧部围合形成用于收容所述第一磁路组件的第一安装腔,所述第一振动系统固定于所述顶部,所述第一磁路组件驱动所述第一振动系统振动发声;所述盆架与所述磁轭围合形成用于收容并固定所述第二磁路组件的第二安装腔,所述第二振动系统固定于所述盆架远离所述顶部的一端,所述第二磁路组件驱动所述第二振动组件振动发声。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的发声单体,其特征在于:所述第一磁路组件包括设置于所述底部朝向所述侧部的一侧中央的第一主磁钢、设置于所述底部朝向所述侧部的一侧上并环绕所述第一主磁钢设置以形成第一磁间隙的第一副磁钢、贴附于所述第一主磁钢上方的第一主极芯以及环绕所述第一主极芯并贴附在所述第一副磁钢上的第一副极芯,所述第一副磁钢以及所述第一副极芯的周缘抵接在所述侧部朝向所述底部的一侧上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的发声单体,其特征在于:所述第一振动系统包括用于振动发声的第一振膜和驱动所述第一振膜振动发声的第一音圈,所述第一音圈悬置于所述第一磁间隙内,所述第一振膜固定于所述顶部上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的发声单体,其特征在于:所述第一振膜包括第一折环部、自所述第一折环部外周缘延伸形成的第一固定部及自所述第一折环部内周缘延伸形成的第一球顶部,所述第一固定部固定于所述顶部上,所述第一球顶部抵接在所述第一音圈上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的发声单体,其特征在于:所述第二磁路组件包括设置于所述底部背离所述侧部的一侧中央的第二主磁钢、设置于所述顶部朝向所述侧部的一侧上并环绕所述第二主磁钢设置以形成第二磁间隙的第二副磁钢、贴附于所述第二主磁钢上方的第二主极芯以及环绕所述第二主极芯并贴附在所述第二副磁钢上的第二副极芯,所述第二副磁钢以及所述第二副极芯的周缘抵接在所述盆架的内壁上且夹设于所述侧部与所述盆架之间。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的发声单体,其特征在于:所述顶部朝向所述侧部的一侧固定于所述盆架上,所述第二振动系统包括用于振动发声的第二振膜和驱动所述第二振膜振动发声的第二音圈,所述第二音圈悬置于所述第二磁间隙内,所述第二振膜固定于所述盆架远离所述顶部的一端上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的发声单体,其特征在于:所述第二振膜包括第二折环部、自所述第二折环部外周缘延伸形成的第二固定部及自所述第二折环部内周缘延伸形成的第二球顶部,所述第二固定部固定于所述盆架远离所述顶部的一端上,所述第二球顶部抵接在所述第二音圈上。
  8. 一种扬声器,其特征在于:包括具有收容空间的壳体以及收容固定于所述收容空间内的如上权利要求1-7中任一项所述的发声单体。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述壳体包括相对且间隔设置的底壁与顶盖、以及自所述底壁朝所述顶盖弯折延伸形成的侧壁,所述顶盖盖设在所述侧壁朝向所述顶盖的一端上,所述底壁、所述侧壁及所述顶盖围成所述收容空间;
    所述底壁靠近所述顶盖的一侧朝所述顶盖方向凸设有挡墙,所述挡墙围合形成用于收容所述发声单体收容腔,所述盆架的外壁抵接在所述挡墙的内壁上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述壳体还包括与所述顶盖相对且间隔设置的底盖,所述底壁在与所述发声单体对应的位置上开设有与所述收容腔连通的开口,所述底盖盖设在所述挡墙朝向所述底壁的一端上并覆盖在所述开口上;
    所述第一振动系统与所述顶盖相对且间隔设置形成第一前声腔,所述第二振动系统与所述底盖相对且间隔设置形成第二前声腔。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述扬声器还包括贯穿所述侧壁并与所述第一前声腔连通的第一出音通道以及贯穿所述侧壁并与所述第二前声腔连通的第二出音通道,所述第一出音通道与所述第二出音通道位于所述侧壁的同一侧。
  12. 一种电子终端,其特征在于:包括终端本体以及如上权利要求8-11中任一项所述的扬声器,所述扬声器设置在所述终端本体上。
