背景技术
随着便携式移动终端技术的发展,人们对便携式移动终端的音效要求越来越高;与此同时,随着便携式移动终端轻薄化发展,发声器件也同样需要顺应轻薄化的发展潮流。
技术问题
在现有的发声器件中,为了在提升发声器件的声学性能,通常采用双振膜双面发声的技术方案;一般来说,双面发声的发声器件的磁路系统包括位于中间位置的主磁轭和固定于主磁轭的主磁钢以及环设于所述主磁钢周围与主磁钢形成磁间隙的边磁轭,在此基础上要增强磁场性能从而提升声学性能,就需要增加磁钢的数量或增大主磁钢的体积,这势必会使得发声器件的体积增大,不利于轻薄化。
因此,实有必要提供一种新的发声器件解决上述技术问题。
技术解决方案
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种声学性能较佳的发声器件。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型提出一种发声器件,其包括具有收容空间的盆架、收容于所述收容空间内的磁路系统以及分别设于所述磁路系统两侧的第一振动系统和第二振动系统, 所述磁路系统包括位于中间位置的第一中心磁轭、固定于所述第一中心磁轭的中心磁钢、环设于所述中心磁钢且固定于所述盆架的边磁钢组件以及连接所述第一中心磁轭与所述边磁钢组件的连接部,所述中心磁钢与所述边磁钢组件间隔形成磁间隙;

具体的,所述连接部25包括与所述第一中心磁轭21连接的第一连接部251与第二边导磁板243连接的第二连接部252以及连接所述第一连接部251和所述第二连接部252的第三连接部253,所述第一连接部251固定于所述第一中心磁轭21朝向所述中心磁钢22的表面,所述第二连接部252固定于第二边导磁板243朝向所述第一中心磁轭21的表面。进一步的,所述第三连接部253沿振动方向延伸。
进一步的,为了提升所述发声器件100的磁路系统2的磁场性能,所述边磁钢241包括沿长轴方向设置的第一边磁钢2411以及沿短轴方向设置的第二边磁钢2412;具体的,所述第一边磁钢2411包括四个,所述盆架1的每一长轴方向设置有两个所述第一边磁钢2411。
与相关技术相比,本实用新型提供的发声器件包括设于磁路系统两侧的第一振动系统和第二振动系统,所述磁路系统包括位于中间位置的第一中心磁轭、固定于所述第一中心磁轭的中心磁钢、环设于所述中心磁钢且固定于所述盆架的磁性组件以及连接所述第一中心磁轭与所述磁性组件的连接部,所述中心磁钢与所述磁性组件间隔形成磁间隙;所述中心磁钢包括固定于所述第一中心磁轭的第一磁体部以及固定于所述第一磁体部远离所述第一中心磁轭一侧的第二磁体部,所述第一磁体部沿振动方向的投影面积大于所述第二磁体部沿振动方向的投影面积。通过设置投影面积比第二磁体部更大的第一磁体部,有效增大了中心磁钢的体积,在有限的空间设计中提升了磁路系统的磁场性能,从而提升了发声器件的声学性能。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种发声器件,其包括具有收容空间的盆架、收容于所述收容空间内的磁路系统以及分别设于所述磁路系统两侧的第一振动系统和第二振动系统,其特征在于:
    所述磁路系统包括位于中间位置的第一中心磁轭、固定于所述第一中心磁轭的中心磁钢、环设于所述中心磁钢且固定于所述盆架的边磁钢组件以及连接所述第一中心磁轭与所述边磁钢组件的连接部,所述中心磁钢与所述边磁钢组件间隔形成磁间隙;
    所述第一振动系统包括固定于所述盆架的第一振膜以及驱动所述第一振膜振动发声的第一音圈,所述第一音圈插设于所述磁间隙;
    所述第二振动系统包括固定于所述盆架的第二振膜以及驱动所述第二振膜振动发声的第二音圈,所述第二音圈插设于所述磁间隙;
    所述中心磁钢包括固定于所述第一中心磁轭的第一磁体部以及固定于所述第一磁体部远离所述第一中心磁轭一侧的第二磁体部,所述第一磁体部沿振动方向的投影面积大于所述第二磁体部沿振动方向的投影面积。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述磁间隙包括由所述第一磁体部与所述边磁钢组件间隔设置形成的第一磁间隙以及由所述第二磁体部与所述边磁钢组件间隔设置形成的第二磁间隙,所述第一音圈插设于所述第一磁间隙,所述第二音圈插设于所述第二磁间隙。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述边磁钢组件包括固定于所述盆架的边磁钢、固定于所述边磁钢朝向所述第一振膜一侧的第一边导磁板以及固定于所述边磁钢朝向所述第二振膜一侧的第二边导磁板,所述连接部连接所述第二边导磁板和所述第一中心磁轭。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述连接部包括与所述第一中心磁轭连接的第一连接部与所述第二边导磁板连接的第二连接部以及连接所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部的第三连接部,所述第一连接部固定于所述第一中心磁轭朝向所述中心磁钢的表面,所述第二连接部固定于所述第二边导磁板朝向所述第一中心磁轭的表面。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述第三连接部沿振动方向延伸。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述盆架呈矩形,所述连接部连接于所述第二边导磁板和所述第一中心磁轭沿短轴方向的边缘。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述磁路系统还包括固定于所述第二磁体部远离所述第一中心磁轭一侧的第二中心磁轭。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述盆架包括相互连接的第一支架和第二支架,所述第一振膜固定于所述第一支架远离所述第二支架的表面,所述第二振膜固定于所述第二支架远离所述第一支架的表面。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述边磁钢包括沿长轴方向设置的第一边磁钢以及沿短轴方向设置的第二边磁钢。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述第一边磁钢包括四个,所述盆架的每一长轴方向设置有两个所述第一边磁钢。
