所述导电端子5嵌设于所述盆架1,用于实现所述音圈23与外界的电连接,具体的,所述导电端子5与所述定心支片4电连接。
与相关技术相比,本实用新型提供的扬声器100,通过将定心支片4夹设于音圈23和第一振膜21之间,避免了所述定心支片4和所述主磁钢32的位置冲突,可以使主磁钢32的尺寸进一步做大,提高了所述扬声器100的空间利用率和灵敏度,改善了所述扬声器100的声学性能。
以上所述的仅是本实用新型的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种扬声器,包括具有收容空间的盆架、收容于所述收容空间内的振动系统及用于驱动所述振动系统振动发声的磁路系统,所述振动系统包括用于振动发声的第一振膜及位于所述第一振膜下方用于驱动所述第一振膜振动发声的音圈,其特征在于,所述扬声器还包括夹设于所述第一振膜和所述音圈之间的定心支片,所述音圈通过所述定心支片与外部电路电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述定心支片包括与所述盆架固定连接的第一固定部、与所述第一固定部相互间隔并与所述音圈固定连接的第二固定部、连接所述第二固定部与所述第一固定部的若干连接臂及自所述第一固定部向靠近所述第二固定部方向延伸的焊盘部,所述第一固定部、所述第二固定部、所述连接臂及所述焊盘部一体成型。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一固定部为矩形环状,所述第二固定部也为矩形环状,所述第二固定部间隔设置于所述第一固定部内侧。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述连接臂的数量为四个,各所述连接臂的一端与所述第一固定部固定连接,另一端与所述第二固定部固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述连接臂包括与所述第一固定部固定连接的第一部分、自所述第一部分远离所述第一固定部的一端弯折延伸形成的第二部分及自所述第二部分远离所述第一部分的一端弯折延伸形成的与所述第二固定部固定连接的第三部分,所述第二部分与所述第一部分垂直,所述第三部分与所述第二部分垂直。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一振膜包括与所述第一固定部固定连接的固定部、与所述固定部连接的折环部及与所述折环部连接的球顶部,所述折环部与所述连接臂间隔设置,所述球顶部抵接所述第二固定部。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述定心支片的焊盘部与所述盆架焊接固定。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述定心支片为柔性电路板。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述振动系统还包括与所述第一振膜相对设置的第二振膜,所述第二振膜一端与所述盆架固定连接,另一端与所述音圈固定连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述扬声器还包括用于实现所述振动系统与外界电连接的导电端子,所述导电端子嵌设于所述盆架。
