更进一步的,所述弹臂2313包括自所述第一固定臂2311的一端朝所述第二固定臂2312的中部延伸的第一力臂23131、以及自所述第一固定臂2311的相对的另一端朝所述第二固定臂2312的中部延伸的第二力臂23132;所述第一力臂23131及所述第二力臂23132分别包括平板状的本体部(2313a、2313b)及自所述本体部折弯并朝所述振膜21方向突出的所述折弯单元23130。
所述辅助振膜232包括朝远离所述振膜21方向凸出的呈弧形的折环2321以及由所述折环2321的相对两侧分别延伸的第一连接部2322和第二连接部2323,所述第一连接部2322与所述第一固定臂2311远离所述振膜21的一侧固定,所述第二连接部2323与所述第二固定臂2312的远离所述振膜21的一侧固定,所述折环2321与所述弹臂2313相对设置,即使得所述折弯单元23130的折弯方向与所述折环2321的折弯方向相反,从而更好地避免了所述折弯单元23130与所述折环2321之间发生干涉。
上述结构中,通过所述折弯单元23130的设置,增加了所述弹臂2313的长度,实现所述弹性件231的抗疲劳断裂能力的提升,从而使得所述弹性支撑组件23的使用寿命高,进而使得所述发声器件100的可靠性高;进一步的,所述折弯单元23130向靠近所述振膜21的方向凸出折弯,避免了所述折弯单元23130在振动过程中与所述辅助振膜232干涉而发出不良的杂音,保证了所述发声器件100的声学性能优。
请同时结合图2-3所示,本实施方式中,所述弹性支撑组件23包括两个且分别位于所述音圈22的相对两侧;具体的,以所述音圈22为例展开说明,两个所述弹性支撑组件23分别位于所述音圈22的短轴两侧。双弹性支撑组件23的设置形成对称结构,对所述音圈22的支撑效果更稳定,更好地防止所述音圈22的横向摆动,使得所述振动系统2振动性能优,从而改善所述发声器件100的声学性能。
当然,所述弹性支撑组件23的数量和位置不限于此;比如,所述弹性支撑组件23可以设置两个且分别位于所述音圈22的长轴两侧;再比如,所述弹性支撑组件23可以设置四个且环绕所述音圈22设置。
值得一提的是,所述弹性件231为柔性线路板,所述音圈22与所述弹性件231电连接,一方面用于提供对所述音圈22的支撑,另一方面为所述音圈22引入外部电信号,避免了通过引线为所述音圈22引入外部电信号时容易断线的问题,提高其可靠性。
请参阅图2及图3所示,所述磁路系统3包括磁轭31、固定于所述磁轭31的主磁钢32以及分别间隔设置于所述主磁钢32相对两侧并与所述主磁钢32形成所述磁间隙30的两个副磁钢33。
本实施方式中,所述磁路系统3为三磁钢磁路,以所述音圈22呈矩形结构为例说明,两个所述副磁钢33位于所述音圈22的长轴的两侧,两个所述弹性支撑组件23位于所述音圈22的短轴的两侧。此时,该三磁钢磁路结构使得所述磁路系统3的驱动性能优,从而使得所述发声器件100的声学性能好。
当然,所述磁路系统3的磁路结构不限于三磁钢磁路,在实际应用中可以根据优化设计的需求,亦可以进一步将所述磁路系统3优化为五磁钢磁路。
为了进一步提高磁路系统3的性能,使所述磁路系统3的磁力线尽可能多的被所述音圈22切割,以形成更大的驱动力,所述磁路系统3还包括盖设于所述主磁钢的主极芯34以及夹板35,所述夹板35包括固定于盆架1的呈环状的固定环351和由所述固定环351分别向所述副磁钢33延伸的两个副极芯352,两个所述副极芯352分别叠设于两个所述副磁钢33。通过所述主极芯34与所述副极芯352的设置,使得所述此路系统3的磁力线更为集中,从而使得所述磁路系统3的磁性能更优,进而进一步改善所述发声器件100的声学性能。
与相关技术相比,本实用新型的所述发声器件中,所述弹性件包括固定于所述盆架的第一固定臂、固定于所述音圈远离所述振膜的一端的第二固定臂以及连接所述第一固定臂和所述第二固定臂的弹臂,所述弹臂折弯形成向靠近所述振膜方向凸出的折弯单元。上述结构中,通过所述折弯单元的设置,增加了所述弹臂的长度,实现所述弹性件的抗疲劳断裂能力的提升,从而使得所述弹性支撑组件的使用寿命高,进而使得所述发声器件的可靠性高;进一步的,所述折弯单元向靠近所述振膜的方向弯折,避免了所述折弯单元在振动过程中与所述辅助振膜的干涉,保证了所述发声器件的声学性能优。
以上所述的仅是本实用新型的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种发声器件,其包括盆架以及分别固定于所述盆架的振动系统及具有磁间隙的磁路系统;所述振动系统包括固定于所述盆架的振膜、插设于所述磁间隙以驱动所述振膜振动发声的音圈以及固定于所述盆架并与所述振膜相对且间隔设置的弹性支撑组件,所述弹性支撑组件固定于所述音圈的远离所述振膜的一端,其特征在于,所述弹性支撑组件包括弹性件,所述弹性件包括固定于所述盆架的第一固定臂、固定于所述音圈远离所述振膜的一端的第二固定臂以及连接所述第一固定臂和所述第二固定臂的弹臂,所述弹臂折弯形成向靠近所述振膜方向凸出的折弯单元。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述折弯单元包括多个且间隔设置,所述折弯单元呈弧形片状。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述弹性支撑组件还包括固定于所述弹性件远离所述振膜一侧的辅助振膜;所述辅助振膜包括朝远离所述振膜方向凸出的呈弧形的折环以及由所述折环的相对两侧分别延伸的第一连接部和第二连接部,所述第一连接部与所述第一固定臂远离所述振膜的一侧固定,所述第二连接部与所述第二固定臂的远离所述振膜的一侧固定,所述折环与所述弹臂相对设置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述弹性支撑组件包括两个且分别位于所述音圈的相对两侧。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述音圈呈矩形,两个所述弹性支撑组件分别位于所述音圈的短轴两侧。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述磁路系统包括磁轭、固定于所述磁轭的主磁钢以及分别间隔设置于所述主磁钢相对两侧并与所述主磁钢形成所述磁间隙的两个副磁钢,两个所述副磁钢分别位于所述音圈的长轴两侧。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述磁路系统还包括盖设于所述主磁钢的主极芯以及固定于所述盆架的夹板,所述夹板包括固定于盆架的呈环状的固定环和由所述固定环分别向所述副磁钢延伸的两个副极芯,两个所述副极芯分别叠设于所述副磁钢。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述弹性件为与所述音圈电连接的柔性线路板。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述磁轭靠近所述辅助振膜的一侧朝远离所述辅助振膜的方向凹陷形成有避让槽,所述避让槽与所述辅助振膜相对应。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述避让槽进一步朝远离所述辅助振膜的方向部分凹陷形成有凹陷部,所述凹陷部对应所述辅助振膜的振幅最大位置处。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述弹臂包括自所述第一固定臂的一端朝所述第二固定臂的中部延伸的第一力臂、以及自所述第一固定臂的另一端朝所述第二固定臂的中部延伸的第二力臂;所述第一力臂及所述第二力臂包括平板状的本体部及自所述本体部折弯并朝所述振膜方向突出的所述折弯单元。
