Description
本实用新型涉及声电转换领域,尤其涉及一种运用于便携式电子产品的扬声器。
随着移动互联网时代的到来,智能移动设备的数量不断上升。而在众多移动设备之中,手机无疑是最常见、最便携的移动终端设备。目前,手机的功能极其多样,其中之一便是高品质的音乐功能,因此,用于播放声音的扬声器被大量应用到现在的智能移动设备之中。
相关技术的扬声器包括盆架、收容于所述盆架内的磁路系统、振动系统及与振动系统电连接的电连接件,磁路系统用于驱动振动系统振动发声,磁路系统包括磁框及装配于所述磁框上且与磁框形成磁间隙的磁钢,振动系统包括用于振动发声的振膜及与一端与振膜连接且另一端插入磁间隙内的音圈,通过电连接件外接电路使得音圈上通入电流从而音圈在磁场中受到洛伦兹力发生振动,并带动振膜振动发声。
然而,相关技术中扬声器的电连接件与音圈之间通常只有一个面进行胶合,胶合强度不够,使得音圈在进行剧烈振动时电连接件与音圈之间容易发生分断,从而影响到扬声器的声学性能。
因此,有必要提供一种新的扬声器来解决上述问题。
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种音圈与电连接件具有良好固定效果的扬声器。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种扬声器,其包括具有收容空间的盆架、收容于所述盆架内的振动系统、用于驱动所述振动系统振动发声的磁路系统及与所述振动系统电连接的电连接件,所述振动系统包括用于振动发声的振膜及位于所述振膜一侧并驱动所述振膜振动发声的音圈,所述电连接件与所述音圈电连接且弹性支撑所述音圈,所述电连接件包括支撑在所述音圈远离所述振膜一端的支撑部、与所述支撑部间隔设置的弹力臂以及所述弹力臂沿所述音圈一侧的相对两端分别朝所述支撑部延伸的结合部,所述支撑部包括正对所述振膜的本体部以及分别自所述本体部朝所述振膜方向弯折延伸的第一延伸臂和第二延伸臂,所述音圈包括靠近所述弹力臂的外侧面以及与所述外侧面相对设置的内侧面,所述第一延伸臂与所述内侧面相对设置并固定,所述第二延伸臂与所述外侧面相对设置并固定,所述音圈夹设并固定在所述第一延伸臂与所述第二延伸臂之间。
优选的,所述内侧面朝所述外侧面凹陷形成与所述第一延伸臂对应的第一凹陷。
优选的,所述外侧面朝所述内侧面凹陷形成与所述第二延伸臂对应的第二凹陷。
优选的,所述第一延伸臂呈连续的环形并围设在所述内侧面。

与相关技术相比,本实用新型提供的扬声器中所述第一延伸臂与所述音圈的所述内侧面相对设置并固定,所述第二延伸臂与所述外侧面相对设置并固定,使得所述音圈夹设并固定在所述第一延伸臂与所述第二延伸臂之间,提升了所述音圈与所述电连接件之间的胶合强度,从而改善了所述扬声器工作时所述音圈摇摆和断线的可靠性,并且也增加了所述音圈的最大振幅,进而提升了所述扬声器的声学性能。

所述焊盘34包括自所述弹力臂32向远离所述收容空间方向延伸的延伸部341、自所述延伸部341末端向远离所述振膜21方向弯折延伸的连接部342及自所述连接部342远离所述延伸部341的一端弯折延伸的导电部343,所述导电部343与所述延伸部341相对,所述框体50夹设于所述导电部343与所述延伸部341之间。
与相关技术相比,本实用新型提供的扬声器中所述第一延伸臂与所述音圈的所述内侧面相对设置并固定,所述第二延伸臂与所述外侧面相对设置并固定,使得所述音圈夹设并固定在所述第一延伸臂与所述第二延伸臂之间,提升了所述音圈与所述电连接件之间的胶合强度,从而改善了所述扬声器工作时所述音圈摇摆和断线的可靠性,并且也增加了所述音圈的最大振幅,进而提升了所述扬声器的声学性能。
以上所述的仅是本实用新型的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本实用新型的保护范围。
Claims (9)
- 一种扬声器,其包括具有收容空间的盆架、收容于所述盆架内的振动系统、用于驱动所述振动系统振动发声的磁路系统及与所述振动系统电连接的电连接件,所述振动系统包括用于振动发声的振膜及位于所述振膜一侧并驱动所述振膜振动发声的音圈,所述电连接件与所述音圈电连接且弹性支撑所述音圈,其特征在于,所述电连接件包括支撑在所述音圈远离所述振膜一端的支撑部、与所述支撑部间隔设置的弹力臂以及所述弹力臂沿所述音圈一侧的相对两端分别朝所述支撑部延伸的结合部,所述支撑部包括正对所述振膜的本体部以及分别自所述本体部朝所述振膜方向弯折延伸的第一延伸臂和第二延伸臂,所述音圈包括靠近所述弹力臂的外侧面以及与所述外侧面相对设置的内侧面,所述第一延伸臂与所述内侧面相对设置并固定,所述第二延伸臂与所述外侧面相对设置并固定,所述音圈夹设并固定在所述第一延伸臂与所述第二延伸臂之间。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述内侧面朝所述外侧面凹陷形成与所述第一延伸臂对应的第一凹陷。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述外侧面朝所述内侧面凹陷形成与所述第二延伸臂对应的第二凹陷。
- 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一延伸臂呈连续的环形并围设在所述内侧面。
- 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第二延伸臂围设在所述外侧面四周且相邻两所述第二延伸臂之间形成有避让所述结合部的缺口。
- 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一延伸臂与所述第二延伸臂相对并间隔设置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述电连接件还包括形成在所述弹力臂的焊盘,所述焊盘至少部分延伸至所述盆架外侧用于与外界电连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一延伸臂与所述第二延伸臂对称设置在所述音圈两侧。
- 根据权利要求7所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述扬声器还包括固定设置于所述盆架靠近所述电连接件一端的框体,所述焊盘包括自所述弹力臂向远离所述收容空间方向延伸的延伸部、自所述延伸部末端向远离所述振膜方向弯折延伸的连接部及自所述连接部远离所述延伸部的一端弯折延伸的导电部,所述导电部与所述延伸部相对,所述框体夹设于所述导电部与所述延伸部之间。
