优选的,所述磁路系统还包括叠设于所述第一底壁靠近所述第一振膜一侧的第一磁钢、叠设于所述第一底壁另一侧的第二磁钢以及承载所述第二磁钢的磁碗,所述磁碗包括围设成第二通孔的第二底壁及自所述第二底壁远离所述第二通孔的一侧弯折延伸形成的第二侧壁,所述第一磁钢与所述导磁件的第一侧壁之间形成所述第一磁间隙,所述第一磁钢、第一底壁、第二磁钢与所述磁碗的第二侧壁之间形成所述第二磁间隙。
优选的,所述嵌件自所述磁碗的第二通孔延伸并穿过所述导磁件的第一通孔延伸至一对所述第一侧壁之间,所述第一电路板包括叠设于所述嵌件顶部的第一固定端、弹性支撑所述第一音圈下端的第二固定端及连接所述第一固定端与所述第二固定端的弹性接连部。
优选的,所述第一音圈呈圆角矩形,所述第一电路板的弹性连接部沿长轴方向弯曲延伸。
优选的,所述第一电路板还包括设置于所述第二固定端上的焊盘部,所述焊盘部位于所述第一音圈的内侧,所述第一音圈包括引线,所述引线焊接于所述焊盘部。
优选的,所述嵌件包括第一台阶部及位于所述第一台阶部上的第二台阶部,所述第二磁钢部分叠设于所述第一台阶部,所述导磁件的第一底壁部分叠设于所述第二台阶部。
优选的,所述同轴扬声器还包括支撑架、连接所述第二振动系统与所述支撑架的弹性组件,所述弹性组件包括第二电路板及与所述第二电路板连接的支撑振膜,所述第二音圈与所述第二电路板电性连接。
优选的,所述磁碗还包括自所述第二侧壁远离所述第二底壁的一端弯折延伸形成的延伸壁,所述延伸壁与所述支撑架固定连接。

与相关技术相比,本实用新型的同轴扬声器,包括盆架、固定于所述盆架下方的磁路系统、固定于所述盆架内侧的第一振动系统、固定于所述盆架外侧且环绕所述第一振动系统设置的第二振动系统,所述第一振动系统与所述第二振动系统同轴设置,所述第一振动系统包括第一振膜及驱动所述第一振膜振动发声的第一音圈,所述第二振动系统包括第二振膜及驱动所述第二振膜振动发声的第二音圈,所述磁路系统设有第一磁间隙及位于第一磁间隙外侧的第二磁间隙,所述第一音圈至少部分插设于所述第一磁间隙内,所述第二音圈至少部分插设于所述第二磁间隙内,所述同轴扬声器还包括与所述第一音圈电性连接呈平板状的第一电路板、支撑所述第一电路板的嵌件以及嵌设于所述嵌件内将所述第一电路板与外部电路连接的第一端子,所述第一电路板抵接于所述第一音圈远离所述第一振膜的表面。本实用新型的同轴扬声器通过设置环形的低音振动系统,提供低音音效,高音振动系统设置于低音振动系统内侧,提供高音音效,低音、高音形成同轴全频带扬声器,提供高品质音效,同时由于平板状的第一电路板的设计使得第一振膜得以进一步支撑,同时振幅增加,该第一振动系统又可用作受话器功能,实现了一个器件多种用途的拓展。

下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本实用新型的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
请同时参阅图1-8,本实用新型提供了一种同轴扬声器100,其包括盆架1、固定于所述盆架1的磁路系统2、固定于所述盆架1内侧的第一振动系统3、固定于所述盆架1外侧的第二振动系统4、嵌件5、第一电路板6、支撑架7、弹性组件8以及盖设于所述第一振动系统3与第二振动系统4上方的盖体9,所述第二振动系统4环绕于所述第一振动系统3的外侧且与所述第一振动系统3同轴设置。
所述盆架1的外周大致成矩形,其包括内侧壁11、与所述内侧壁11相对设置的外侧壁12以及连接所述内侧壁11与所述外侧壁12的顶壁13,所述第一振动系统3固定于盆架的内侧壁11,所述第二振动系统4固定于盆架的外侧壁12,所述盖体9部分抵接于所述顶壁13。
所述磁路系统2包括导磁件21、设置于所述导磁件21一侧的第一磁钢22、设置于所述导磁件21另一侧的第二磁钢23、承载所述第二磁钢23的磁碗24以及盖设于所述第一磁钢22上方的极芯25。所述导磁件21包括围设成第一通孔211的平板状的第一底壁212及自所述第一底壁212弯折延伸形成的一对相对设置的第一侧壁213,所述第一电路板6设置于一对所述第一侧壁213之间。如图5所示,两个所述第一侧壁213部分错开设置使得两个第一侧壁213中的一个第一侧壁213沿垂直于同轴扬声器100的振动方向上的投影部分落在另一个所述第一侧壁213外。所述第一磁钢22叠设于所述第一底壁212靠近所述第一振动系统3一侧的,所述第二磁钢23叠设于所述第一底壁212远离所述第一振动系统3一侧的,所述第一磁钢22与所述第二磁钢23同轴并正对设置。所述第一磁钢22、第二磁钢23沿所述同轴扬声器100的振动方向充磁,且所述第一磁钢22、第二磁钢23同极相对设置。所述第一磁钢22靠近所述第二振动系统4的表面的外边缘设有切面221,所述第一磁钢22设有第一穿孔222,所述第二磁钢23设有第二穿孔231,所述第一侧壁213延伸至所述第一穿孔222内。
所述磁碗24的下表面与所述嵌件5的下表面齐平。所述磁碗24包括围设成第二通孔241的第二底壁242、自所述第二底壁242远离所述第二通孔241的一侧弯折延伸形成的第二侧壁243及自所述第二侧壁243远离所述第二底壁241的一端弯折延伸形成的延伸壁244,所述延伸壁244与所述支撑架7固定连接。所述第一磁钢22、极芯25与所述导磁件21的第一侧壁213之间形成所述第一磁间隙26,所述第一磁钢22、第一底壁212、第二磁钢23与所述磁碗24的第二侧壁243之间形成所述第二磁间隙27,所述第二磁间隙27围设于所述第一磁间隙26外侧。
所述极芯25设有第三穿孔251,所述第一侧壁213进一步延伸至所述第三穿孔251内。
所述第一振动系统3包括第一振膜31及驱动所述第一振膜31振动发声的第一音圈32,所述第一音圈32呈圆角矩形,所述第一音圈32至少部分插设于所述第一磁间隙26内,所述第一音圈31包括引线310,所述第一振膜31可用于高音发声,也可用作受话器工作,其发声方向为沿着振动方向向上。所述第一振膜31包括第一球顶311以及环绕所述第一球顶311设置的第一折环312,所述第一球顶311包括设置于所述第一折环312上方的第一球顶部3111及设置于所述第一折环312下方的第二球顶部3112,所述第一球顶部3111为平板状结构,所述第二球顶部3112为中空环状结构。所述第一折环312为中空环状结构,且所述第一折环312为沿振动方向向下凹陷的结构,所述第一折环312的外边缘设有第一固定部313,内边缘设有第二固定部314,所述第一固定部313贴合于所述盆架1的顶壁13及部分内侧壁11,且所述第一固定部313贴合于所述盆架1顶壁13的部分夹持于所述顶壁13及所述盖体9之间,所述第一球顶部3111贴合于与所述第二固定部314的上表面,所述第二球顶部3112贴合于与所述第二固定部314的下表面,且夹设与所述第二固定部314与所述第一音圈32之间。
所述第二振动系统4包括第二振膜41、驱动所述第二振膜41振动发声的第二音圈42以及连接所述第二振膜41与所述第二音圈42的音圈骨架43,所述第二音圈42呈圆角矩形,所述第二音圈42至少部分插设于所述第二磁间隙27内,所述第二振膜41可用于低音发声,其发声方向为沿着振动方向向上。所述第二振膜41包括第二折环411、环绕所述第二折环411且与所述第二折环411间隔设置的第三折环412。所述第二折环411、第三折环412均为中空环状结构,且所述第二折环411为沿振动方向向上突起的结构,所述第三折环412为沿振动方向向下凹陷的结构。所述音圈骨架43连接所述第二折环411、第三折环412与所述第二音圈42。所述第二折环411靠近所述第一振膜31的一端固定于所述盆架1的外侧壁12或/和所述第一磁钢22上,所述第三折环412包括第三固定部4121。
所述嵌件5自所述磁碗24的第二通孔241延伸,依次穿过第二磁钢23的第二穿孔231、所述导磁件21的第一通孔211直至延伸至一对所述第一侧壁213之间。所述嵌件5包括第一台阶部51及位于所述第一台阶部51上的第二台阶部52,所述第二磁钢22部分叠设于所述第一台阶部51上,所述导磁件21的第一底壁212部分叠设于所述第二台阶部52上。所述嵌件5内设有将所述第一电路板6与外部电路连接的第一端子91,所述第一端子91与第一电路板6连接,所述第一音圈32通过所述第一端子91与所述第一电路板6实现电性连接。所述嵌件5设有贯穿其上的泄漏通道53。
所述第一电路板6支撑固定于所述嵌件5,所述第一电路板6抵接于所述第一音圈32远离所述第一振膜31的表面。所述第一电路板6包括叠设于所述嵌件5顶部的第一固定端61、弹性支撑所述第一音圈31下端的第二固定端62及连接所述第一固定端61与所述第二固定端62的弹性接连部63、以及设置于所述第二固定端62上的焊盘部64,所述焊盘部64位于所述第一音圈31的内侧,所述第一音圈31的引线310焊接于所述焊盘部64。所述第一电路板6的弹性连接部63沿长轴方向呈连续的S状弯曲延伸,以增加第一电路板6的力臂的长度,在弹性支撑所述第一音圈31的同时可进一步增加第一音圈31的振幅,两个所述第一侧壁213部分错开设置使得第一侧壁213的外侧可以形成让位所述弹性连接部63的空间。
支撑架7为环形钢环,所述第三折环412的第三固定部4121固定连接于所述支撑架7,具体的,第三固定部4121包覆所述支撑架7的上表面及部分外侧面。
弹性组件8连接所述音圈骨架43与所述支撑架7,所述弹性组件8包括第二电路板81与所述第二电路板81连接的支撑振膜82,所述第二音圈42与所述第二电路板81电性连接,具体的,所述同轴扬声器100还包括与所述第二电路板81连接的第二端子92,所述第二音圈42通过所述第二端子92与所述第二电路板81电性连接。在本实施例中,弹性组件8的数量为两个,且设置在同轴扬声器100的短轴方向上,在其他实施例中可视情况而定。
所述音圈骨架43包括骨架平板部431、自所述骨架平板部431的一端向着所述第二电路板81弯折延伸并与所述第二电路板81连接的第一延伸部432及自所述骨架平板部431的另一端向着所述第二音圈42弯折延伸并与所述第二音圈42连接的第二延伸部433。所述骨架平板部431的一端与第二折环411连接,另一端与第三折环412连接。
盖体9上设有供第一振膜31、第二振膜41声音发出的透声孔90。
本实用新型的同轴扬声器,包括盆架、固定于所述盆架下方的磁路系统、固定于所述盆架内侧的第一振动系统、固定于所述盆架外侧且环绕所述第一振动系统设置的第二振动系统,所述第一振动系统与所述第二振动系统同轴设置,所述第一振动系统包括第一振膜及驱动所述第一振膜振动发声的第一音圈,所述第二振动系统包括第二振膜及驱动所述第二振膜振动发声的第二音圈,所述磁路系统设有第一磁间隙及位于第一磁间隙外侧的第二磁间隙,所述第一音圈至少部分插设于所述第一磁间隙内,所述第二音圈至少部分插设于所述第二磁间隙内,所述同轴扬声器还包括与所述第一音圈电性连接呈平板状的第一电路板、支撑所述第一电路板的嵌件以及嵌设于所述嵌件内将所述第一电路板与外部电路连接的第一端子,所述第一电路板抵接于所述第一音圈远离所述第一振膜的表面。本实用新型的同轴扬声器通过设置环形的低音振动系统,提供低音音效,高音振动系统设置于低音振动系统内侧,提供高音音效,低音、高音形成同轴全频带扬声器,提供高品质音效,同时由于平板状的第一电路板的设计使得第一振膜得以进一步支撑,同时振幅增加,该第一振动系统又可用作受话器功能,实现了一个器件多种用途的拓展。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种同轴扬声器,其特征在于:包括盆架、固定于所述盆架下方的磁路系统、固定于所述盆架内侧的第一振动系统、固定于所述盆架外侧且环绕所述第一振动系统设置的第二振动系统,所述第一振动系统与所述第二振动系统同轴设置,所述第一振动系统包括第一振膜及驱动所述第一振膜振动发声的第一音圈,所述第二振动系统包括第二振膜及驱动所述第二振膜振动发声的第二音圈,所述磁路系统设有第一磁间隙及位于第一磁间隙外侧的第二磁间隙,所述第一音圈至少部分插设于所述第一磁间隙内,所述第二音圈至少部分插设于所述第二磁间隙内,所述同轴扬声器还包括与所述第一音圈电性连接呈平板状的第一电路板、支撑所述第一电路板的嵌件以及嵌设于所述嵌件内将所述第一电路板与外部电路连接的第一端子,所述第一电路板抵接于所述第一音圈远离所述第一振膜的表面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的同轴扬声器,其特征在于,所述磁路系统包括导磁件,所述导磁件包括围设成第一通孔的平板状的第一底壁及自所述第一底壁弯折延伸形成的一对相对设置的第一侧壁,所述第一电路板设置于一对所述第一侧壁之间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的同轴扬声器,其特征在于,两个所述第一侧壁部分错开设置使得两个第一侧壁中的一个第一侧壁沿垂直于同轴扬声器的振动方向上的投影部分落在另一个所述第一侧壁外。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的同轴扬声器,其特征在于,所述磁路系统还包括叠设于所述第一底壁靠近所述第一振膜一侧的第一磁钢、叠设于所述第一底壁另一侧的第二磁钢以及承载所述第二磁钢的磁碗,所述磁碗包括围设成第二通孔的第二底壁及自所述第二底壁远离所述第二通孔的一侧弯折延伸形成的第二侧壁,所述第一磁钢与所述导磁件的第一侧壁之间形成所述第一磁间隙,所述第一磁钢、第一底壁、第二磁钢与所述磁碗的第二侧壁之间形成所述第二磁间隙。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的同轴扬声器,其特征在于,所述嵌件自所述磁碗的第二通孔延伸并穿过所述导磁件的第一通孔延伸至一对所述第一侧壁之间,所述第一电路板包括叠设于所述嵌件顶部的第一固定端、弹性支撑所述第一音圈下端的第二固定端及连接所述第一固定端与所述第二固定端的弹性接连部。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的同轴扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一音圈呈圆角矩形,所述第一电路板的弹性连接部沿长轴方向弯曲延伸。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的同轴扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一电路板还包括设置于所述第二固定端上的焊盘部,所述焊盘部位于所述第一音圈的内侧,所述第一音圈包括引线,所述引线焊接于所述焊盘部。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的同轴扬声器,其特征在于,所述嵌件包括第一台阶部及位于所述第一台阶部上的第二台阶部,所述第二磁钢部分叠设于所述第一台阶部,所述导磁件的第一底壁部分叠设于所述第二台阶部。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的同轴扬声器,其特征在于,所述同轴扬声器还包括支撑架、连接所述第二振动系统与所述支撑架的弹性组件,所述弹性组件包括第二电路板及与所述第二电路板连接的支撑振膜,所述第二音圈与所述第二电路板电性连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的同轴扬声器,其特征在于,所述磁碗还包括自所述第二侧壁远离所述第二底壁的一端弯折延伸形成的延伸壁,所述延伸壁与所述支撑架固定连接。
