下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请同时参阅图1-6,本发明的第一实施例提供了一种同轴扬声器100,其包括盆架1、固定于所述盆架1的磁路系统2、以及固定于所述盆架1内侧的第一振动系统3、设置于所述盆架1外侧的第二振动系统4、嵌件5、与所述嵌件5固定的第一电路板6、支撑架7、弹性组件8,第二振动系统4环绕于所述第一振动系统3的外侧且与所述第一振动系统3同轴设置。
所述盆架1的外周大致成矩形,其包括上壁面11及与所述上壁面11相对设置的下壁面12以及连接所述上壁面11与所述下壁面12的外壁面13,所述第一振动系统3固定于盆架的上壁面11并延伸至所述外壁面13,所述第二振动系统4与所述盆架的外壁面13间隔设置。
所述磁路系统2包括磁碗21、设置于所述磁碗21一侧的第一磁钢组件22及设置于所述磁碗21另一侧的第二磁钢组件23。所述第一磁钢组件22与所述第二磁钢组件23同轴设置。所述磁碗21包括围设成收容空间210的侧壁211以及自所述侧壁211远离所述第一振动系统3的一端弯折延伸形成的底壁212。所述第一磁钢组件22包括第一磁钢221以及设置于所述第一磁钢221上的极芯222,所述第一磁钢221与所述磁碗21的侧壁211之间形成第一磁间隙220。在本实施例中,极芯222与盆架1为分体式结构,其可在结构上相互抵靠固定。所述磁碗21的底壁212承载所述第一磁钢221。所述第二磁钢组件23包括第二磁钢231、与所述第二磁钢231形成第二磁间隙230的第三磁钢232、叠设于所述第三磁钢232上方的导磁板233,所述磁碗21的底壁212叠设于所述第二磁钢231的上方,所述第一磁钢221与所述第二磁钢232正对设置。所述磁路系统2还包括承载所述第二磁钢231与所述第三磁钢232的磁轭24。
所述第一磁钢221、第二磁钢231、第三磁钢232沿所述同轴扬声器100的振动方向充磁,且所述第一磁钢221、第二磁钢231同极相对设置,所述第二磁钢231、第三磁钢232充磁方向相反。在本实施例中,所述第一磁钢221、极芯222、第二磁钢231、第三磁钢232、导磁板233均为中空环状结构。
所述第一振动系统3包括第一振膜31及驱动所述第一振膜31振动发声的第一音圈32,所述第一音圈32至少部分插设于所述第一磁间隙220内,所述第一振膜31为一体式的硅橡胶振膜,当然,所述第一振膜31也可用常规压膜方式制作,所述第一振膜31用于高音发声,其发声方向为沿着振动方向向上,即为同轴扬声器100的正面发声。所述第一振膜31包括第一球顶311以及环绕所述第一球顶311设置的第一折环312,所述第一球顶311包括第一球顶部3111及固定于所述第一球顶部3111外周的第二球顶部3112。所述第一折环312包括第一固定部3121,所述第一固定部3121贴合于所述盆架1的上壁面11并延伸包覆部分所述盆架1的外壁面13。所述第一球顶311与第一折环312可由硅橡胶材料一体成型而成。
所述第二振动系统4包括第二振膜41、驱动所述第二振膜41振动发声的第二音圈42及连接所述第二振膜41与所述第二音圈的音圈骨架43,所述第二振膜41为一体式的硅橡胶振膜。所述第二音圈42至少部分插设于所述第二磁间隙230内,所述第二振膜41用于低音发声,其发声方向为沿着振动方向向上,即为同轴扬声器100的正面发声。所述第二振膜41包括第二折环411、环绕所述第二折环411设置的第二球顶412、环绕所述第二球顶412设置的第三折环413以及自所述第二折环411远离所述第二球顶412的一侧向上延伸的延伸臂414,所述延伸臂414的一端为悬置状态。在本他实施例中,所述第二折环411、第二球顶412、第三折环413、可以彼此间隔设置,所述音圈骨架43与所述第二折环411、第二球顶412、第三折环413、延伸臂414一体成型,并将所述第二折环411、第二球顶412、第三折环413、延伸臂414与所述第二音圈42连接。在其他实施例中,所述第二折环411、第二球顶412、第三折环413、延伸臂414也可以彼此相连设置,此时所述第二折环411、第二球顶412、第三折环413、延伸臂414一体成型。所述第二折环411靠近所述第一振膜31的一端固定于所述第一磁钢221上,所述第三折环413包括第二固定部4131。
所述磁轭24对应所述第二音圈42的位置设有让位凹陷部241,以提供第二音圈42足够的振动空间。
嵌件5设置于所述磁碗21侧壁211围设成的收容空间210内,第一电路板6贴设于所述磁轭24的外表面,所述嵌件5设有贯穿其上的第一端子91,所述第一端子91与第一电路板6连接,所述第一音圈32通过所述第一端子91与所述第一电路板6实现电性连接。所述嵌件5设有贯穿其上的泄漏通道51。
支撑架7为环形钢环,所述第三折环413的第二固定部4131固定连接于所述支撑架7,具体的,第二固定部4131包覆所述支撑架7的上表面及部分外表面。
弹性组件8连接所述音圈骨架43与所述支撑架7,所述弹性组件8包括第二电路板81与所述第二电路板81连接的支撑振膜82,所述第二音圈42与所述第二电路板81电性连接,具体的,所述同轴扬声器100还包括与所述第二电路板81连接的第二端子92,所述第二音圈42通过所述第二端子92与所述第二电路板81电性连接。在本实施例中,弹性组件8的数量为两个,且设置在同轴扬声器100的短轴方向上,在其他实施例中可视情况而定。
所述音圈骨架43包括与所述第二球顶412贴合的骨架平板部431、自所述骨架平板部431向着所述第二电路板81弯折延伸并与所述第二电路板81连接的第一延伸部432及自所述骨架平板部431向着所述第二音圈42弯折延伸并与所述第二音圈42连接的第二延伸部433。
请参阅图7,本发明的第二实施例与第一实施例的同轴扬声器结构基本相同,区别在于第二实施例中的同轴扬声器的极芯222’与所述盆架1’为一体成型式结构。
与相关技术相比,本发明的同轴扬声器包括盆架、固定于所述盆架下方的磁路系统、固定于所述盆架内侧的第一振动系统及设置于所述盆架外侧且环绕所述第一振动系统设置的第二振动系统,所述第一振动系统与所述第二振动系统同轴设置,所述第一振动系统包括第一振膜及驱动所述第一振膜振动发声的第一音圈,所述第二振动系统包括第二振膜及驱动所述第二振膜振动发声的第二音圈,所述磁路系统设有第一磁间隙及位于第一磁间隙外侧的第二磁间隙,所述第一音圈至少部分插设于所述第一磁间隙内,所述第二音圈至少部分插设于所述第二磁间隙内,所述第一振膜用于高音发声,所述第二振膜用于低音发声,所述第二振膜为一体式的硅橡胶振膜。本发明的同轴扬声器通过设置环形的低音振动系统,提供低音音效,高音振动系统设置于低音振动系统内侧,提供高音音效,低音、高音形成同轴全频带扬声器,提供高品质音效,其中低音振膜用硅橡胶材料一体式成型,高音振膜也可用硅橡胶材料一体式成型,使得低音振膜与高音振膜可以分开设计、成型,可以针对低音和高音的不同特性,单独调整高低音的膜料材质和厚,使用中更加灵活。
以上所述的仅是本发明的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种同轴扬声器,其特征在于:包括盆架、固定于所述盆架下方的磁路系统、固定于所述盆架内侧的第一振动系统及设置于所述盆架外侧且环绕所述第一振动系统设置的第二振动系统,所述第一振动系统与所述第二振动系统同轴设置,所述第一振动系统包括第一振膜及驱动所述第一振膜振动发声的第一音圈,所述第二振动系统包括第二振膜及驱动所述第二振膜振动发声的第二音圈,所述磁路系统设有第一磁间隙及位于第一磁间隙外侧的第二磁间隙,所述第一音圈至少部分插设于所述第一磁间隙内,所述第二音圈至少部分插设于所述第二磁间隙内,所述第一振膜用于高音发声,所述第二振膜用于低音发声,所述第二振膜为一体式的硅橡胶振膜。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的同轴扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一振膜为一体式的硅橡胶振膜。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的同轴扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一振膜包括第一球顶以及环绕所述第一球顶的第一折环,所述第一球顶与所述第一折环一体成型。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的同轴扬声器,其特征在于,所述第二振膜包括第二折环、环绕所述第二折环设置的第二球顶、环绕所述第二球顶设置的第三折环,所述第二折环、第二球顶、第三折环一体成型。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的同轴扬声器,其特征在于,所述第二振膜包括第二折环、环绕所述第二折环设置的第二球顶、环绕所述第二球顶设置的第三折环、连接所述第二折环、第二球顶、第三折环与所述第二音圈的音圈骨架,所述第二折环、第二球顶、第三折环彼此间隔设置,所述第二折环、第二球顶、第三折环与所述音圈骨架一体成型。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的同轴扬声器,其特征在于,所述磁路系统包括磁碗,所述磁碗包括围设成收容空间的侧壁以及自所述侧壁远离所述第一振动系统的一端弯折延伸形成的底壁,所述磁路系统还包括设置于所述磁碗一侧的第一磁钢组件及设置于所述磁碗另一侧的第二磁钢组件,所述第一磁钢组件包括第一磁钢及叠设于所述第一磁钢上的极芯,所述第一磁钢与所述磁碗的侧壁之间形成所述第一磁间隙,所述第二磁钢组件包括第二磁钢及位于第二磁钢外侧且与所述第二磁钢形成所述第二磁间隙的第三磁钢。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的同轴扬声器,其特征在于,所述极芯与所述盆架一体成型。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的同轴扬声器,其特征在于,所述同轴扬声器还包括被所述磁路系统环绕设置的嵌件以及与所述嵌件固定的第一电路板,所述嵌件设有贯穿其上的第一端子,所述第一音圈通过所述第一端子与所述第一电路板电性连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的同轴扬声器,其特征在于,所述同轴扬声器还包括支撑架、连接所述音圈骨架与所述支撑架的弹性组件,所述弹性组件包括第二电路板及与所述第二电路板连接的支撑振膜,所述第二音圈与所述第二电路板电性连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的同轴扬声器,其特征在于,所述音圈骨架包括与所述第二球顶贴合的骨架平板部、自所述骨架平板部向着所述第二电路板弯折延伸并与所述第二电路板连接的第一延伸部及自所述骨架平板部向着所述第二音圈弯折延伸并与所述第二音圈连接的第二延伸部。
