为了达到上述目的,本实用新型提供了一种同轴扬声器,包括支撑环、固定于所述支撑环下方的磁路系统、固定于所述支撑环内侧的第一振动系统及设置于所述支撑环外侧且环绕所述第一振动系统设置的第二振动系统,所述第一振动系统与所述第二振动系统同轴设置,所述第一振动系统包括第一振膜及驱动所述第一振膜振动发声的第一音圈,所述第二振动系统包括第二振膜及驱动所述第二振膜振动发声的第二音圈,所述磁路系统设有第一磁间隙及位于第一磁间隙外侧的第二磁间隙,所述第一音圈至少部分插设于所述第一磁间隙内,所述第二音圈至少部分插设于所述第二磁间隙内,所述第一振膜用于高音发声,所述第二振膜用于低音发声,所述支撑环包括与所述第一振膜固定连接的第一端部、与所述磁路系统固定连接的第二端部以及自所述第二端部沿向外扩张的方向连接至所述第一端部的连接部,所述第一振膜与所述第二振膜在所述同轴扬声器的振动方向上的投影部分相互重叠。
优选的,所述第一振膜包括第一球顶、环绕所述第一球顶的第一折环及固定连接于所述支撑环第一端部的第一固定部,所述第二振膜包括固定于所述支撑环和/或所述磁路系统的第二固定部及自所述第二固定部弯折延伸的第二折环,所述第一折环与所述第二折环在所述同轴扬声器的振动方向上的投影部分相互重叠。
优选的,所述第二振动系统包括连接所述第二振膜与所述第二音圈的音圈骨架,所述第二振膜还包括环绕所述第二折环且与所述第二折环间隔设置的第三折环,所述音圈骨架的一侧与所述第二折环连接,另一侧与所述第三折环连接。
优选的,所述第二折环、第三折环由硅橡胶材料一体热压成型固定于所述音圈骨架,所述第二振膜胶合固定于所述支撑环和/或所述磁路系统。
优选的,所述第二折环、第三折环胶合固定于所述音圈骨架,所述第二振膜胶合固定于所述支撑环和/或所述磁路系统。
优选的,所述第一振膜胶合固定于所述支撑环。
优选的,所述磁路系统包括第一磁钢、环绕设置于所述第一磁钢外侧的第二磁钢、设置于所述第二磁钢下方的第三磁钢、环绕设置于所述第三磁钢外侧的第四磁钢及夹持于所述第二磁钢与所述第三磁钢之间的导磁板,所述第一磁钢与所述第二磁钢之间形成所述第一磁间隙,所述第二磁钢、导磁板、第三磁钢堆叠设置并与所述第四磁钢之间形成所述第二磁间隙。
优选的,所述同轴扬声器包括支撑所述第一磁钢的嵌件以及固定于所述嵌件与所述磁路系统之间的第一柔性电路板,所述第一音圈与所述第一柔性电路板电性连接,所述第一柔性电路板包括与所述磁路系统固定的定位部、自所述定位部延伸而成的悬臂以及形成于所述悬臂上的接合部,所述嵌件部分压合于所述定位部。
优选的,所述第一振动系统还包括连接所述第一音圈与所述第一柔性电路板的支撑架,所述支撑架包括固定于所述第一柔性电路板接合部的支撑脚,所述支撑架设有缺口,所述第一音圈具有引线,所述引线通过所述缺口延伸并固定至所述第一柔性电路板接合部的下表面。
优选的,所述嵌件具有延伸壁,所述第一柔性电路板的定位部固定于所述延伸壁。

与相关技术相比,本实用新型的一种同轴扬声器,包括支撑环、固定于所述支撑环下方的磁路系统、固定于所述支撑环内侧的第一振动系统及设置于所述支撑环外侧且环绕所述第一振动系统设置的第二振动系统,所述第一振动系统与所述第二振动系统同轴设置,所述第一振动系统包括第一振膜及驱动所述第一振膜振动发声的第一音圈,所述第二振动系统包括第二振膜及驱动所述第二振膜振动发声的第二音圈,所述磁路系统设有第一磁间隙及位于第一磁间隙外侧的第二磁间隙,所述第一音圈至少部分插设于所述第一磁间隙内,所述第二音圈至少部分插设于所述第二磁间隙内,所述第一振膜用于高音发声,所述第二振膜用于低音发声,所述支撑环包括与所述第一振膜固定连接的第一端部、与所述磁路系统固定连接的第二端部以及自所述第二端部沿向外扩张的方向连接至所述第一端部的连接部,所述第一振膜与所述第二振膜在所述同轴扬声器的振动方向上的投影部分相互重叠。本实用新型的同轴扬声器通过设置环形的低音振动系统,提供低音音效,高音振动系统设置于低音振动系统内侧,提供高音音效,低音、高音形成同轴全频带扬声器,提供高品质音效,其中低音振膜与高音振膜可以分开设计、成型,可以针对低音和高音的不同特性,单独调整高低音的膜料材质和厚,使用中更加灵活,再者,低音振膜与高音振膜在所述同轴扬声器的振动方向上的投影部分相互重叠,高音振膜设计利用低音振膜的Z向振动空间,较常规设计增大了振膜的振动面积以提升性能。

请同时参阅图1-8,本实用新型的提供了一种同轴扬声器100,其包括支撑环1、固定于所述支撑环1下方的磁路系统2、以及固定于所述支撑环1内侧的第一振动系统3、固定于所述支撑环1外侧的第二振动系统4、支撑所述第二振动系统4的盆架5、支撑部分所述磁路系统2的嵌件6、与所述嵌件6固定的第一柔性电路板7、与所述盆架5固定的弹性组件8,所述第二振动系统4环绕于所述第一振动系统3的外侧且与所述第一振动系统3同轴设置。
所述支撑环1的外周大致成矩形,整体呈号角状,所述支撑环包括与第一端部11、与所述磁路系统2固定连接的第二端部12以及自所述第二端部12沿向外扩张的方向连接至所述第一端部11的连接部13,所述第一端部11的尺寸大于所述第二端部12的尺寸。
所述磁路系统2包括第一磁钢21、环绕设置于所述第一磁钢21外侧的第二磁钢22、设置于所述第二磁钢22下方的第三磁钢23、环绕设置于所述第三磁钢23外侧的第四磁钢24、夹持于所述第二磁钢22与所述第三磁钢23之间的导磁板25、盖设于所述第一磁钢21上的第一极芯26、盖设于所述第二磁钢22上的第二极芯27、盖设于所述第四磁钢24上的第三极芯28、以及承载所述第三磁钢23和所述第四磁钢24的磁轭29,所述第一磁钢21、第一极芯26与所述第二磁钢22、第二极芯27之间形成第一磁间隙201,所述第二磁钢22、导磁板25、第三磁钢23堆叠设置并与所述第四磁钢24、第三极芯28之间形成所述第二磁间隙202。所述第二磁间隙202设于所述第一磁间隙201的外侧。
所述第一磁钢21、第二磁钢22、第三磁钢23、第四磁钢24沿所述同轴扬声器100的振动方向充磁,且所述第一磁钢21与第二磁钢22的充磁方向相反,所述第二磁钢22与第三磁钢23的充磁方向相反,所述第三磁钢23与第四磁钢24充磁方向相反。在本实施例中,所述第二磁钢22、第三磁钢23、第四磁钢24、导磁板25、第二极芯27、第三极芯28、磁轭29均为中空环状结构,当然所述第四磁钢24也可为分体式磁钢。
所述第一振动系统3包括第一振膜31、驱动所述第一振膜31振动发声的第一音圈32、以及支撑所述第一音圈32的支撑架33,所述第一音圈32至少部分插设于所述第一磁间隙201内。所述第一振膜31为一体式振膜,可用常规压膜方式制作,所述第一振膜31用于高音发声,其发声方向为沿着振动方向向上,即为同轴扬声器100的正面发声。所述第一振膜31包括第一球顶311以及环绕所述第一球顶311设置的第一折环312及固定连接于所述支撑环1第一端部11的第一固定部313,所述第一固定部313贴合固定于所述第一端部11的上表面。所述第一球顶311、第一折环312、第一固定部313可由硅胶、橡胶、聚醚醚酮(PEEK)、 聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯(PEN)或聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)等材料一体成型而成。所述第一振膜31胶合固定于所述支撑环1的第一端部11。
所述第一音圈32具有引线321。
所述支撑架33包括支撑所述第一音圈32的支撑部331以及位于支撑架33底端的支撑脚332,所述支撑架33设有缺口333。
所述第二振动系统4包括第二振膜41、驱动所述第二振膜41振动发声的第二音圈42及连接所述第二振膜41与所述第二音圈的音圈骨架43,所述第二振膜41位于所述第一振膜31的下方,即所述第二振膜41较所述第一振膜31更靠近所述磁轭29,所述第二音圈42至少部分插设于所述第二磁间隙202内,所述第二振膜41用于低音发声,其发声方向为沿着振动方向向上,即为同轴扬声器100的正面发声。所述第二振膜41包括固定于所述支撑环1和/或所述磁路系统2的第二固定部411、自所述第二固定部411弯折延伸的第二折环412、环绕所述第二折环412且与所述第二折环412间隔设置的第三折环413以及自所述第三折环413远离所述第二折环412的一侧延伸的第三固定部414。所述音圈骨架43的一侧与所述第二折环412连接,另一侧与所述第三折环413连接。所述第二固定部411贴合固定于所述第二磁钢22的上表面,和/或所述第二固定部411贴合固定于所述支撑环1第二端部12的外侧面。
所述第二固定部411、第二折环412、第三折环413、第三固定部414由硅橡胶材料一体热压成型固定于所述音圈骨架43,再将整个所述第二振膜41胶合固定于所述支撑环1和/或第二磁钢22。或者,所述第二固定部411、第二折环412、第三折环413、第三固定部414胶合固定于所述音圈骨架43,再将整个所述第二振膜41胶合固定于所述支撑环1和/或第二磁钢22。
所述第一振膜31与所述第二振膜41在所述同轴扬声器100的振动方向上的投影部分相互重叠,具体的,所述第一折环312与所述第二折环412在所述同轴扬声器100的振动方向上的投影部分相互重叠,如此,第一振膜31占用部分第二振膜41在Z轴,即同轴扬声器100的竖直振动方向上的空间,可以在有限的尺寸要求下增大第一振膜31、第二振膜41的振动空间,以提升同轴扬声器100的声学性能。
所述磁轭29对应所述第二音圈42的位置设有让位凹陷部291,以提供第二音圈42足够的振动空间。
盆架5为中空环状结构,所述第二振膜41的第三固定部414贴合固定于所述盆架5的上表面,并弯折延伸包覆部分所述盆架5的外侧面。
所述嵌件6支撑所述第一磁钢22及第一极芯26,所述嵌件6具有对称设置于两侧的延伸壁61。
所述第一柔性电路板7固定于所述嵌件6与所述磁路系统2之间,所述第一音圈32与所述第一柔性电路板7电性连接,所述第一柔性电路板7包括与所述磁路系统2的第三磁钢23固定的定位部71、自所述定位部71延伸而成的悬臂72以及形成于所述悬臂72上的接合部73。所述嵌件6的延伸臂61压合于所述定位部71的中间部分,所述定位部71贴合固定于所述第三磁钢23的下表面。所述定位部71为沿长轴方向相对设置的两个,每个定位部71均延伸出两个悬臂72,两个定位部71上相对的各悬臂72相向延伸并连接于所述接合部73。所述支撑架33的支撑脚332支撑于所述第一柔性电路板7的接合部73的上表面,所述第一音圈32的引线321通过所述缺口333延伸并固定至所述第一柔性电路板7接合部73的下表面。
弹性组件8连接所述音圈骨架43与所述盆架5,所述弹性组件8包括第二柔性电路板81与所述第二柔性电路板81连接的支撑振膜82,所述第二音圈42与所述第二柔性电路板81电性连接。在本实施例中,弹性组件8的数量为两个,且设置在同轴扬声器100的短轴方向上,在其他实施例中可视情况而定。
所述音圈骨架43包括骨架平板部431、自所述骨架平板部431向着所述第二柔性电路板81弯折延伸并与所述第二柔性电路板81连接的第一延伸部432及自所述骨架平板部431向着所述第二音圈42弯折延伸并与所述第二音圈42连接的第二延伸部433。所述骨架平板部431的一侧与所述第二折环412连接,另一侧与所述第三折环413连接。
与相关技术相比,本实用新型的一种同轴扬声器,包括支撑环、固定于所述支撑环下方的磁路系统、固定于所述支撑环内侧的第一振动系统及设置于所述支撑环外侧且环绕所述第一振动系统设置的第二振动系统,所述第一振动系统与所述第二振动系统同轴设置,所述第一振动系统包括第一振膜及驱动所述第一振膜振动发声的第一音圈,所述第二振动系统包括第二振膜及驱动所述第二振膜振动发声的第二音圈,所述磁路系统设有第一磁间隙及位于第一磁间隙外侧的第二磁间隙,所述第一音圈至少部分插设于所述第一磁间隙内,所述第二音圈至少部分插设于所述第二磁间隙内,所述第一振膜用于高音发声,所述第二振膜用于低音发声,所述支撑环包括与所述第一振膜固定连接的第一端部、与所述磁路系统固定连接的第二端部以及自所述第二端部沿向外扩张的方向连接至所述第一端部的连接部,所述第一振膜与所述第二振膜在所述同轴扬声器的振动方向上的投影部分相互重叠。本实用新型的同轴扬声器通过设置环形的低音振动系统,提供低音音效,高音振动系统设置于低音振动系统内侧,提供高音音效,低音、高音形成同轴全频带扬声器,提供高品质音效,其中低音振膜与高音振膜可以分开设计、成型,可以针对低音和高音的不同特性,单独调整高低音的膜料材质和厚,使用中更加灵活,再者,低音振膜与高音振膜在所述同轴扬声器的振动方向上的投影部分相互重叠,高音振膜设计利用低音振膜的Z向振动空间,较常规设计增大了振膜的振动面积以提升性能。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种同轴扬声器,其特征在于:包括支撑环、固定于所述支撑环下方的磁路系统、固定于所述支撑环内侧的第一振动系统及设置于所述支撑环外侧且环绕所述第一振动系统设置的第二振动系统,所述第一振动系统与所述第二振动系统同轴设置,所述第一振动系统包括第一振膜及驱动所述第一振膜振动发声的第一音圈,所述第二振动系统包括第二振膜及驱动所述第二振膜振动发声的第二音圈,所述磁路系统设有第一磁间隙及位于第一磁间隙外侧的第二磁间隙,所述第一音圈至少部分插设于所述第一磁间隙内,所述第二音圈至少部分插设于所述第二磁间隙内,所述第一振膜用于高音发声,所述第二振膜用于低音发声,所述支撑环包括与所述第一振膜固定连接的第一端部、与所述磁路系统固定连接的第二端部以及自所述第二端部沿向外扩张的方向连接至所述第一端部的连接部,所述第一振膜与所述第二振膜在所述同轴扬声器的振动方向上的投影部分相互重叠。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的同轴扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一振膜包括第一球顶、环绕所述第一球顶的第一折环及固定连接于所述支撑环第一端部的第一固定部,所述第二振膜包括固定于所述支撑环和/或所述磁路系统的第二固定部及自所述第二固定部弯折延伸的第二折环,所述第一折环与所述第二折环在所述同轴扬声器的振动方向上的投影部分相互重叠。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的同轴扬声器,其特征在于,所述第二振动系统包括连接所述第二振膜与所述第二音圈的音圈骨架,所述第二振膜还包括环绕所述第二折环且与所述第二折环间隔设置的第三折环,所述音圈骨架的一侧与所述第二折环连接,另一侧与所述第三折环连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的同轴扬声器,其特征在于,所述第二折环、第三折环由硅橡胶材料一体热压成型固定于所述音圈骨架,所述第二振膜胶合固定于所述支撑环和/或所述磁路系统。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的同轴扬声器,其特征在于,所述第二折环、第三折环胶合固定于所述音圈骨架,所述第二振膜胶合固定于所述支撑环和/或所述磁路系统。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的同轴扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一振膜胶合固定于所述支撑环。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的同轴扬声器,其特征在于,所述磁路系统包括第一磁钢、环绕设置于所述第一磁钢外侧的第二磁钢、设置于所述第二磁钢下方的第三磁钢、环绕设置于所述第三磁钢外侧的第四磁钢及夹持于所述第二磁钢与所述第三磁钢之间的导磁板,所述第一磁钢与所述第二磁钢之间形成所述第一磁间隙,所述第二磁钢、导磁板、第三磁钢堆叠设置并与所述第四磁钢之间形成所述第二磁间隙。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的同轴扬声器,其特征在于,所述同轴扬声器包括支撑所述第一磁钢的嵌件以及固定于所述嵌件与所述磁路系统之间的第一柔性电路板,所述第一音圈与所述第一柔性电路板电性连接,所述第一柔性电路板包括与所述磁路系统固定的定位部、自所述定位部延伸而成的悬臂以及形成于所述悬臂上的接合部,所述嵌件部分压合于所述定位部。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的同轴扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一振动系统还包括连接所述第一音圈与所述第一柔性电路板的支撑架,所述支撑架包括固定于所述第一柔性电路板接合部的支撑脚,所述支撑架设有缺口,所述第一音圈具有引线,所述引线通过所述缺口延伸并固定至所述第一柔性电路板接合部的下表面。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的同轴扬声器,其特征在于,所述嵌件具有延伸壁,所述第一柔性电路板的定位部固定于所述延伸壁。
