Description
本实用新型涉及电声领域,特别地涉及扬声器。
电声器件作为电子领域中的一个部件,随着电子行业的发展,电声系统需要不断的满足消费者对产品性能提出的更高要求,需要更完美的呈现出声音的本质。
振膜作为扬声器的核心发声部件,其设计的好坏直接影响着扬声器的声学性能,振膜通常包括位于中央位置的球顶和围绕球顶的折环。振膜的振动以球顶的振动为主,球顶的振幅相对折环的振动幅度大、频率高,是体现发声器件声学效果的重要组成部分。理想的状态是球顶在振动时所有位置能直上直下,是一个完整的刚体,没有分割振动,但是现有技术中的球顶为等厚度的平板结构,在高频振动时,球顶可能会存在扭曲变形,无法获得较好的声学性能,尤其是当扬声器尺寸较大时,音圈难以对球顶起到很好的支撑作用,球顶会因强度不足产生分割震动,从而影响产品的高频灵敏度及扬声器的音质。
因此,有必要提供一种改进了球顶结构的新的扬声器。
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种扬声器,所述扬声器包括盆架、固定于盆架的振膜、位于振膜下方且用于驱动振膜振动发声的音圈,其中,所述振膜包括包括位于中央区域的球顶和围绕所述球顶的折环,所述球顶包括位于中央区域的平板状凸台部及围绕该凸台部设置的周边部。
作为一种改进,所述凸台部自所述周边部向远离所述音圈方向凸起。
作为一种改进,所述凸台部自所述周边部向靠近所述音圈方向凸起。
作为一种改进,所述凸台部与所述折环的凸起方向相同。
作为一种改进,所述凸台部与所述折环的凸起方向不相同。

实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用新型的扬声器通过球顶的中央区域设置凸台部,具有凹部结构球顶增强了球顶的强度,抑制了高频时的分割振动,提升了产品的高频性能,提升了听感,提高了产品的声学性能,有效改善了产品使用可靠性。

下面通过具体实施方式结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细说明,以便能够更好地理解本实用新型的方案以及其各方面的优点。在以下的实施例中,以附图纸面的左右方向为水平方向,以附图纸面的上下方向为竖直方向。另外,提供以下具体实施方式的目的是便于对本实用新型的内容更清楚透彻的理解,而不是对本实用新型的限制。
为了解决因球顶会因为强度不足产生分割震动的问题,本实用新型对球顶的结构进行了改进,具体方案如下。
如图1和图2所示,本实用新型提供了一种具有新结构球顶的扬声器,该扬声器包括盆架11、固定于盆架11的振膜13、位于振膜13下方且用于驱动该振膜13振动发声的音圈15、以及位于振膜13下方且固定于盆架11的磁路系统12,其中,振膜13包括位于中央区域的球顶131及围绕球顶131的折环133。
在本实施方式中,球顶131包括位于中央区域的凸台部135及围绕凸台部135设置的周边部137,如图2和图3所示,凸台部135自周边部137向上(即向远离音圈15方向)凸出,进一步地,凸台部135与周边部137通过圆滑过渡面或斜面连接,还可以通过直角连接的方式相连,但不限于此,在其它实施方式中,凸台部135向下(向靠近音圈15方向)凸出。由此,球顶131具有凹凸结构,可以增强球顶131的强度,有效抑制了高频时的分割振动,提升了产品的高频性能。
在本实施方式中,振膜13为矩形,折环133为环形的中空结构,球顶131结合在折环133的中空部分上,球顶131与折环133为分体式结构,折环133包括靠近球顶131的连接部136,该连接部136与周边部137固定连接,具体参见图1。需要说明的是,折环133与球顶131还可以是一体成型的一体结构。进一步地,球顶131呈圆角矩形,折环133呈环状,球顶131还可以为椭圆形、多边形等其它形状;凸台部135为圆角矩形,还可以为方形、椭圆形或者其它形状。
另外,凸出部135的凸出方向与折环133的凸出方向不相同,但是不限于此,折环133的凸出方向与凸出部135的凸出方向相同。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的扬声器通过球顶的中央区域设置凸台部,具有凹部结构球顶增强了球顶的强度,抑制了高频时的分割振动,提升了产品的高频性能,提升了听感,提高了产品的声学性能,有效改善了产品使用可靠性。
在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型创造构思的前提下,可以做出各种更改和变化,但这些均属于实用新型的保护范围。

- 一种扬声器,其特征在于,所述扬声器包括盆架、固定于盆架的振膜、位于振膜下方且用于驱动振膜振动发声的音圈,其中,所述振膜包括包括位于中央区域的球顶和围绕所述球顶的折环,所述球顶包括位于中央区域的平板状凸台部及围绕该凸台部设置的周边部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述凸台部自所述周边部向远离所述音圈方向凸起。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述凸台部自所述周边部向靠近所述音圈方向凸起。
