Description
本实用新型涉及电声领域,特别地涉及一种扬声器。
电声器件作为电子领域中的一个部件,随着电子行业的发展,电声系统需要不断的满足消费者对产品性能提出的更高要求,需要更完美的呈现出声音的本质。
振膜作为扬声器的核心发声部件,其设计的好坏直接影响着扬声器的声学性能,振膜通常包括位于中央位置的球顶和围绕球顶的折环。振膜的振动以球顶的振动为主,球顶的振幅相对折环的振动幅度大、频率高,是体现发声器件声学效果的重要组成部分。
现有技术中的球顶为平板结构,球顶为圆角矩形,为了减轻球顶的质量,通常在球顶直边边缘的中部区域切孔,由于在高频振动时,球顶的中间区域很容易因为强度不足而产生分割振动,而在球顶直边的中部切孔势必会严重降低球顶的强度,影响产品的高频特性。尤其是对于球顶长宽比较大的产品,如果在球顶直边的中部切孔的尺寸过大,会严重影响球顶中部的强度,开孔尺寸小,又不能很好的降低球顶的质量。
因此,有必要提供一种改进了球顶结构的新的扬声器。
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种扬声器,所述扬声器包括盆架、固定于盆架的振膜、位于振膜下方且用于驱动振膜振动发声的音圈,所述振膜包括包括球顶和折环;所述球顶包括相对设置的第一侧边和连接所述第一侧边且相对设置的第二侧边,所述球顶包括沿所述第一侧边或所述第二侧边间隔设置的两个或者多个开口部,相邻两个所述开口部之间设有延伸部。
作为一种改进,所述开口部为两个,所述开口部包括相互间隔设置的第一开口部和第二开口部,所述延伸部包括设于所述第一开口部和所述第二开口部之间的第一延伸部。
作为一种改进,所述开口部设于所述第一侧边,所述延伸部沿平行于所述第二侧边的轴线轴对称。
作为一种改进,所述开口部设于所述第二侧边,所述延伸部沿平行于所述第一侧边的轴线轴对称。
作为一种改进,所述折环包括位于中间位置的球顶部、围绕所述球顶部的折环部以及围绕所述折环部且固定于所述盆架的固定部,所述球顶固定于所述球顶部,所述球顶沿振动方向的投影在所述球顶部沿振动方向的投影范围内。
作为一种改进,所述球顶呈圆角矩形。
实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用新型的扬声器通过在球顶的长边中部的两侧设置开口部,避免了对球顶中部的强度造成影响,使产品的高频性不受影响,同时通过开口部有效减轻了球顶的质量,提高了产品的灵敏度。

下面通过具体实施方式结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细说明,以便能够更好地理解本实用新型的方案以及其各方面的优点。在以下的实施例中,以附图纸面的左右方向为水平方向,以附图纸面的上下方向为竖直方向。另外,提供以下具体实施方式的目的是便于对本实用新型的内容更清楚透彻的理解,而不是对本实用新型的限制。
针对长宽比较大的产品,在保证产品的高频特性不受影响的同时有效减轻球顶的质量,本实用新型对球顶的结构进行了改进,具体方案如下。
如图1和图2所示,本实用新型提供了一种具有新结构球顶的扬声器,该扬声器包括盆架11、固定于盆架11的振膜13、位于振膜13下方且用于驱动该振膜13振动发声的音圈15、以及位于振膜13下方且固定于盆架11的磁路系统12,其中,振膜13包括位于中央区域的球顶131及围绕球顶131设置的折环133。
在本实施方式中,如图1所示,振膜13为矩形,球顶131呈圆角矩形,折环133为环形的中空结构,球顶131结合在折环133的中空部分上;与振膜13的形状相匹配,球顶131通常也具有矩形结构,以沿振膜13的长边的方向为长度侧,以沿振膜13的短边的方向为短边侧,显然,参见图2,本实施方式中的球顶131包括相对设置的第一侧边132和连接第一侧边132且相对设置的第二侧边134,其中,球顶的边角例如为倒角结构。需要说明的是,折环133与球顶131还可以是一体结构。进一步地,如图3和图4所示,球顶131的长宽比较大,为了避免先前技术中因为在球顶131的长边侧形成尺寸较大的开口导致的强度降低以及产生分割振动,在本实用新型中,将做出如下改进:球顶131包括沿第一侧边132或第二侧边134间隔设置的两个或者两个以上的开口部,相邻两个开口部之间设有延伸部。在本实施方式中,球顶131包括在图2中的上侧和下侧的两个第一侧边132和在图2中的左侧和右侧的两个第二侧边134,第一侧边132的长度大于第二侧边134的长度;各第一侧边132均包括相互间隔设置的第一开口部1322和第二开口部1323,在第一开口部1322和第二开口部1323之间设有第一延伸部1321;两个第一侧边132上的第一延伸部1321沿平行于第二侧边的轴线轴对称。
优选地,第一开口部1322和第二开口部1323对称设置在第一延伸部1321的两侧,第一开口部1322和第二开口部1323的截面形状相同,且截面面积相等,第一开口部1322和第二开口部1323的开口宽度D沿着开口深度H逐渐减小,但是第一开口部1322和第二开口部1323也可以不同,例如第一开口部1322的开口宽度D为均等的开口宽度,第二开口部1323的开口宽度D沿着开口深度H逐渐减小,具体参见图1、图3和图4;由于两个第一侧边132的结构相同,因此以在图2中的上侧的第一侧边132为示例进行说明,省略了对另一个第一侧边132的说明。在其它实施方式中,第二侧边134也可以包括相互间隔设置的第三开口部和第四开口部及设于第三开口部和第四开口部之间的第二延伸部,该第二延伸部沿平行于第一侧边132的轴线轴对称。不限于此,上述仅用于说明,还可以有其它实施方式,只要保证球顶131的中部的结构强度即可。
另外,球顶131还可以为椭圆形、多边形等其它形状;折环133为环状的中空结构,例如为矩形环、圆环、椭圆环等;折环133包括位于中间位置的球顶部1331、围绕球顶部1331的折环部1332以及围绕折环部1332且固定于盆架11的固定部1333,球顶131固定于球顶部1331,球顶131沿振动方向的投影在球顶部1331沿振动方向的投影范围内。
因此,在球顶131的第一侧边132或者第二侧边134间隔设置两个或两个以上的开口部,相邻两个所述开口部之间设有延伸部,上述结构保证了球顶131中部的强度,使产品的高频特性不受影响,同时通过两侧的开口部有效减轻了球顶131的质量,提高了产品的灵敏度。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的扬声器通过在球顶的长边中部的两侧设置开口部,避免了对球顶中部的强度造成影响,使产品的高频性不受影响,同时通过开口部有效减轻了球顶的质量,提高了产品的灵敏度。
在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型创造构思的前提下,可以做出各种更改和变化,但这些均属于实用新型的保护范围。
Claims (6)
- 一种扬声器,所述扬声器包括盆架、固定于盆架的振膜、位于振膜下方且用于驱动振膜振动发声的音圈,所述振膜包括包括球顶和折环;其特征在于,所述球顶包括相对设置的第一侧边和连接所述第一侧边且相对设置的第二侧边,所述球顶包括沿所述第一侧边或所述第二侧边间隔设置的两个或者多个开口部,相邻两个所述开口部之间设有延伸部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述开口部为两个,所述开口部包括相互间隔设置的第一开口部和第二开口部,所述延伸部包括设于所述第一开口部和所述第二开口部之间的第一延伸部。
- 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述开口部设于所述第一侧边,所述延伸部沿平行于所述第二侧边的轴线轴对称。
- 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述开口部设于所述第二侧边,所述延伸部沿平行于所述第一侧边的轴线轴对称。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述折环包括位于中间位置的球顶部、围绕所述球顶部的折环部以及围绕所述折环部且固定于所述盆架的固定部,所述球顶固定于所述球顶部,所述球顶沿振动方向的投影在所述球顶部沿振动方向的投影范围内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述球顶呈圆角矩形。
