本实用新型涉电子设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种发声器件。
背景技术
随着无线通讯的快速发展,全球移动电话越来越多,人们对移动电话的要求不仅仅限于基本通话,高品质的音乐功能已成为人们对移动电话的基本要求之一,因此,发声器件已广泛应用于移动电话中。
技术问题
相关技术中的发声器件的音圈直接和音膜表面胶合固定,导致音圈两侧溢胶而使胶水部占用了音膜的振动空间,使音膜的实际振动空间小于理论设计空间,从而影响了发声器件的声学性能。
因此,有必要提供一种新的发声器件来解决上述问题。
技术解决方案
本实用新型的目的是克服上述技术问题,提供一种声学性能更优的发声器件。

所述振动系统3包括音膜31、固定于所述音膜31下方并驱动所述音膜31振动发声的音圈32、固定于所述盆架1的辅助振膜33及支撑所述音圈32并与所述音圈32电连接的定心支片34。
所述音膜31包括固定于所述盆架1的振膜311和贴设于所述振膜311上表面的球顶312,所述球顶312固定于所述振膜311的方式不限,比如所述球顶312通过胶合方式固定于所述振膜311的上表面。
所述音圈32包括一对相对设置的长轴边321和一对相对设置的短轴边322,所述长轴边321和所述短轴边322首尾相接围成所述音圈32。

  1. 一种发声器件,包括盆架及固接于所述盆架的磁路系统和振动系统,所述振动系统包括音膜和固定于所述音膜下方并驱动所述音膜振动发声的音圈,所述音圈包括一对相对设置的长轴边和一对相对设置的短轴边,所述长轴边和所述短轴边首尾相接围成所述音圈,其特征在于,所述音膜对应所述长轴边的位置开设有通孔,所述通孔内填充有胶水部,所述音圈的长轴边通过所述胶水部与所述音膜胶合固定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述音膜包括远离所述磁路系统的上表面和与所述上表面相对设置的下表面,所述通孔贯穿所述上表面和所述下表面。
