Description
本实用新型涉及声电转换领域,尤其涉及一种运用于便携式电子产品的扬声器。
随着移动互联网时代的到来,智能移动设备的数量不断上升。而在众多移动设备之中,手机无疑是最常见、最便携的移动终端设备。目前,手机的功能极其多样,其中之一便是高品质的音乐功能,因此,用于播放声音的扬声器被大量应用到现在的智能移动设备之中。
相关技术的扬声器包括盆架、收容于所述盆架内的磁路系统及振动系统,磁路系统用于驱动振动系统振动发声,磁路系统包括磁框及装配于所述磁框上且与磁框形成磁间隙的磁钢,振动系统包括用于振动发声的振膜及与一端与振膜连接且另一端插入磁间隙内的音圈,通过在音圈上通入电流从而使得音圈在磁场中受到洛伦兹力发生振动,并带动振膜振动发声。
然而,相关技术中的扬声器由于磁框上未设置定位结构,使得磁框在装配时位置不容易确定,一旦磁框装配位置发生偏差则会导致磁钢与音圈的相对位置发生变化,从而影响扬声器的发声效果。
因此,有必要提供一种新的扬声器来解决上述问题。
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种便于装配的扬声器。

- 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述凹槽包括与所述磁钢正对的槽底壁以及自所述槽底壁的相对两侧分别朝所述磁钢方向延伸的槽侧壁,所述槽侧壁对称设置在所述槽底壁的两侧。
- 根据权利要求8所述的扬声器,其特征在于,位于所述槽底壁相对两侧的所述槽侧壁相互平行,所述凹槽的尺寸与所述定位凸台的形状一致。
