随着移动互联网时代的到来,智能移动设备的数量不断上升。而在众多移动设备之中,手机无疑是最常见、最便携的移动终端设备。目前,手机的功能极其多样,其中之一便是高品质的音乐功能,因此,用于播放声音的扬声器被大量应用到现在的智能移动设备之中。
技术问题
在相关技术中,扬声器包括磁路系统和振动系统,磁路系统包括磁轭、设置于所述磁轭上的主磁钢和环绕主磁钢设置的副磁钢,振动系统包括振膜和驱动振膜振动的音圈,音圈环绕主磁钢设置。为了改善振动系统的振动性能,往往在音圈下方固设定心支片,但是,一旦设置定心支片后,主磁钢靠近定心支片的两端就无法设置副磁钢,造成磁路系统的磁场减弱,而且还会造成振膜受力不均匀。
因此,实有必须提供一种新的扬声器解决上述技术问题。
技术解决方案
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种扬声器,其解决相关技术中的扬声器设置定心支片后,主磁钢靠近定心支片的两端就无法设置副磁钢,造成磁路系统的磁场减弱,而且还会造成振膜受力不均匀的技术问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种扬声器,其包括盆架、磁路系统和振动系统,所述磁路系统和所述振动系统均收容于所述盆架内,所述磁路系统包括磁轭、主磁钢、副磁钢、主极芯以及副极芯,所述主磁钢和所述副磁钢均设置于所述磁轭上且所述副磁钢位于所述主磁钢周侧,所述主极芯和所述副极芯分别贴设于所述主磁钢和所述副磁钢上,所述主磁钢与所述副磁钢间隔设置且所述主磁钢与所述副磁钢之间的间隙为磁间隙,所述振动系统包括振膜、音圈以及定心支片,所述音圈一端与所述振膜连接,另一端悬置于所述磁间隙内,所述定心支片设于所述主磁钢的相对两侧,所述定心支片一端固定于所述盆架,另一端固定于所述音圈远离所述振膜的一端,所述定心支片位于所述磁轭与所述副极芯之间,所述副磁钢包括分设于所述主磁钢相对两侧的第一副磁钢,所述定心支片与所述第一副磁钢沿所述振膜的振动方向在所述磁轭上的正投影至少部分不重叠;所述副磁钢还包括设置在所述主磁钢相对两侧且与所述定心支片正对的第二副磁钢,所述定心支片对应所述第二副磁钢的位置设有第一让位空间,所述第二副磁钢穿过所述第一让位空间并与所述副极芯固定。
优选的,所述定心支片包括固定于所述音圈的第一固定部、固定于所述盆架的第二固定部以及连接所述第一固定部和所述第二固定部的弹性部,所述第一让位空间设置于所述第一固定部与所述第二固定部之间。
优选的,所述振动系统还包括与所述定心支片固定连接的辅助振膜,所述辅助振膜朝沿所述振膜的振动方向朝远离所述定心支片的方向凹陷,所述辅助振膜对应所述第二副磁钢的位置开设有通孔,所述第二副磁钢对应经所述通孔穿过所述第一让位空间。
优选的,所述辅助振膜的数量为两个,且两个所述辅助振膜分别固设于两个所述定心支片。

优选的,所述扬声器还包括盖设在所述盆架靠近所述振膜一侧的前盖,所述振膜夹设在所述前盖与所述盆架之间。

请参阅图1和2所示,本实用新型提供了一种扬声器100,其包括盆架1、磁路系统2、振动系统3以及前盖4,所述前盖4与所述盆架1盖接形成收容空间,所述磁路系统2和所述振动系统3均收容于所述盆架1的所述收容空间内,所述磁路系统2用于产生恒定磁场,所述振动系统3通电信号后在恒定磁场内产生振动,从而发出声音。
所述磁路系统2包括磁轭21、主磁钢22、副磁钢23、主极芯24以及副极芯25,所述主磁钢22和所述副磁钢23均设置于所述磁轭21上且所述副磁钢23位于所述主磁钢22周侧,所述主极芯24和所述副极芯25分别贴设于所述主磁钢22和所述副磁钢23上,所述主磁钢22与所述副磁钢23间隔设置且所述主磁钢22与所述副磁钢23之间的间隙为磁间隙26。
所述振动系统3包括振膜31、音圈32以及定心支片33,所述音圈32一端与所述振膜31连接,另一端悬置于所述磁间隙26内,所述音圈32驱动所述振膜31振动发声。
所述定心支片33为两个,且分设于所述主磁钢22长边方向的两端,如图2所示,定心支片33位于副极芯25与磁轭21之间,所述定心支片33一端固定于所述盆架1,另一端固定于所述音圈32远离所述振膜31的一端,所述副磁钢23包括分设于所述主磁钢22短边方向的两个第一副磁钢231和沿所述主磁钢22长边方向的两个第二副磁钢232,所述定心支片33与所述第一副磁钢231沿所述振膜31的振动方向在所述磁轭21上的正投影至少部分不重叠,优选为互不重叠。所述定心支片33对应所述第二副磁钢232的位置设有第一让位空间331。所述第二副磁钢231穿过所述第一让位空间331并与所述副极芯25固定。
所述定心支片33包括固定于所述音圈32的第一固定部332、固定于所述盆架1的第二固定部333以及连接所述第一固定部332和所述第二固定部333的弹性部334,所述第一让位空间331设置于所述第一固定部332与所述第二固定部333之间。
所述振动系统3还包括与所述定心支片33固定连接的辅助振膜34,所述辅助振膜34朝沿所述振膜31的振动方向朝远离所述定心支片33的方向凹陷,所述辅助振膜34对应所述第二副磁钢232的位置设有通孔341。所述第二副磁钢232对应经所述通孔341穿过所述第一让位空间331,所述辅助振膜341的数量为两个,且两个所述辅助振膜341分别固设于两个所述定心支片33。在本实用新型的具体实施方式中,所述通孔341将所述辅助振膜34分割为两个相互间隔的独立部分。
所述第一让位空间331和所述通孔341相对设置,且均为安装所述第二副磁钢232让位。

  1. 一种扬声器,其包括盆架、磁路系统和振动系统,所述磁路系统和所述振动系统均收容于所述盆架内,所述磁路系统包括磁轭、主磁钢、副磁钢、主极芯以及副极芯,所述主磁钢和所述副磁钢均设置于所述磁轭上且所述副磁钢位于所述主磁钢周侧,所述主极芯和所述副极芯分别贴设于所述主磁钢和所述副磁钢上,所述主磁钢与所述副磁钢间隔设置且所述主磁钢与所述副磁钢之间的间隙为磁间隙,所述振动系统包括振膜、音圈以及定心支片,所述音圈一端与所述振膜连接,另一端悬置于所述磁间隙内,所述定心支片设于所述主磁钢的相对两侧,所述定心支片一端固定于所述盆架,另一端固定于所述音圈远离所述振膜的一端,所述定心支片位于所述磁轭与所述副极芯之间,其特征在于,所述副磁钢包括分设于所述主磁钢相对两侧的第一副磁钢,所述定心支片与所述第一副磁钢沿所述振膜的振动方向在所述磁轭上的正投影至少部分不重叠;所述副磁钢还包括设置在所述主磁钢相对两侧且与所述定心支片正对的第二副磁钢,所述定心支片对应所述第二副磁钢的位置设有第一让位空间,所述第二副磁钢穿过所述第一让位空间并与所述副极芯固定。
