进一步的,所述主磁钢32呈矩形,两个所述副磁钢33分别位于所述主磁钢32长轴相对两侧,两个所述弹性支撑组件23分别位于所述主磁钢32短轴相对两侧;更进一步的,所述主体341呈矩形,所述主体341长轴相对两侧分别叠设于两个所述副磁钢33,所述延伸壁342由所述主体341短轴相对两侧延伸形成并悬置于所述振膜21与所述弹性支撑组件23之间。该设置则可尽最大程度的保持磁路系统3的结构体积最大化,从而保持磁场强度。
相关技术中所述夹板34正对所述弹性支撑组件23的位置因需给所述弹性支撑组件23让位而没有设置磁钢结构,使得该位置距所述音圈22及所述振膜21存在较大的空间未被有效利用,从而限制了所述磁路系统3的驱动力,进而限制了所述发声器件100的声学性能。因此,本实用新型中在该位置处理延伸形成两个所述延伸壁342,上述结构使得所述延伸壁342尽最大程度地向所述音圈22靠近,使得通过所述音圈22的磁力线更加集中,有效地使得所述音圈22的磁力线密度增加,极大程度提高了所述磁路系统3的驱动性能,使得所述发声器件100的声学性能更好。
所述前盖4盖设于所述盆架1的靠近所述振膜21的一端且与所述振膜21围成发声腔体,所述前盖4设有出声口41以及盖设于所述出声口41的阻尼层42,用以实现发声的高频声学性能的调节。
与相关技术相比,本实用新型的发声器件中,所述振动系统包括振膜、固定于所述振膜并驱动其振动的音圈和连接于音圈远离所述振膜一端的弹性支撑组件,所述磁路系统的所述夹板对应所述弹性支撑组件的位置延伸形成所述延伸壁,所述延伸壁将所述副磁钢产生的磁力线汇集并导向所述音圈,使所述延伸壁尽最大程度地向所述音圈靠近,有效地使得所述音圈的磁力线密度增加,提高了所述磁路系统的驱动磁力,从而改善所述发声器件的声学性能。
以上所述的仅是本实用新型的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种发声器件,其包括盆架以及分别固定于所述盆架的振动系统和具有磁间隙的磁路系统,所述振动系统包括固定于所述盆架的振膜、固定于所述振膜并插设于所述磁间隙以驱动所述振膜振动发声的音圈以及固定于所述盆架并与所述音圈远离所述振膜一端连接的弹性支撑组件;所述磁路系统包括固定于所述盆架的磁轭、固定于所述磁轭的主磁钢、分别位于所述主磁钢相对两侧且与所述主磁钢间隔形成所述磁间隙的副磁钢以及叠设于所述副磁钢且与所述弹性支撑组件间隔的夹板;所述弹性支撑组件与所述副磁钢沿所述振膜的振动方向在所述磁轭上的正投影至少部分不重叠,其特征在于,所述夹板包括叠设于所述副磁钢且呈环状的主体和由所述主体相对两侧分别向所述主磁钢方向延伸且与所述音圈间隔的延伸壁,所述延伸壁分别与所述弹性支撑组件正对且间隔设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述延伸壁平行于所述弹性支撑组件。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述主磁钢呈矩形,所述副磁钢分别位于所述主体长轴相对两侧,所述弹性支撑组件分别位于所述主磁钢短轴相对两侧。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述主体呈矩形,所述主体长轴相对两侧分别叠设于所述副磁钢,所述延伸壁由所述主体短轴相对两侧延伸形成并悬置于所述振膜与所述弹性支撑组件之间。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述弹性支撑组件包括一端固定于所述盆架,另一端固定于所述音圈远离所述振膜一端的弹性件以及连接于所述弹性件远离所述振膜一侧的辅助振膜。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述弹性件为柔性电路板,所述音圈与所述弹性件电连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述延伸壁和所述副磁钢沿所述振膜的振动方向在所述磁轭上的正投影互不重叠。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于,还包括盖设在所述盆架靠近振膜一端的前盖,所述振膜夹设于所述前盖与所述盆架之间,所述前盖与所述振膜围成发声腔体,所述前盖设有出声口。
