盆架10 包括用于收容磁路系统 30 的底框 11 和固定于磁路系统 30 上的顶盖 12 ,底框 11 包括底板 111 、凸设于底板 111 边缘的第一侧板 112 以及凸设于底板 111 上并位于第一侧板 112 内侧的第二侧板 113 。第二侧板 113 之远离底板 111 的一侧到底板 111 的距离小于第一侧板 112 之远离底板 111 的一侧到底板 111 的距离。顶盖 12 包括顶板 121 、凸设于顶板 121 边缘的第三侧板 122 和凸设于顶板 121 中间的凸块 123 ,凸块 123 之远离顶板 121 的一侧与磁路系统 30 连接。优选地,底板 111 和顶板 121 平行设置,第一侧板 112 和第二侧板 113 从底板 111 朝向顶板 121 所在侧延伸,第三侧板 122 从顶板 121 的边缘朝向底板 111 所在侧延伸。
振动系统20 包括第一环形振膜 21 、第二环形振膜 22 、第三环形振膜 23 、环形球顶 24 、音圈 25 以及骨架 26 ,第一环形振膜 21 的外侧与第一侧板 112 连接,第一环形振膜 21 的内侧与环形球顶 24 的外侧连接,第二环形振膜 22 的外侧与第二侧板 113 连接,骨架 26 从音圈 25 的外侧壁延伸连接于环形球顶 24 的内侧和第二环形振膜 22 的内侧之间,第三环形振膜 23 的外侧与环形球顶 24 的内侧连接,第三环形振膜 23 的内侧与顶盖 12 连接,具体与第三侧板 122 连接。优选地,第一环形振膜 21 和第三环形振膜 23 位于环形球顶 24 之远离底板 111 的一侧,第二环形振膜 22 和骨架 26 位于环形球顶 24 之朝向底板 111 的一侧。通过设置振动系统 20 包括第一环形振膜 21 、第二环形振膜 22 和第三环形振膜 23 的三振膜结构,可以使得振动系统 20 的振动更为平衡,有效减少因振动不平衡产生的杂音,有效提升音质;此外,通过上述的连接方式,第一环形振膜 21 、第三环形振膜 23 、环形球顶 24 、底框 11 以及顶盖 12 整体可以围合形成一个密封的空间,保证密封性。
第一环形振膜21 包括第一折环 211 、位于第一折环 211 内侧的第一固定部 212 和位于第一折环 211 外侧的第二固定部 213 ,第一固定部 212 与环形球顶 24 的外侧连接,第二固定部 213 与底框 11 连接,具体与第一侧板 112 连接;第二环形振膜 22 包括第二折环 221 、位于第二折环 221 内侧的第三固定部 222 和位于第二折环 221 外侧的第四固定部 223 ,第三固定部 222 与骨架 26 之靠近底框 11 的一侧连接,第四固定部 223 与第二侧板 113 连接;第三环形振膜 23 包括第三折环 231 、位于第三折环 231 内侧的第五固定部 232 和位于第三折环 231 外侧的第六固定部 233 ,第五固定部 232 与顶盖 12 连接,具体与第三侧板 122 连接,第六固定部 233 与环形球顶 24 的内侧连接。
第一折环211 为两端分别从第一固定部 212 和第二固定部 213 朝远离底框 11 的方向弯曲凸出设置的弧形结构;第二折环 221 为两端分别从第三固定部 222 和第四固定部 223 朝向底框 11 的方向弯曲凸出设置的弧形结构;第三折环 231 为两端分别从第五固定部 232 和第六固定部 233 朝远离底框 11 的方向弯曲凸出设置的弧形结构。
音圈25 可活动套设于凸块 123 外。
骨架26 包括间隔环绕于音圈 25 外周的环形连接部 261 和若干个连接于环形连接部 261 与音圈 25 之间的肋条 262 ,环形连接部 261 的底部与第二环形振膜 22 的内侧连接,环形连接部 261 的顶部与环形球顶 24 的内侧连接。以该设置方式,骨架 26 与环形球顶 24 和第二环形振膜 22 都具有较大的连接面积,骨架 26 与环形球顶 24 和第二环形振膜 22 的连接更为稳固,这样,当音圈 25 通过骨架 26 带动环形球顶 24 和第二环形振膜 22 高频振动或者大幅度振动时,骨架 26 与环形球顶 24 和第二环形振膜 22 的连接处不容易发生断裂。
环形连接部261 包括内环面 263 和外环面 264 ,环形连接部 261 开设有贯穿内环面 263 和外环面 264 的通孔 265 ,该通孔 265 用于供与音圈 25 连接的外部线路的穿设。
每个肋条262 之朝向第三侧板 122 的一侧凹设有用于避让第三侧板 122 的避让缺口 266 。通过设置该避让缺口 266 可以有效增大音圈 25 振动的行程,从而提升扬声器 100 的功率。
肋条262 设有四个,四个肋条 262 分两组分别设置于音圈 25 的两相对侧。通过设置四个肋条 262 分成两组分别设置于音圈 25 的两相对侧,音圈 25 可以通过四个肋条 262 和环形连接部 261 将振动均匀地传递给环形球顶 24 ,使得振动系统 20 振动均衡,提升音质。可以理解地,肋条 262 不局限于设有四条,肋条 262 设有两条、六条以及其他任意个数也是可以的,只要音圈 25 可以通过骨架 26 带动第一环形振膜 21 、第二环形振膜 22 以及第三环形振膜 23 振动发声即可。
磁路系统30 位于第二环形振膜 122 的内侧。通过将磁路系统 30 设置成位于第二环形振膜 122 的内侧,振动系统 20 在音圈 25 的振动方向上不会对音圈 25 造成阻碍,可以大幅提高音圈 25 的有效振动空间,提升扬声器 100 的功率,且便于磁路系统 30 的优化设计。
磁路系统30 包括安装于底框 111 中间的导磁板 31 、设置于导磁板 31 中间的主磁钢 32 、四个设置于导磁板 31 上并环绕主磁钢 32 设置的副磁钢 33 、贴附于主磁钢 32 之远离导磁板 31 一侧的主极芯 34 和四个分别贴附于四个副磁钢 33 之远离导磁板 31 一侧的副极芯 35 ,主磁钢 32 和副磁钢 33 间隔设置,音圈 25 可活动套设于主磁钢 32 外。可以理解地,副磁钢 33 不局限于设有四个,例如副磁钢 33 设有两个,两个副磁钢 33 分别设置于主磁钢 32 的两相对侧也是可以的。
底板111 的中间开设有通孔 114 ,导磁板 31 嵌设于通孔 114 中。由于扬声器 100 尺寸的限制,底板 111 到环形球顶 24 的距离有限,通过在底板 111 上开设通孔 114 ,将导磁板 31 嵌设于通孔 114 中,可以减小导磁板 31 占用底板 111 到环形球顶 24 的距离,从而可以增大音圈 25 的有效振动空间,提高了扬声器 100 的功率。
以上所述的仅是本发明的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种扬声器,包括振动系统、用于驱动所述振动系统振动发声的磁路系统以及用于供所述振动系统和所述磁路系统安装的盆架,其特征在于,所述盆架包括用于收容所述磁路系统的底框和固定于所述磁路系统上的顶盖,所述底框包括底板、凸设于所述底板边缘的第一侧板以及凸设于所述底板上并位于所述第一侧板内侧的第二侧板,所述振动系统包括第一环形振膜、第二环形振膜、第三环形振膜、环形球顶、音圈以及骨架,所述第一环形振膜的外侧与所述第一侧板连接,所述第一环形振膜的内侧与所述环形球顶的外侧连接,所述第二环形振膜的外侧与所述第二侧板连接,所述骨架从所述音圈的外侧壁延伸连接于所述环形球顶的内侧和所述第二环形振膜的内侧之间,所述第三环形振膜的外侧与所述环形球顶的内侧连接,所述第三环形振膜的内侧与所述顶盖连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述磁路系统位于所述第二环形振膜的内侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述磁路系统包括安装于所述底框中间的导磁板、设置于所述导磁板中间的主磁钢、四个设置于所述导磁板上并环绕所述主磁钢设置的副磁钢、贴附于所述主磁钢之远离所述导磁板一侧的主极芯和四个分别贴附于四个所述副磁钢之远离所述导磁板一侧的副极芯,所述主磁钢和所述副磁钢间隔设置,所述音圈可活动套设于所述主磁钢外。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述底板上开设位于所述第二侧板内侧的通孔,所述导磁板嵌设于所述通孔中。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述顶盖包括顶板、凸设于所述顶板中间的凸块和凸设于所述顶板边缘的第三侧板,所述凸块之远离所述顶板的一侧与所述磁路系统连接,所述第二环形振膜的内侧与所述第三侧板连接,所述音圈可活动套设于所述凸块外。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述骨架包括间隔环绕于所述音圈外周的环形连接部和若干个连接于所述环形连接部与所述音圈之间的肋条,所述环形连接部的底部与所述第二环形振膜的内侧连接,所述环形连接部的顶部与所述环形球顶的内侧连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的扬声器,其特征在于,每个所述肋条之朝向所述第三侧板的一侧凹设有用于避让所述第三侧板的避让缺口。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述肋条设有四个,四个所述肋条分两组分别设置于所述音圈的两相对侧。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一环形振膜包括第一折环、位于所述第一折环内侧的第一固定部和位于所述第一折环外侧的第二固定部,所述第一固定部与所述环形球顶的外侧连接,所述第二固定部与所述底框连接;
    所述第二环形振膜包括第二折环、位于所述第二折环内侧的第三固定部和位于所述第二折环外侧的第四固定部,所述第三固定部与所述骨架之靠近所述底框的一侧连接,所述第四固定部与所述第二侧板连接;
    所述第三环形振膜包括第三折环、位于所述第三折环内侧的第五固定部和位于所述第三折环外侧的第六固定部,所述第五固定部与所述顶盖连接,所述第六固定部与环形球顶的内侧连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一折环为两端分别从所述第一固定部和所述第二固定部朝远离所述底框的方向弯曲凸出设置的弧形结构;
    所述第二折环为两端分别从所述第三固定部和所述第四固定部朝向所述底框的方向弯曲凸出设置的弧形结构;
    所述第三折环为两端分别从所述第五固定部和所述第六固定部朝远离所述底框的方向弯曲凸出设置的弧形结构。
