为了达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种发声器件,包括具有收容空间的盆架以及收容于所述收容空间内的振动系统和驱动所述振动系统振动发声的磁路系统,所述磁路系统包括固定于所述盆架的磁轭;所述振动系统包括与盆架固定连接的第一振膜以及固定于所述第一振膜并驱动所述第一振膜振动发声的音圈,所述第一振膜将所述收容空间分为远离所述磁路系统一侧的前腔以及靠近所述磁路系统一侧的后腔;所述发声器件还包括连接所述盆架和所述磁轭的防尘罩,所述防尘罩将所述后腔分为靠近所述第一振膜的第一后腔以及远离所述第一振膜的第二后腔,所述防尘罩包括与所述盆架固定连接的第一固定部、固定所述磁轭的第二固定部以及连接所述第一固定部和第二固定部的连接部,所述连接部包括朝向所述第一振膜方向凸起延伸形成凸起部,所述第一振膜包括朝向远离所述磁路系统方向凸起的折环,所述凸起部与所述折环对应间隔设置。
优选地,所述盆架包括靠近所述第一振膜的上盖、靠近所述磁轭的下盖以及连接所述上盖和下盖的中框和下盖,所述上盖、中框以及下盖相互组配以形成所述收容空间,所述第一振膜夹设固定于所述上盖与所述中框之间,所述第一固定部夹设固定于所述中框与所述下盖之间。
优选地,所述防尘罩还包括自所述第一固定部朝向远离所述第一振膜且沿所述第一振膜振动方向所述下盖弯折延伸形成的弯折部,所述连接部自所述弯折部远离所述第一固定部的边缘朝向所述第二固定部水平延伸形成。
优选地,所述第二固定部自所述凸起部的内边缘朝向所述下盖弯折延伸形成,所述第二固定部包括与所述磁轭固定连接的第二底壁以及自所述第二底壁边缘弯折延伸的环形侧壁和与环形侧壁连接的第二底壁,所述环形侧壁朝向所述第一振膜弯折延伸至与所述凸起部连接所述环形侧壁与第二底壁围合成容纳空间,所述第二底壁开设有与所述容纳空间连通的安装孔,所述磁轭固定于所述第二底壁朝向所述第一振膜的一侧收容于所述容纳空间。
优选地,所述凸起部包括自所述环形侧壁远离所述第二底壁一端朝向所述第一固定部水平延伸的第二侧壁以及自所述第二侧壁远离所述环形侧壁的一端向远离所述第一振膜方向弯折延伸的第一侧壁,所述连接部还包括自所述第一侧壁远离所述第二侧壁的一端朝向所述第一固定部水平延伸至与所述弯折部固定连接的第三侧壁。
优选地,所述第一侧壁沿所述第一振膜的振动方向延伸。
优选地,所述第二底壁开设有沿振动方向贯穿其上的安装孔,所述磁轭固定于所述第二底壁靠近所述第一振膜的一侧且部分延伸至所述安装孔内。
优选地,所述磁路系统还包括固定于所述磁轭上的主磁钢、环绕所述主磁钢并相互间隔形成磁间隙的多个副磁钢以及固定于所述主磁钢和所述副磁钢远离所述磁轭的一端上的极芯,所述环形侧壁环绕所述副磁钢,所述磁轭安装于所述安装孔内并与所述第二底壁抵接,所述副磁钢沿所述第一振膜的振动方向的高度大于所述环形侧壁沿振动方向的高度,所述多个副磁钢之间间隔设置以形成避让缺口,所述振动系统还包括连接所述第一振膜与所述音圈的骨架,所述骨架穿过所述避让缺口将所述音圈悬置于所述磁间隙中。
优选地,所述第一振膜包括夹设于所述副磁钢与所述极芯之间的第一环形振膜、夹设固定于所述上盖和所述中框之间的第二环形振膜以及连接所述第一环形振膜与所述第二环形振膜之间的环形球顶,所述折环设于所述第一环形振膜。
优选地,所述振动系统还包括连接所述第一振膜与所述音圈的骨架、与第一振膜间隔设置的弹性支撑件,所述弹性支撑件呈环状,所述弹性支撑件的外边缘夹设固定于所述中框与所述下盖之间,所述骨架的一端与所述环形球顶连接,另一端与所述弹性支撑件的内边缘固定连接。
优选地,所述骨架包括第一环形部、第二环形部以及连接所述第一环形部和所述第二环形部的连接臂,所述第一环形部位于所述磁间隙内并与所述音圈连接,所述连接臂穿设于所述避让缺口中,所述第二环形部的一端与所述环形球顶连接,所述第二环形部的另一端与所述弹性支撑件的内边缘连接。
优选地,所述连接臂的两端呈阶梯状设置,所述第一环形部和所述第二环形部分别与所述连接臂的两端连接,且所述第一环形部比所述第二环形部更靠近所述下盖。
优选地,所述弹性支撑件包括呈环状的第二振膜和贴设于所述第二振膜内边缘的安装件,所述第二振膜的外边缘与所述中框固定连接,所述第二环形部的另远离所述环形球顶的一端通过与所述安装件与所述骨架固定连接。
优选地,所述弯折部、所述第三侧壁与所述第一侧壁围合成与所述第二振膜对应的避让空间。
有益效果
与相关技术相比,本发明提供的上述发声器件通过在所述防尘罩的连接部上设置朝所述上盖凸起的凸起部和与所述凸起部连接的第二固定部,所述连接部、所述凸起部、所述磁路系统和所述下盖共同围成所述第二后腔,扩大了所述第二后腔的体积,增加所述第二后腔填充吸声颗粒的体积,降低了所述发声器件的F0,提升了低频灵敏度,从而提高所述发声器件的性能。

本发明的实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请同时参阅图1-5,根据本发明提供的发声器件100包括具有收容空间14的盆架10、收容于所述收容空间14内的振动系统20、驱动所述振动系统20振动发声的磁路系统30以及防尘罩40。
所述盆架10包括上盖11、下盖12以及中框13,所述上盖11、中框13和所述下盖12组配形成所述收容空间14。具体地,所述上盖11包括顶壁111、自所述顶壁111边沿弯折延伸出的第一侧壁112、自所述顶壁111凸伸出的出声部113以及贯通所述出声部113并连通外界的出声孔114。所述下盖12包括底壁121和自所述底壁121边沿弯折延伸出的第二侧壁122。中框13夹设于第一侧壁112和第二侧壁122之间。
所述磁路系统30包括靠近所述下盖12的磁轭31、固定于所述磁轭31的主磁钢32、环绕所述主磁钢32并与之间隔形成磁间隙35的多个副磁钢33以及贴设于所述主磁钢32和副磁钢33的远离所述磁轭31一侧上的极芯34。在本实施方式中,所述副磁钢33包括四个,两个相邻的所述副磁钢33间隔形成所述避让缺口36。可以理解地,所述副磁钢33不局限于设有四个,例如所述副磁钢33设有两个,两个所述副磁钢33分别设置于所述主磁钢32的两相对侧也是可以的。所述磁轭31安装于所述防尘罩40上,主磁钢32和副磁钢33的一侧贴设于磁轭31上,极芯34贴设于主磁钢32和副磁钢33的远离磁轭31的一侧上。
振动系统20包括插入设于磁间隙35的音圈21、靠近所述上盖11并与所述上盖11固定连接的第一振膜22、连接所述音圈21和所述第一振膜22的骨架23、与所述第一振膜22间隔设置且与中框13固定连接的弹性支撑件24,所述第一振膜22将所述收容空间14分为远离所述磁路系统30一侧的前腔141以及靠近所述磁路系统30一侧的后腔142。第一振膜22包括朝向远离所述磁路系统30方向凸起的折环。
所述第一振膜22包括环形球顶221、与所述磁路系统30连接的第一环形振膜222以及与所述上盖11连接的第二环形振膜223,所述环形球顶221设于所述第一环形振膜222和所述第二环形振膜223之间并将两者连接起来,所述环形球顶221与所述骨架23远离所述弹性支撑件24的一端连接。
具体地,所述环形球顶221呈环形薄板状,所述第一环形振膜222包括环状的第一折环2221以及分别自所述折环2221的内外两侧边沿延伸出的第三固定部2222和第四固定部2223。第一折环2221朝向远离磁路系统30的方向凸起设置。所述第二环形振膜223包括环状的第二折环2231以及分别自所述第二折环2231的内外两侧边沿延伸出的第五固定部2232和第六固定部2233,所述环形球顶221的内侧与所述第四固定部2223连接,所述环形球顶221的外侧与所述第五固定部2232连接。第六固定部2233夹设固定于上盖11的第一侧壁112与中框13之间。第三固定部2222夹设固定于极芯34与副磁钢33之间。由于所述第一环形振膜222内侧的第三固定部2222与所述极芯34胶合固定,使得所述磁路系统30的高度增加,提高了所述发声器件100的BL值(力电耦合系数),增加了所述发声器件100的灵敏度。
第一振膜22、以及极芯34与上盖11的顶壁111之间间隔设置,并共同围成该发声器件100的前腔141。前腔141与出声口114连通。
骨架23包括第一环形部231、第二环形部232以及连接所述第一环形部231和所述第二环形部232的多个连接臂233。所述第一环形部231位于所述磁路系统30的所述磁间隙35内并与所述音圈21连接,所述第二环形部232的一端与所述环形球顶221连接,所述第二环形部232的另一端与所述弹性支撑件24的内边缘连接。所述连接臂233可活动地穿设于所述磁路系统30的所述避让缺口36内。所述连接臂233的两端呈阶梯状设置,所述第一环形部231和所述第二环形部232分别与所述连接臂233的两端连接,且所述第一环形部231的低于所述第二环形部232,也就是说,所述第一环形部231和所述第二环形部232呈高低设置,所述第一环形部231比所述第二环形部232更靠近所述下盖12。所述连接臂233的两端呈阶梯状设置,所述第一环形部231和所述第二环形部232呈高低设置,所述第一环形部231和所述第二环形部232更靠近下盖12,当所述音圈21在所述磁间隙35内带动所述连接臂233运动时,不会因为所述连接臂233与所述极芯34发生干涉而影响所述第一振膜2312的振动行程。
当所述音圈21在所述磁路系统30中运动时,所述音圈21通过所述骨架23带动所述第一振膜22在所述前腔141中振动发声。
所述弹性支撑件24包括呈环状的第二振膜241和贴设于所述第二振膜241内边缘的安装件242。所述第二振膜241的外边缘与所述中框13固定连接,所述安装件242与所述骨架23的第二环形部232远离所述环形球顶221的另一端固定连接。具体地,所述第二振膜241与所述第二环形振膜223的结构大致相同。所述安装件242呈环形薄板状,所述安装件242的上下两侧分别连接所述骨架23的所述第二环形部232和所述第二振膜241的内侧,而所述第二振膜241的外侧则夹设于所述中框13和所述下盖12的所述第二侧壁122之间,所述第二振膜241和所述第二环形振膜223相互间隔且相对设置。可选地,所述第二振膜241为一体环形结构,该一体式结构,对于超大振幅的超线性发声器件具有更好的抑制摇摆能力,效果更加明显。
所述防尘罩40用于固定所述磁路系统30并防止灰尘进入所述磁路系统30和所述振动系统20,其将所述后腔142分为靠近所述第一振膜22的第一后腔1421以及远离所述第一振膜22的第二后腔1422。具体地,防尘罩40还包括与下盖12固定连接的第一固定部41、固定所述磁路系统30的第二固定部42、连接所述第一固定部41和所述第二固定部42的连接部43以及自第一固定部41朝向远离所述第一振膜22且沿所述第一振膜22振动方向弯折延伸形成的弯折部44,所述连接部43包括朝向第一振膜22的凸起延伸形成的凸起部431,所述凸起部431与所述第一振膜22间隔设置并与所述第一折环2221对应设置。所述防尘罩40、所述磁轭31、所述中框13、所述第一振膜22以及所述极芯34围合形成所述第一后腔1421,所述防尘罩40、下盖12以及磁轭31围合成所述发声器件100的第二后腔1422。
凸起部431包括自所述环形侧壁421远离所述第二底壁422一端朝向所述第一固定部41水平延伸的第二侧壁4312以及自所述第二侧壁4312远离所述环形侧壁421的一端向远离所述第一振膜22的方向弯折延伸的第一侧壁4311,且所述第一侧壁4311沿所述第一振膜22的振动方向延伸。所述连接部43还包括自所述第一侧壁4311远离所述第二侧壁4312的一端朝向所述第一固定部41水平延伸至与所述弯折部44固定连接的第三侧壁432。。所述弯折部44、所述第三侧壁432与所述第一侧壁4311围合成与所述第二振膜241对应的避让空间45,以避免所述第二振膜241在振动时与所述防尘罩40发生干涉;所述凸起部431位于所述第二振膜241的内边缘的内侧,使得所述凸起部431不会与所述弹性支撑件24发生干涉。
其中,所述连接部43自所述弯折部44远离所述第一固定部41的边缘朝向所述第二固定部42延伸形成。所述凸起部431连接所述连接部43与所述第二固定部42,所述凸起部431位于所述弹性支撑件24的内边缘的内侧,也就是说,弹性支撑件24的内侧具有避让空间,使得所述凸起部431不会与所述弹性支撑件24发生干涉。所述收容部自所述凸起部的内边缘朝向所述下盖弯折延伸形成,所述第二固定部42包括环形侧壁421和与环形侧壁421连接的第二底壁422,所述环形侧壁421与第二底壁422围合成容纳空间423,所述第二底壁422开设有沿所述第一振膜22的振动方向贯穿其上的安装孔424,所述磁轭31固定于所述第二底壁422靠近所述第一振膜22的一侧且部分延伸至所述安装孔424内,所述磁路系统30的主磁钢32及副磁钢33部分地收容于容纳空间423内,具体地,所述环形侧壁421环绕所述副磁钢33,所述副磁钢33沿所述第一振膜22的振动方向的高度大于所述环形侧壁421沿所述第一振膜22的振动方向的高度,以使所述骨架23的连接臂233顺利穿过位于所述副磁钢33之间的避让缺口36,并使所述第一环形部231将所述音圈21悬置于所述磁间隙35中。
相对于现有技术的平面式防尘罩,本发明的所述发声器件100的所述防尘罩40的凸起部431以及连接部43与下盖12的第二侧壁122围成扩充空间,扩大了所述第二后腔1422的体积,增加所述第二后腔填充吸声颗粒的体积,降低了所述发声器件100的F0,提升了低频灵敏度,从而提高所述发声器件100的性能。
与相关技术相比,本发明提供的上述发声器件通过在所述防尘罩的连接部上设置朝所述上盖凸起的凸起部和与所述凸起部连接的第二固定部,所述连接部、所述凸起部、所述磁路系统和所述下盖共同围成所述第二后腔,扩大了所述第二后腔的体积,增加所述第二后腔填充吸声颗粒的体积,降低了所述发声器件的F0,提升了低频灵敏度,从而提高所述发声器件的性能。
以上所述的仅是本发明的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种发声器件,包括具有收容空间的盆架以及收容于所述收容空间内的振动系统和驱动所述振动系统振动发声的磁路系统,所述磁路系统包括固定于所述盆架的磁轭;   所述振动系统包括与盆架固定连接的第一振膜以及固定于所述第一振膜并驱动所述第一振膜振动发声的音圈,所述第一振膜将所述收容空间分为远离所述磁路系统一侧的前腔以及靠近所述磁路系统一侧的后腔;   其特征在于,所述发声器件还包括连接所述盆架和所述磁轭的防尘罩,所述防尘罩将所述后腔分为靠近所述第一振膜的第一后腔以及远离所述第一振膜的第二后腔,所述防尘罩包括与所述盆架固定连接的第一固定部、固定所述磁轭的第二固定部以及连接所述第一固定部和第二固定部的连接部,所述连接部包括朝向所述第一振膜方向凸起延伸形成凸起部,所述第一振膜包括朝向远离所述磁路系统方向凸起的折环,所述凸起部与所述折环对应间隔设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,所述盆架包括靠近所述第一振膜的上盖、靠近所述磁轭的下盖以及连接所述上盖和下盖的中框,所述上盖、中框以及下盖相互组配以形成所述收容空间,所述第一振膜夹设固定于所述上盖与所述中框之间,所述第一固定部夹设固定于所述中框与所述下盖之间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述防尘罩还包括自所述第一固定部朝向远离所述第一振膜且沿所述第一振膜振动方向弯折延伸形成的弯折部,所述连接部自所述弯折部远离所述第一固定部的边缘朝向所述第二固定部延伸形成。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述第二固定部包括与所述磁轭固定连接的第二底壁以及自所述第二底壁边缘弯折延伸的环形侧壁,所述环形侧壁朝向所述第一振膜弯折延伸至与所述凸起部连接,所述磁轭固定于所述第二底壁朝向所述第一振膜的一侧。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述凸起部包括自所述环形侧壁远离所述第二底壁一端朝向所述第一固定部水平延伸的第二侧壁以及自所述第二侧壁远离所述环形侧壁的一端向远离所述第一振膜方向弯折延伸的第一侧壁,所述连接部还包括自所述第一侧壁远离所述第二侧壁的一端朝向所述第一固定部水平延伸至与所述弯折部固定连接的第三侧壁。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述第一侧壁沿所述第一振膜的振动方向延伸。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述第二底壁开设有沿振动方向贯穿其上的安装孔,所述磁轭固定于所述第二底壁靠近所述第一振膜的一侧且部分延伸至所述安装孔内。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述磁路系统还包括固定于所述磁轭上的主磁钢、环绕所述主磁钢并相互间隔形成磁间隙的多个副磁钢以及固定于所述主磁钢和所述副磁钢远离所述磁轭的一端上的极芯,所述环形侧壁环绕所述副磁钢,所述副磁钢沿所述第一振膜的振动方向的高度大于所述环形侧壁沿振动方向的高度,所述多个副磁钢之间间隔设置以形成避让缺口,所述振动系统还包括连接所述第一振膜与所述音圈的骨架,所述骨架穿过所述避让缺口将所述音圈悬置于所述磁间隙中。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述第一振膜包括夹设于所述副磁钢与所述极芯之间的第一环形振膜、夹设固定于所述上盖和所述中框之间的第二环形振膜以及连接所述第一环形振膜与所述第二环形振膜之间的环形球顶,所述折环设于所述第一环形振膜。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述振动系统还包括与第一振膜间隔设置的弹性支撑件,所述弹性支撑件呈环状,所述弹性支撑件的外边缘夹设固定于所述中框与所述下盖之间,所述骨架的一端与所述环形球顶连接,另一端与所述弹性支撑件的内边缘固定连接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述骨架包括第一环形部、第二环形部以及连接所述第一环形部和所述第二环形部的连接臂,所述第一环形部位于所述磁间隙内并与所述音圈连接,所述连接臂穿设于所述避让缺口中,所述第二环形部的一端与所述环形球顶连接,所述第二环形部的另一端与所述弹性支撑件的内边缘连接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述连接臂的两端呈阶梯状设置,所述第一环形部和所述第二环形部分别与所述连接臂的两端连接,且所述第一环形部比所述第二环形部更靠近所述下盖。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述弹性支撑件包括呈环状的第二振膜和贴设于所述第二振膜内边缘的安装件,所述第二振膜的外边缘与所述中框固定连接,所述第二环形部远离所述环形球顶的一端通过所述安装件与所述骨架固定连接。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述弯折部、所述第三侧壁与所述第一侧壁围合成与所述第二振膜对应的避让空间。
