下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本实用新型的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
请同时参阅图1-3,本实用新型提供了一种发声器件100,其包括盆架1、支撑于所述盆架1的振动系统2以及驱动所述振动系统2振动发声的磁路系统3,所述磁路系统3具有磁间隙30。
所述盆架1包括底壁11、由所述底壁11远离所述磁路系统3的周缘向所述振动系统2弯折延伸的外壁12以及由所述底壁11靠近所述磁路系统3的周缘向所述振动系统2弯折延伸的内壁13,所述外壁12环绕所述内壁13设置且相互间隔,所述内壁13设有贯穿其上的通口131,所述内壁13围设形成容纳空间10。
所述振动系统2包括固定于所述盆架1的第一振膜21、沿所述第一振膜21的振动方向位于所述第一振膜21远离所述磁路系统3一侧的第二振膜22、连接所述第一振膜21和所述第二振膜22的连接环23、插入至所述磁间隙30以驱动所述第一振膜21和所述第二振膜22振动的音圈24、连接所述第一振膜21和所述音圈24的第一骨架25以及连接所述第二振膜22和所述音圈24的第二骨架26;所述第一振膜21围绕所述第二振膜22设置。
上述结构中,该发声器件100具有双振膜,频带可调节因素更多,使所述发声器件100的声学性能更优;另一方面,因所述第二振膜22位于所述第一振膜21远离所述磁路系统3一侧并通过连接环23与第一振膜21连接,即所述第一振膜21所在的平面与所述第二振膜22所在的平面存在落差,能够分别对第一振膜21和/或第二振膜22的尺寸、厚度及材质等特性进行调节,进一步调节发声器件100的频带,提高发声器件100的声学性能。
所述第一振膜21包括围绕所述磁路系统3设置的呈环状的第一振动部211、设置于所述第一振动部211远离所述磁路系统3一端的呈环状的第一折环部212以及设置于所述第一振动部211靠近所述磁路系统3一端的呈环状的第二折环部213,所述第一折环部212环绕所述第二折环部213且相互间隔,所述第一振动部211位于所述第一折环部212与所述第二折环部213之间,所述第二折环部213固定于所述连接环23远离所述第二振膜22的一端。
具体的,所述第一折环部212包括贴设于所述第一振动部211的第一固定部2121、由所述第一固定部2121向远离所述磁路系统3的方向弯折延伸的第一折环部主体2122以及由所述第一折环部主体2122远离所述第一固定部2121的一端向远离所述磁路系统3延伸的第二固定部2123,所述第二固定部2123固定于所述盆架1;所述第二折环部213包括贴设于所述第一振动部211的第三固定部2131、由所述第三固定部2131向靠近所述磁路系统3的方向弯折延伸的第二折环部主体2132以及由所述第二折环部主体2132远离所述第三固定部2131的一端向所述磁路系统3延伸的第四固定部2133,所述第四固定部2133固定于所述连接环23远离所述第二振膜22的一端。
所述第二振膜22包括第二振动部221、由所述第二振动部221的周缘弯折延伸的第三折环部222、由所述第三折环部222弯折延伸并固定于所述连接环23远离所述第一振膜21一端的第五固定部223以及固定于所述第二振动部221的球顶224。
所述第一骨架25包括固定于所述第一振动部211的第一平板壁251、自所述第一平板壁251靠近所述磁路系统3的一端向远离所述第一振膜21弯折延伸的第二平板壁252以及由所述第二平板壁252向靠近所述磁路系统3延伸并与所述音圈24连接的延伸壁253,所述第二平板壁252环绕所述磁路系统3设置;所述第二骨架26贯穿所述磁路系统3延伸至所述磁间隙30内并与所述音圈24相抵接。
上述结构中,因第一骨架25的第一平板壁251充当了所述第一振膜21的球顶结构,实现辐射声波,而延伸壁253用于固定音圈24,即骨架25与第一振膜21形成一体结构,减少了零件之间装配的配合误差,提高其声学性能,同时简化了装配工序,提高生产效率。
进一步的,所述延伸壁253包括由所述第二平板壁252向靠近所述磁路系统3弯折延伸的第一延伸壁2531和由所述第一延伸壁2531靠近所述磁路系统3的一端向远离所述第一振膜21弯折延伸的第二延伸壁2532,所述第二延伸壁2532延伸至所述磁间隙30内并与所述音圈24相抵接;所述第二骨架26一端延伸至所述磁间隙30内抵接于所述音圈24靠近所述第一振膜21的一侧,所述第二骨架26的另外一端抵接于所述第二振动部221并形成固定连接,所述第二延伸壁2532包括至少两个且相互间隔设置。
在本实施方式中,所述振动系统2还包括固定于所述盆架1的弹性支撑组件27,所述弹性支撑组件27包括固定于所述盆架1的弹性件271和贴合于所述弹性件271远离所述第一振膜21一侧的辅助振膜272;所述弹性件271围绕所述磁路系统3设置;所述弹性件271包括固定于所述盆架1的第一固定臂2711、固定于所述第一骨架25背离所述第一振膜21一侧的第二固定臂2712以及连接所述第一固定臂2711和所述第二固定臂2712的弹臂2713。该结构有效的平衡了所述振动系统2的横向摇摆,提升了发声器件100的可靠性。具体的,所述第二固定臂2712固定于所述第二平板壁252背离所述第一振膜21的一侧。在本实施方式中,辅助振膜272呈环状固定于所述弹性件271远离所述第一振膜21一侧,辅助振膜272能够在第一骨架的带动下振动,进一步提升发声器件的发声效果,提供更多可调节的频带因素。
在本实施方式中,所述磁路系统3采用分体结构,磁路效率更好。所述磁路系统3包括磁碗31、收容固定于所述磁碗31内的磁钢单元32以及贯穿所述磁碗31的第一让位槽33;所述第一延伸壁2531围绕所述磁路系统3设置,所述第二延伸壁2532经所述第一让位槽33延伸至所述磁间隙30内。
具体的,所述磁碗31包括支撑固定于所述盆架1的磁碗底壁311、由所述磁碗底壁311向所靠近所述第一振膜21方向弯折延伸的磁碗侧壁312、盖设于所述磁钢单元32并与所述磁碗底壁311间隔正对设置的磁碗顶壁313以及贯穿所述磁碗顶壁313的第二让位槽314,所述磁钢单元32固定于所述磁碗底壁311并与所述磁碗侧壁312间隔形成所述磁间隙30,所述第二骨架26经所述第二让位槽314延伸至所述磁间隙30内;所述第一让位槽33贯穿所述磁碗侧壁312设置。
更优的,在本实施方式中,所述磁路系统3安装于所述容纳空间10内,且使得所述第一让位槽33与所述通口131一一正对设置;所述延伸壁253依次经所述通口131和所述第一让位槽33延伸至所述磁间隙30内。
在本实施方式中,所述磁路系统3包括盖设于所述磁钢单元32上的磁碗顶壁313,所述磁碗顶壁313将所述磁钢单元32靠近所述第一振膜21一侧的磁力线导回至所述磁间隙30内,使所述磁路系统3的磁力线得到充分利用,从而有效提升了发声器件的灵敏度。具体的,所述磁钢单元32包括固定于所述磁碗底壁311的第一磁钢321、固定于叠设于第一磁钢321的第二磁钢322以及夹设于所述第一磁钢321和所述第二磁钢322之间的极芯323。
与相关技术相比,本实用新型的发声器件中,所述振动系统包括固定于所述盆架的第一振膜、沿所述第一振膜的振动方向位于所述第一振膜远离所述磁路系统一侧的第二振膜以及连接所述第一振膜和所述第二振膜的连接环;一方面,该发声器件具有双振膜,频带可调节因素更多,使所述发声器件的声学性能更优;另一方面,因所述第二振膜位于所述第一振膜远离所述磁路系统一侧并通过连接环与第一振膜连接,即,所述振膜所在的平面与所述第二振膜所在的平面存在落差,能够分别对第一振膜和/或第二振膜的尺寸、厚度及材质等特性进行调节,进一步调节发声器件的频带,提高发声器件的声学性能。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种发声器件,其包括盆架、支撑于所述盆架的振动系统以及驱动所述振动系统振动发声的磁路系统,所述磁路系统具有磁间隙,其特征在于, 所述振动系统包括固定于所述盆架的第一振膜、沿所述第一振膜的振动方向位于所述第一振膜远离所述磁路系统一侧的第二振膜、连接所述第一振膜和所述第二振膜的连接环、插入至所述磁间隙以驱动所述第一振膜和所述第二振膜振动的音圈、连接所述第一振膜和所述音圈的第一骨架以及连接所述第二振膜和所述音圈的第二骨架;所述第一振膜围绕所述第二振膜设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述第一振膜包括围绕所述磁路系统设置的呈环状的第一振动部、设置于所述第一振动部远离所述磁路系统一端的呈环状的第一折环部以及设置于所述第一振动部靠近所述磁路系统一端的呈环状的第二折环部,所述第一折环部环绕所述第二折环部且相互间隔,所述第一振动部位于所述第一折环部与所述第二折环部之间,所述第二折环部固定于所述连接环远离所述第二振膜的一端。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述第一折环部包括贴设于所述第一振动部的第一固定部、由所述第一固定部向远离所述磁路系统的方向弯折延伸的第一折环部主体以及由所述第一折环部主体远离所述第一固定部的一端向远离所述磁路系统延伸的第二固定部,所述第二固定部固定于所述盆架;所述第二折环部包括贴设于所述第一振动部的第三固定部、由所述第三固定部向靠近所述磁路系统的方向弯折延伸的第二折环部主体以及由所述第二折环部主体远离所述第三固定部的一端向所述磁路系统延伸的第四固定部,所述第四固定部固定于所述连接环远离所述第二振膜的一端。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述第二振膜包括第二振动部、由所述第二振动部的周缘弯折延伸的第三折环部、由所述第三折环部弯折延伸并固定于所述连接环远离所述第一振膜一端的第五固定部以及固定于所述第二振动部的球顶。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述第一骨架包括固定于所述第一振动部的第一平板壁、自所述第一平板壁靠近所述磁路系统的一端向远离所述第一振膜弯折延伸的第二平板壁以及由所述第二平板壁向靠近所述磁路系统延伸并与所述音圈连接的延伸壁,所述第二平板壁环绕所述磁路系统设置;所述第二骨架贯穿所述磁路系统延伸至所述磁间隙内并与所述音圈相抵接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述延伸壁包括由所述第二平板壁向靠近所述磁路系统弯折延伸的第一延伸壁和由所述第一延伸壁靠近所述磁路系统的一端向远离所述第一振膜弯折延伸的第二延伸壁,所述第二延伸壁延伸至所述磁间隙内并与所述音圈相抵接;所述第二骨架一端延伸至所述磁间隙内抵接于所述音圈靠近所述第一振膜的一侧,所述第二骨架的另外一端抵接于所述第二振动部并形成固定连接,所述第二延伸壁包括至少两个且相互间隔设置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述磁路系统包括磁碗、收容固定于所述磁碗内的磁钢单元以及贯穿所述磁碗的第一让位槽;所述第一延伸壁围绕所述磁路系统设置,所述第二延伸壁经所述第一让位槽延伸至所述磁间隙内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述磁碗包括支撑固定于所述盆架的磁碗底壁、由所述磁碗底壁向所靠近所述第一振膜方向弯折延伸的磁碗侧壁、盖设于所述磁钢单元并与所述磁碗底壁间隔正对设置的磁碗顶壁以及贯穿所述磁碗顶壁的第二让位槽,所述磁钢单元固定于所述磁碗底壁并与所述磁碗侧壁间隔形成所述磁间隙,所述第二骨架经所述第二让位槽延伸至所述磁间隙内;所述第一让位槽贯穿所述磁碗侧壁设置。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述盆架包括底壁、由所述底壁远离所述磁路系统的周缘弯折延伸的外壁以及由所述底壁靠近所述磁路系统的周缘弯折延伸的内壁,所述外壁环绕所述内壁设置且相互间隔,所述内壁设有贯穿其上的通口;
    所述内壁围设形成容纳空间,所述磁路系统安装于所述容纳空间内,且使得所述第一让位槽与所述通口一一正对设置;
    所述延伸壁依次经所述通口和所述第一让位槽延伸至所述磁间隙内。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述振动系统还包括固定于所述盆架的弹性支撑组件,所述弹性支撑组件包括固定于所述盆架的弹性件和贴合于所述弹性件远离所述第一振膜一侧的辅助振膜;所述弹性件围绕所述磁路系统设置;所述弹性件包括固定于所述盆架的第一固定臂、固定于所述第一骨架背离所述第一振膜一侧的第二固定臂以及连接所述第一固定臂和所述第二固定臂的弹臂。
