现有的扬声器包括盆架、安装在盆架上的振动系统和磁路系统,振动系统包括振膜、环形球顶、骨架和音圈,环形球顶与振膜连接,音圈在其振动方向上通过设置骨架与环形球顶连接以带动振膜振动发声。现有扬声器的结构采用单振膜的设计方式常常会导致振动系统振动不平衡,存在较多杂音。

连接骨架26设有两个,两个连接骨架26分别从音圈24的两相对侧延伸连接环形球顶23。通过设置两个连接骨架26从音圈24的两相对侧延伸连接至环形球顶23,音圈24可以两个连接骨架26将振动均衡地传递给环形球顶23,使得振动系统20振动均衡,提升音质。可以理解地,连接骨架26不局限于设有两个,连接骨架26设有一个、三个、四个一级其他任意个数也是可以的,只要音圈24可以通过连接骨架26带动第一环形振膜21和第二环形振膜22振动即可。
每个连接骨架26之朝向第二侧板122的一侧凹设有用于避让第二侧板122的避让缺口27。通过设置该避让缺口27可以有效增大音圈24的振动行程,从而提升扬声器100的功率。
每个连接骨架26都包括第一延伸部261、第二延伸部262和第三延伸部263,第一延伸部261间隔设置于音圈24的旁侧,第二延伸部262和第三延伸部263分别从第一延伸部261的两端沿垂直音圈24之振动方向的方向连接音圈24的外侧壁,第一延伸部261连接环形球顶23,避让缺口27设置于第二延伸部262和第三延伸部263。以该设置方式,第一延伸部261和环形球顶23具有较大的连接面积,连接骨架26和环形球顶23的连接更为稳固,这样,当音圈24通过连接骨架26带动环形球顶23高频振动或者大幅度振动时,连接骨架26和环形球顶23的连接处不容易发生断裂。
磁路系统30位于第二环形振膜122的内侧。通过将磁路系统30设置成位于第二环形振膜122的内侧,振动系统20在音圈24的振动方向上不会对音圈24造成阻碍,可以大幅提高音圈24的有效振动空间,提升扬声器100的功率,且便于磁路系统30的优化设计。
磁路系统30包括安装于底框111中间的导磁板31、设置于导磁板31中间的主磁钢32、四个设置于导磁板31上并环绕主磁钢32设置的副磁钢33、贴附于主磁钢32之远离导磁板31一侧的主极芯34和四个分别贴附于四个副磁钢33之远离导磁板31一侧的副极芯35,主磁钢32和副磁钢33间隔设置,音圈24可活动套设于主磁钢32外。可以理解地,副磁钢33不局限于设有四个,例如副磁钢33设有两个,两个副磁钢33分别设置于主磁钢32的两相对侧也是可以的。
底板111的中间开设有通孔113,导磁板31嵌设于通孔113中。由于扬声器100尺寸的限制,底板111到环形球顶23的距离有限,通过在底板111上开设通孔113,将导磁板31嵌设于通孔113中,可以减小导磁板31占用底板111到环形球顶23的距离,从而可以增大音圈24的有效振动空间,提高了扬声器100的功率。
以上所述的仅是本发明的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种扬声器,包括振动系统、用于驱动所述振动系统振动发声的磁路系统以及用于供所述振动系统和所述磁路系统安装的盆架,其特征在于,所述盆架包括用于收容所述磁路系统的底框和固定于所述磁路系统上的顶盖,所述振动系统包括第一环形振膜、第二环形振膜、环形球顶、音圈、环形骨架以及连接骨架,所述第一环形振膜的外侧与所述底框连接,所述第一环形振膜的内侧与所述环形骨架的环形底部连接,所述环形骨架的环形顶部与所述环形球顶的外侧连接,所述第二环形振膜的外侧与所述环形球顶的内侧连接,所述第二环形振膜的内侧与所述顶盖连接,所述连接骨架的一端与所述音圈连接、另一端与所述环形球顶连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述磁路系统位于所述第二环形振膜的内侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述磁路系统包括安装于所述底框中间的导磁板、设置于所述导磁板中间的主磁钢、四个设置于所述导磁板上并环绕所述主磁钢设置的副磁钢、贴附于所述主磁钢之远离所述导磁板一侧的主极芯和四个分别贴附于四个所述副磁钢之远离所述导磁板一侧的副极芯,所述主磁钢和所述副磁钢间隔设置,所述音圈可活动套设于所述主磁钢外。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述底框包括底板和凸设于所述底板边缘的第一侧板,所述第一环形振膜的外侧与所述第一侧板连接,所述底板的中间开设有通孔,所述导磁板嵌设于所述通孔中。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述顶盖包括顶板、凸设于所述顶板中间的凸块和凸设于所述顶板边缘的第二侧板,所述凸块之远离所述顶板的一侧与所述磁路系统连接,所述第二环形振膜的内侧与所述第二侧板连接,所述音圈可活动套设于所述凸块外。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述骨架设有两个,两个所述骨架分别从所述音圈的两相对侧延伸连接所述环形球顶。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的扬声器,其特征在于,每个所述骨架之朝向所述第二侧板的一侧凹设有用于避让所述第二侧板的避让缺口。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的扬声器,其特征在于,每个所述骨架都包括第一延伸部、第二延伸部和第三延伸部,所述第一延伸部间隔设置于所述音圈的旁侧,所述第二延伸部和所述第三延伸部分别从所述第一延伸部的两端沿垂直所述音圈之振动方向的方向连接所述音圈的外侧壁,所述第一延伸部连接所述环形球顶,所述避让缺口设置于所述第二延伸部和所述第三延伸部。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一环形振膜包括第一折环、位于所述第一折环内侧的第一固定部和位于所述第一折环外侧的第二固定部,所述第一固定部与所述环形球顶的外侧连接,所述第二固定部与所述底框连接;所述第二环形振膜包括第二折环、位于所述第二折环内侧的第三固定部和位于所述第二折环外侧的第四固定部,所述第三固定部与所述顶盖连接,所述第四固定部与所述环形球顶的内侧连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一折环为两端分别从所述第一固定部和所述第二固定部朝向所述底框的方向弯曲凸出设置的弧形结构;所述第二折环为两端分别从所述第三固定部和所述第四固定部朝远离所述底框的方向弯曲凸出设置的弧形结构。
