Abstract

本发明公开了一种微型扬声器,包括磁路系统、振动系统和支撑系统;磁路系统包括盆架、收容于盆架内的磁铁和固定于磁铁表面的华司;振动系统包括音圈和振膜;支撑系统包括外壳和与外壳相结合的前盖;磁路系统和振动系统收容于外壳和前盖形成的空腔之内;盆架包括水平方向延伸的基部和沿垂直方向突出的侧部,对应盆架基部的长轴和短轴分别对称设置有两个长轴侧部和短轴侧部;盆架的两个短轴侧部上对称设置有声孔,外壳对应声孔的位置设置有避让结构。本发明的微型扬声器,声孔设置于盆架短轴侧部的直立边上,可以降低因盆架底部开孔对产品性能的损害,同时避免声孔整机装配时被堵住而影响装机测试曲线。

Description

微型扬声器 技术领域
本发明涉及电声领域,具体的涉及一种微型扬声器。
背景技术
在微型扬声器领域,盆架和磁铁以及华司共同构成了磁路系统,影响着微型扬声器产品的性能。而在现有的微型扬声器结构中,由于声孔往往设置于产品的底部平面上,因此,需要对盆架进行压边或者开孔,以留出空间为声孔粘贴防尘网。对于微型扬声器而言,由于盆架是磁路系统的一部分,当其进行压边或者开孔处理时,会对产品的导磁过程造成影响,使得微型扬声器的产品性能略有损失。此外,由于微型扬声器与终端进行整机装配时,需要保证产品的底部平面与整机装配面齐平,因此位于产品底部平面的声孔容易被堵住,从而影响装机测试曲线。
因此,有必要对现有的微型扬声器结构,特别是声孔的位置设计进行改进,尽量减少因盆架压边或开孔而导致的产品性能的损失,同时防止产品进行整机装配时因声孔被堵住而对装机测试曲线带来的影响。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种微型扬声器,在组成部分保持不变的情况下,着重对声孔的位置重新设计,在盆架短轴侧部的直立边上对称设置声孔,既可以减少对磁力线的损耗,保证产品的磁性能,同时可以防止声孔在整机装配时被堵住。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种微型扬声器,包括磁路系统、振动系统和支撑系统;所述磁路系统包括盆架、收容于盆架之内的磁铁和固定于磁铁表面的华司;所述振动系统包括音圈和振膜;所述支撑系统包括外壳和与外壳相结合的前盖;所述磁路系统和所述振动系统收容于所述外壳 和所述前盖形成的空腔之内;所述盆架包括水平方向延伸的基部和沿垂直方向突出的侧部,其特征在于:对应所述盆架基部的长轴和短轴分别对称设置有两个长轴侧部和短轴侧部;所述盆架的两个短轴侧部上对称设置有声孔;所述外壳对应所述声孔的位置设置有避让结构。
作为一种改进,所述盆架的短轴侧部为由四条直立边共同形成的矩形结构;所述声孔的底部位于所述盆架短轴侧部内侧直立边边线的上部;所述声孔的上部低于所述盆架短轴侧部外侧直立边的边线;所述声孔的两端位于所述盆架短轴侧部的两个侧边形成的空间之内。
作为一种改进,所述盆架和所述声孔均为矩形。
作为一种改进,所述声孔上覆盖有阻尼。
作为一种改进,所述振膜的中间位置结合有补强部;所述振膜的内边缘环绕于所述补强部的外周。
相较于现有技术,本发明中,在盆架短轴侧部的直立边上设置声孔,对收容于盆架之内的磁路系统的磁力线不会有明显的损耗,能够更好地保证微型扬声器产品的磁性能;另外,微型扬声器与手机、电脑等终端设备进行整机装配时,不会使声孔被堵住,避免对产品的装机测试曲线造成影响。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,详细说明本发明内容:
实施例:
请参阅图1所示,本发明微型扬声器包括磁路系统11、振动系统12和支撑系统;磁路系统11包括盆架1、收容于盆架1之内的磁铁2和固定于磁铁2表面的华司3;振动系统12包括音圈4和振膜5;支撑系统包括外壳7和与外壳7相结合的前盖8,磁路系统11和振动系统12收容于外壳7和前盖8形成的空腔之内,盆架1包括水平方向延伸的基部和沿垂直方向突出的侧部;其中,对应盆架1基部的长轴和短轴分别对称设置有两个长轴侧部和短轴侧部;盆架1的两个短轴侧部上对称设置有声孔9,外壳7对应声孔9的位置设置有避让结构。
对于微型扬声器而言,通过上述技术方案,将声孔9的位置由产品底部平面改进为设置于盆架1的短轴侧部,一方面可以降低对磁路系统11磁力线的损耗,保证产品的性能;另一方面,微型扬声器进行整机装配时,产品底部平面和装配平面齐平,声孔9设置于盆架1的短轴侧部,并且在外壳7对应声孔9的位置设置避让结构,可以避免产品装配完毕后将声孔9堵住,保证装机测试曲线的效果。
具体实施时,磁路系统11的各部件之间通过涂胶粘结固定在一起,其中,磁铁2与盆架1之间设置一定的距离,形成磁间隙,而音圈4靠近磁路系统11的端部悬置于该磁间隙中;另一方面,外壳7上通常注塑结合有电连接件,电连接件在微型扬声器内部与音圈4的引线电性连接,同时向外连接外部电路,这样外部电路的电流信号便可以通过上述电连接件传递至音圈4,音圈4接收到电流信号后,可在电磁场的作用力下做往复切割磁力线的运动,从而带动与 之连接的振膜5的振动。
本实施过程中,盆架1的短轴侧部为由四条直立边共同形成的矩形结构;声孔9的底部位于盆架1短轴侧部内侧直立边边线的上部,声孔9的上部低于盆架1短轴侧部外侧直立边的边线;声孔9的两端位于盆架1短轴侧部的两个侧边形成的空间之内。
本实施过程中,盆架1和声孔9均为矩形。
另外,本实施过程中,声孔9上覆盖有阻尼10,用于调整声学性能,并且防尘。
本实施过程中,振膜5的中间位置结合有补强部6;振膜5的内边缘环绕于补强部6的外周,补强部6一般优选为刚性的复合层结构,主要用于增强产品在高频处的性能。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种微型扬声器,包括磁路系统、振动系统和支撑系统;所述磁路系统包括盆架、收容于盆架之内的磁铁和固定于磁铁表面的华司;所述振动系统包括音圈和振膜;所述支撑系统包括外壳和与外壳相结合的前盖;所述磁路系统和所述振动系统收容于所述外壳和所述前盖形成的空腔之内;所述盆架包括水平方向延伸的基部和沿垂直方向突出的侧部,其特征在于:对应所述盆架基部的长轴和短轴分别对称设置有两个长轴侧部和短轴侧部;所述盆架的两个短轴侧部上对称设置有声孔;所述外壳对应所述声孔的位置设置有避让结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的微型扬声器,其特征在于:所述盆架的短轴侧部为由四条直立边共同形成的矩形结构;所述声孔的底部位于所述盆架短轴侧部内侧直立边边线的上部;所述声孔的上部低于所述盆架短轴侧部外侧直立边的边线;所述声孔的两端位于所述盆架短轴侧部的两个侧边形成的空间之内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的微型扬声器,其特征在于:所述盆架和所述声孔均为矩形。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的微型扬声器,其特征在于:所述声孔上覆盖有阻尼。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的微型扬声器,其特征在于:所述振膜的中间位置结合有补强部;所述振膜的内边缘环绕于所述补强部的外周。
