背景技术
受话器是一种能够实现电声能转化的器件,广泛应用于手机、电话等电子终端装置中。传统的受话器结构,一般包括磁路系统、振动系统以及收容磁路系统和振动系统的外部壳体,为了实现受话器与终端电子装置的电性连接,通常由中壳一体注塑结合有弹片,弹片在受话器内部与音圈的引线电连接,而外部则需要通过弹簧结构进行导通,现有技术中,弹簧的一端往往焊接在中壳的弹片上,另一端则与终端电子装置连接,由此实现外部电流信号至受话器内部的传递。
然而,如上所述,由于弹簧与中壳的弹片焊接,致使产品在横向上需要在已有振动系统尺寸的基础上延伸出组装弹簧的空间,这样便增大了产品的长度尺寸,不能满足终端装置横向装配空间的限制要求而中壳位于受话器产品的中间层,受限于产品组装的要求,难以将弹簧引导到振动系统的竖向位置。因此,需要提供一种新的受话器电连接结构设计方式,使其能够在不影响产品组装和横向空间的前提下,将弹簧引导至振动系统的竖向位置。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种受话器,通过对其电连接结构位置的改进,在不影响产品与终端装置组装和横向空间的情况下,将用于连接外部电路的弹簧引至振动系统的上方。

如上所述,本发明的受话器,其电连接结构包括第一弹片3、第二弹片4以及连通外部电路的弹簧5,如果实现内外部电路的导通,必须将第一弹片3与第二弹片4进行电导通,而本实施方式中,第一弹片3与第二弹片4通过wirebonding工艺连接,即在第一弹片3的第一裸露端32上设置有焊线320,通过焊线320将第二弹片4的第二裸露端42与第一弹片3的第一裸露端32焊接导通,由此实现第一弹片3与第二弹片4的电连接,完成内外部电路的导通,这样外部电路的电流信号可以通过弹簧5依次传递至第一弹片3、第二弹片4,最终到达与第二弹片4点焊固定的音圈6,音圈6接收到电流信号后,在电磁场的作用下做往复切割磁力线的运动,带动振膜7振动,进而向外界辐射声波,由此完成电能到声能的转化。
实施例二:
本实施方式与实施例一基本相同,其不同之处在于:
参阅图3所示,本实施方式中,第一弹片3与第二弹片4导通的方式与实施例一中不同,具体而言,第一弹片3的第一裸露端32、第二弹片4的第二裸露端42分别水平延伸至第一壳体3、第二壳体4的侧壁的外侧。进一步的,第一裸露端32向第二壳体4的方向弯折,紧贴于第一壳体3的侧壁上,对应的,第二裸露端42向第一壳体3的方向弯折,可与第一裸露端32搭接,第一裸露端32与第二裸露端42通过激光焊接固定并且导通。
本技术方案中,由于振膜7固定于第二壳体2上,即振动系统收容于第二壳体2的空腔中,而弹簧5结合于第一壳体3上,也就是说,本技术方案中,弹簧5从现有的横向位置移动至振动系统的上方,即竖向位置,可以避免现有技术中因弹簧横向空间设置而导致的无法满足横向尺寸限制要求的现象,同时,该种结构设计并不减小振动系统的尺寸,因此不会影响产品整体的声学性能。
优选的,为了便于装配,第一弹片3、第二弹片4设置于第一壳体1、第二壳体4的同一端侧壁上。
优选的,本发明的受话器还包括有助听音圈14。
需要说明的是,上述实施方式仅仅示出了单磁路结构的受话器,实际上,本技术方案的实施并不限于该种磁路结构的产品,对于同时包括两块边磁铁或者四块边磁铁等其他磁路结构的受话器同样可以适用,具体不受此限。
以上仅为本发明实施案例而已,并不用于限制本发明,但凡本领域普通技术人员根据本发明所揭示内容所作的等效修饰或变化,皆应纳入权利要求书中记载的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种受话器,包括外围壳体以及收容在所述外围壳体中的磁路系统和振动系统;所述振动系统包括振膜和音圈;所述外围壳体包括相互配合的第一壳体和第二壳体;所述第一壳体和所述第二壳体上设置有相互导通的电连接结构,其特征在于:所述第一壳体的侧壁上设置有第一弹片;所述第一弹片的一端焊接有电连接外部电路的弹簧,另一端裸露于所述第一壳体侧壁的外侧;所述第二壳体的侧壁上设置有第二弹片;所述第二弹片的一端与所述音圈的引线电性连接;所述第二弹片的另一端裸露在所述第二壳体侧壁的外侧,并且与所述第一弹片裸露于外侧的部分焊接固定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的受话器,其特征在于:所述振动系统收容于所述第二壳体的空腔中;所述弹簧结合于所述第一壳体上,位于所述振动系统的上方。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的受话器,其特征在于:所述第一弹片包括与所述弹簧焊接固定的第一连接端以及裸露于所述第一弹片侧壁外侧的第一裸露端;所述第二弹片包括与所述音圈的引线电性连接的第二连接端以及裸露于所述第二弹片侧壁外侧的第二裸露端。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的受话器,其特征在于:所述第一裸露端上设置有焊线;所述第一裸露端与所述第二裸露端通过所述焊线焊接导通。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的受话器,其特征在于:所述第一弹片的第一裸露端、所述第二弹片的第二裸露端水平延伸至所述受话器的第一壳体、第二壳体的侧壁的外侧。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的受话器,其特征在于:所述第一裸露端向所述第二壳体的方向弯折,紧贴于所述第一壳体的侧壁上;所述第二裸露端对应向所述第一壳体的方向弯折,与所述第一裸露端搭接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的受话器,其特征在于:所述第一裸露端与所述第二裸露端通过激光焊接固定并导通。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的受话器,其特征在于:所述第二弹片上设置有焊盘;所述音圈的引线点焊固定于所述焊盘上。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的受话器,其特征在于:所述第一弹片、所述第二 弹片设置于所述第一壳体、所述第二壳体的同一端侧壁上。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的受话器,其特征在于:还包括第三壳体以及助听音圈;所述第三壳体与所述第二壳体相配合,结合于所述第二壳体的下方;所述振膜的中心位置结合有补强部;所述振膜的下侧结合有支撑所述振膜的金属环;所述磁路系统包括盆架、固定于所述盆架内的磁铁和华司。
