骨架22将所述音圈23悬置于所述磁间隙30,具体的,所述骨架22包括固定于所述振动部211靠近所述磁路系统3一侧的骨架本体221以及由所述骨架本体221向所述音圈23方向延伸形成的骨架连接臂22a,所述骨架连接臂22a延伸至所述磁间隙30内并与所述音圈23连接。所述第一固定部214对应所述骨架连接臂22a设有凹槽2140。
所述音圈23呈带圆角的矩形结构,所述骨架连接臂22a包括四个且分别设置于所述音圈23的四个圆角处,所述间隙2150与所述凹槽2140对应所述骨架连接臂22a均设置为四个;每一所述骨架连接臂22a包括由所述骨架本体221沿所述音圈23的外侧向靠近所述振膜21方向弯折延伸的第一臂222以及由所述第一臂222远离所述骨架本体221的一端弯折延伸的第二臂223,所述音圈23靠近所述振膜21的一侧抵接于所述第二臂223。第一臂222和第二臂223共同配合以对音圈23形成避让空间,使得空间利用率更好,体积更小。
具体的,所述第一固定部214抵接固定于所述磁路系统3,所述第二固定部215远离所述振动部211的一侧贴设于所述磁路系统3。所述第三固定部216贴设于所述盆架1的外侧,所述第四固定部217与所述第三固定部216间隔设置且所述第四固定部217贴设于所述盆架1的内侧,即盆架1夹设于所述第四固定部217与所述第三固定部21之间,增加其可靠性。所述凹槽2140包括四个且相互间隔,相邻两个所述第二固定部215间隔形成间隙2150,每一所述间隙2150与每一所述凹槽2140对应设置且共同为所述骨架连接臂22a提供振动空间。即增设第二固定部215与所述磁路系统3固定,可靠性增强,同时所述间隙2150和所述凹槽2140对应设置且共同为所述骨架连接臂22a提供振动空间;即提升发声器件100的可靠性的同时,不增加整体发声器件100的整体空间,进一步增加所述骨架22和所述振膜21的振动空间,提升发声器件100的声学性能。
本实施例中,所述第一固定部214包括对应所述第二固定部215设置的多个相互间隔的第一段2141、由所述第一段2141靠近所述凹槽2140的一端向远离所述磁路系统3弯折延伸的第二段2142以及连接相邻两个所述第二段2142的第三段2143,相邻两个所述第二段2142以及所述第三段2143共同围成所述凹槽2140。即通过对第一固定部214的结构设计,增设凹槽2140以增加振动空间同时占据所述振膜21的空间较小,空间利用率较高。
辅助振膜组件24同时固定于所述骨架本体221和所述盆架1的远离所述振膜21的一侧。
所述磁路系统3包括固定于盆架1的下磁轭31、固定于所述下磁轭31的主磁钢单元32、间隔设置于所述主磁钢单元32周侧并与所述主磁钢单元32共同围成磁间隙30的副磁钢单元33以及盖设于所述主磁钢单元32的上磁轭34,所述第一固定部215抵接固定于所述上磁轭34,所述音圈23悬置于所述磁间隙30内。
具体的,所述上磁轭34包括抵接于所述主磁钢单元32的磁轭本体341、由所述磁轭本体341的周缘向靠近所述下磁轭31方向弯折延伸且相互间隔设置的多个磁轭延伸部342以及由所述磁轭延伸部342远离所述磁轭本体341的一端弯折延伸的磁轭固定部343,所述磁轭固定部343固定于所述副磁钢单元33,相邻两个所述的磁轭延伸部42间隔形成磁轭间隙340,所述骨架连接臂22a经间隙2150及所述磁轭间隙340延伸至所述磁间隙30内并与所述音圈23连接。
与相关技术相比,本发明的发声器件,所述第一固定部对应所述骨架连接臂设有由其靠近所述骨架的一侧向远离所述骨架方向凹陷形成凹槽;采用此种结构,在保证所述发声器件的高度尺寸不增加的情况下,当所述振膜大幅度振动时,由于所述第一固定部对应所述骨架连接臂设有凹槽,避免了所述骨架和所述振膜产生干涉,进一步提升所述骨架和所述振膜振动空间,提升发声器件的声学性能;另一方面,所述凹槽的大小可以配合所述骨架的高度灵活调整,在保证所述骨架强度的情况下,改善声学性能;即采用此种结构,在保证不增加所述发声器件的高度情况下,合理布局所述发声器件内部结构,使得所述发声器件的声学性能更好,空间利用率更大。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种发声器件,其包括振动系统和驱动所述振动系统振动发声的磁路系统,所述磁路系统具有磁间隙,所述振动系统包括振膜和插设于所述磁间隙以驱动所述振膜振动发声的音圈,其特征在于,
    所述振膜包括呈环状的振动部、由所述振动部外周缘弯折延伸的外折环、由所述振动部内周缘弯折延伸的内折环以及由所述内折环远离所述振动部的一侧延伸形成的第一固定部,所述第一固定部抵接固定于所述磁路系统;
    所述振动系统还包括将所述音圈悬置于所述磁间隙的骨架,所述骨架包括固定于所述振动部靠近所述磁路系统一侧的骨架本体以及由所述骨架本体向所述音圈方向延伸形成的骨架连接臂,所述骨架连接臂延伸至所述磁间隙内并与所述音圈连接;
    所述第一固定部对应所述骨架连接臂设有由其靠近所述骨架的一侧向远离所述骨架方向凹陷形成凹槽。
  2. 根据权利要求1中所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述振膜还包括由所述第一固定部向靠近所述骨架方向弯折延伸且相互间隔的多个第二固定部,所述第二固定部远离所述振动部的一侧贴设于所述磁路系统;
    所述凹槽包括多个且相互间隔,相邻两个所述第二固定部间隔形成间隙,每一所述间隙与每一所述凹槽对应设置且共同为所述骨架连接臂提供振动空间。
  3. 根据权利要求2中所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述第一固定部包括对应所述第二固定部设置的多个相互间隔的第一段、由所述第一段靠近所述凹槽的一端向远离所述磁路系统弯折延伸的第二段以及连接相邻两个所述第二段的第三段,相邻两个所述第二段以及所述第三段共同围成所述凹槽。
  4. 根据权利要求2中所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述音圈呈带圆角的矩形结构,所述骨架连接臂包括四个且分别设置于所述音圈的四个圆角处,所述间隙与所述凹槽对应所述骨架连接臂均设置为四个;每一所述骨架连接臂包括由所述骨架本体沿所述音圈的外侧向靠近所述振膜方向弯折延伸的第一臂以及由所述第一臂远离所述骨架本体的一端弯折延伸的第二臂,所述音圈靠近所述振膜的一侧抵接于所述第二臂。
  5. 根据权利要求1中所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述发声器件还包括用于固定所述振动系统和所述磁路系统的盆架,所述振膜还包括由所述外折环远离所述振动部的一侧向靠近所述磁路系统方向弯折延伸的第三固定部,所述第三固定部贴设于所述盆架的外侧。
  6. 根据权利要求5中所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述振膜还包括由所述外折环远离所述振动部的一侧向靠近所述磁路系统方向弯折延伸的第四固定部,所述第四固定部与所述第三固定部间隔设置且所述第四固定部贴设于所述盆架的内侧。
  7. 根据权利要求1中所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述磁路系统包括固定于盆架的下磁轭、固定于所述下磁轭的主磁钢单元、间隔设置于所述主磁钢单元周侧并与所述主磁钢单元共同围成磁间隙的副磁钢单元以及盖设于所述主磁钢单元的上磁轭,所述第一固定部抵接固定于所述上磁轭。
  8. 根据权利要求7中所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述上磁轭包括抵接于所述主磁钢单元的磁轭本体、由所述磁轭本体的周缘向靠近所述下磁轭方向弯折延伸且相互间隔设置的多个磁轭延伸部以及由所述磁轭延伸部远离所述磁轭本体的一端弯折延伸的磁轭固定部,所述磁轭固定部固定于所述副磁钢单元,相邻两个所述的磁轭延伸部间隔形成磁轭间隙,所述骨架连接臂经所述磁轭间隙延伸至所述磁间隙内并与所述音圈连接。
  9. 根据权利要求5中所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述振动系统还包括同时固定于所述骨架本体和所述盆架的远离所述振膜一侧的辅助振膜组件。
