请参阅图3,在本实施例中,所述磁轭31呈碗状结构,其包括露设于所述盆架1外的底板311、自所述底板311向靠近所述振膜21方向弯折延伸的侧板312及设置于所述底板311远离所述振膜21的一侧的凹槽313。所述底板311和所述侧板312配合形成容纳空间,所述磁钢33收容于所述容纳空间内,所述侧板312配合所述磁钢32形成磁间隙,所述音圈22悬置于所述磁间隙内。
所述底板311露设于所述开口,其包括靠近所述振膜21的上表面3111及与所述上表面3111相对设置的下表面3112,所述凹槽313由所述下表面3112向靠近所述上表面3111方向凹陷形成。
进一步的,所述凹槽313包括与所述第一侧边121平行设置的第一凹槽3131及与所述第二侧边122平行设置的第二凹槽3132,所述第一凹槽3131和所述第二凹槽3132连通。
进一步的,所述第一凹槽3131和所述第二凹槽3132的结构相同,均包括与所述上表面3111相对的槽底壁以及自所述槽底壁朝远离所述上表面3111方向延伸的槽侧壁。
请结合参阅图2和图4,所述电连接件4与所述盆架1固定连接,并弹性支撑所述音圈22,进一步的,所述电连接件4与所述音圈22电连接。
具体的,所述电连接件4包括弹性支撑所述音圈22的主体部41、自所述主体部41延伸的弹力臂42、自所述弹力臂42延伸至所述盆架1外侧的卡合部43。所述弹力臂42经所述主体部41的相对两端朝对侧弯折延伸,所述弹力臂42与所述主体部41围成环状,所述卡合部43形成在所述弹力臂42的中部。
所述主体部41一方面支撑所述音圈22,另一方面与所述音圈22电连接,用于将外界电信号向所述音圈22传递。
具体的,所述主体部41包括与所述振膜21正对的支撑板411、自所述支撑板411远离所述弹力臂42的一侧朝所述振膜21方向弯折延伸的内挡板412以及自所述支撑板411靠近所述弹力臂42的一侧朝向所述振膜21方向弯折延伸的外挡板413,所述支撑板411呈环形,所述音圈22夹设于所述内挡板412和所述外挡板413之间。可以理解的是,所述内挡板412和所述外挡板413对所述音圈22进行限位,增加了所述音圈22与所述电连接件4之间连接稳定性。
所述卡合部43包括自所述弹力臂42向远离所述收容空间方向延伸的延伸部431、自所述延伸部431末端向远离所述振膜21方向弯折延伸的连接部432及自所述连接部432远离所述延伸部431的一端弯折延伸的焊盘433,所述焊盘433与所述延伸部431相对设置,所述支撑边12夹设在所述焊盘433与所述延伸部431之间。可以理解的是,所述焊盘433设置于所述电连接件4远离所述音圈22的一端,并与所述盆架1固定连接。
所述焊盘433露设于所述支撑边12,具体的,所述焊盘433的数量为两个,两个所述焊盘433分别设置在所述第一侧边121并露设于所述第一侧边121,所述第一凹槽3131/第二凹槽3132的槽底壁与所述焊盘433共面,且所述焊盘433设置在所述第二凹槽3132远离所述第一凹槽3131的一端。
所述延伸部431、所述连接部432及所述焊盘433共同围成横截面呈“U”形的卡扣结构,通过设置所述卡扣结构,增加了所述电连接件4与所述盆架1之间的连接强度。通过设置所述焊盘部433,使得所述电连接件4可以直接与外接电器连接,无需另外设置外接焊盘,节约了所述扬声器100的内部空间。
请参阅图5及图6,所述电路板5与所述电连接件4连接并用于实现所述电连接件4与外界电路的电连接,具体的,所述电路板5收容于所述凹槽313并延伸至所述焊盘433。所述电路板5与所述凹槽313的匹配固定连接,且所述电路板5的厚度小于或等于所述凹槽313的深度。可以理解的是,所述电路板5不会超出所述磁轭31的下表面3112,实现了空间的合理利用,保证了所述扬声器100较小的成品高度,满足微小化的需求。
请参阅图7及图8,所述电路板5呈“T”型结构,其包括两端分别与两个所述焊盘433连接的第一部分51、与所述第一部分51相对设置的第二部分52及连接所述第一部分51和所述第二部分52的第三部分53。所述第一部分51对应收容于所述第二凹槽3132,所述第三部分53对应收容于所述第一凹槽3131,所述第二部分52自所述第三部分53延伸至所述扬声器100外侧用于与外界电路电连接。
优选的,所述第一部分51与所述焊盘433通过热压熔锡焊接固定连接,连接牢靠,同时可以减少软板连接器的数量,节约成本。
与相关技术相比,本实用新型提供的扬声器100,通过在磁轭31的下表面3111开设凹槽313,并将电路板5收容于所述凹槽313内,所述电路板5用于所述电连接件4和外界电路的电连接,实现了空间的合理利用,保证了所述扬声器100较小的成品高度,满足微小化的需求。
以上所述的仅是本实用新型的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种扬声器,包括具有收容空间的盆架、收容于所述收容空间内的磁路系统、固持于所述盆架的振动系统及固定在所述盆架的电连接件,所述振动系统包括振膜和位于所述振膜一侧的音圈,所述电连接件与所述音圈电连接,所述磁路系统包括与所述盆架固定连接的磁轭,其特征在于,所述电连接件远离所述音圈的一端形成有固定于所述盆架的焊盘,所述磁轭包括露设于所述盆架外的底板,所述底板远离所述振膜的一侧开设有凹槽,所述扬声器还包括与所述焊盘连接的电路板,所述电路板将所述电连接件与外界电路电连接,所述电路板收容于所述凹槽并延伸至所述焊盘。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述电路板与所述凹槽匹配固定连接,且所述电路板的厚度小于或等于所述凹槽的深度。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述磁轭还包括自所述底板向靠近所述振膜方向弯折延伸的侧板,所述底板和所述侧板配合形成容纳空间,所述底板包括靠近所述振膜的上表面及与所述上表面相对设置的下表面,所述凹槽由下表面向靠近所述上表面方向凹陷形成。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述盆架包括与所述振膜连接的框体及设置于所述框体远离所述振膜一端且与所述框体连接的支撑边,所述支撑边围成开口,所述磁轭与所述支撑边配合,所述底板露设于所述开口,所述焊盘露设于所述支撑边。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述支撑边包括两相对设置的第一侧边以及两相对设置的第二侧边,所述第一侧边与所述第二侧边首尾相接围成所述开口,所述焊盘露设于所述第一侧边,所述凹槽包括与所述第一侧边平行设置的第一凹槽及与所述第二侧边平行设置的第二凹槽,所述第一凹槽与所述第二凹槽连通,所述焊盘设置在所述第二凹槽远离所述第一凹槽的一端。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一凹槽与所述第二凹槽结构相同,均包括与所述上表面相对的槽底壁以及自所述槽底壁朝远离所述上表面方向延伸的槽侧壁,所述槽底壁与所述焊盘共面。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述电连接件包括支撑所述音圈的主体部、自所述主体部延伸的弹力臂以及自所述弹力臂延伸至所述盆架外侧的卡合部,所述焊盘形成在所述卡合部。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述弹力臂经所述主体部的相对两端朝对侧弯折延伸,所述弹力臂与所述主体部围成环状,所述卡合部形成在所述弹力臂的中部。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述卡合部还包括自所述弹力臂向远离所述收容空间方向延伸的延伸部及自所述延伸部末端向远离所述振膜方向弯折延伸的连接部,所述焊盘自所述连接部远离所述延伸部的一端弯折延伸形成,所述焊盘与所述延伸部相对设置,所述支撑边夹设在所述焊盘与所述延伸部之间。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述焊盘的数量为两个,两个所述焊盘分别设置在所述第一侧边,所述电路板包括两端分别与两个所述焊盘连接的第一部分、与所述第一部分相对设置的第二部分及连接所述第一部分和所述第二部分的第三部分,所述第一部分对应收容于所述第二凹槽,所述第三部分对应收容于所述第一凹槽,所述第二部分自所述第三部分延伸至所述扬声器外侧用于与外界电路电连接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一部分、所述第二部分和所述第三部分一体成型,且所述第一部分与所述第二部分相互平行,所述第三部分两端分别位于所述第一部分和所述第二部分的正中间。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一部分与所述焊盘通过热压熔锡焊接固定连接。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述盆架为金属盆架。
