一种扬声器,包括安装壳体以及收容于所述安装壳体内的振动系统及驱动所述振动系统振动发声且具有磁间隙的磁路系统,所述磁路系统包括磁轭以及固设于所述磁轭上的主磁钢和围绕所述主磁钢设置的副磁钢,所述振动系统包括发声振膜,还包括用于罩设在所述主磁钢外并与所述主磁钢相连的主体部和固设于所述主体部外周的适配部,所述适配部与所述主体部一体成型,所述适配部的下端面用于与副磁钢贴合固定,所述适配部的上端面用于与所述发声振膜连接。
在其中一个实施例中,所述适配部的上端面呈阶梯状,具有沿远离主磁钢方向依次设置的第一阶梯面与第二阶梯面,所述第一阶梯面相对于所述第二阶梯面更靠近所述振膜,所述第一阶梯面用于与发声振膜连接,所述第二阶梯面用于与所述副磁钢贴合固定。
在其中一个实施例中,所述主体部包括罩设于所述主磁钢上方的顶板以及围设于顶板外周的侧板,所述侧板的下端面与所述适配部的上端面固定连接,所述侧板、所述适配部及所述副磁钢均与所述主磁钢间隔设置形成磁间隙。
在其中一个实施例中,所述适配部包括设置于所述主体部相对两侧的第一适配部以及设置于所述主体部另外相对两侧的第二适配部,所述副磁钢包括设置于所述主磁钢相对两侧的第一副磁钢以及设置于所述主磁钢另外相对两侧的第二副磁钢, 所述第一适配部用于与所述第一副磁钢贴合固定,所述第二适配部用于与所述第二副磁钢贴合固定。
在其中一个实施例中,所述振动系统还包括用于与所述发声振膜连接的音圈支架、支撑振膜与音圈,所述音圈套设在所述主磁钢外周且所述音圈位于所述磁间隙中,所述音圈支架沿所述主体部的外周罩设在所述适配部的外部,所述音圈固设于所述音圈支架上,所述发声振膜套设在所述主体部的外周,所述发声振膜与所述音圈支架的其中一端面贴合抵触,所述支撑振膜与所述音圈支架远离所述发声振膜的端面贴合抵触。
在其中一个实施例中,所述音圈支架上设有用于与所述音圈连接配合的连接部,所述连接部包括固设于所述音圈支架上的第一贴合板和由所述第一贴合板朝所述音圈弯折延伸的第二贴合板,所述第一贴合板及所述第二贴合板均与所述音圈固定配合。
在其中一个实施例中,所述发声振膜包括连接环、振动内膜与振动外膜,所述振动内膜套设在所述主体部的外周,所述振动外膜套设在所述振动内膜的外周且与所述振动内膜间隔设置,所述连接环的其中一面连接所述振动内膜与振动外膜,所述音圈支架与所述连接环远离所述振动内膜与所述振动外膜的一面贴合抵触。
在其中一个实施例中,所述振动系统还包括限位骨架,所述限位骨架套设在所述主体部的外部,所述限位骨架位于所述振动内膜与所述主体部之间,且所述限位骨架与所述振动内膜相抵触,所述限位骨架与所述适配部的上端面连接。
在其中一个实施例中,所述扬声器还包括固设于所述安装本体内部的盆架,所述振动系统还包括柔性电路板,所述支撑振膜包括辅助安装板与缓冲振膜,所述柔性电路板与所述音圈电性连接,所述柔性电路板通过所述辅助安装板固设于所述盆架中,且所述柔性电路板与所述音圈支架远离所述发声振膜的端面贴合抵触,所述缓冲振膜与所述柔性电路板背离所述辅助安装板的一面连接。
在其中一个实施例中,所述安装壳体包括上壳体与下壳体,所述上壳体与所述下壳体配合形成装配腔,所述盆架固持于所述上壳体与所述下壳体之间。
本发明的有益效果在于:上述扬声器在使用时,在通电的情况下,振动系统与磁路系统通过电磁配合实现振动系统的发声,例如:振动系统利用音圈在磁路系统的磁间隙中切割磁感线从而实现音圈在磁间隙中的振动,即最终实现振动系统的振动发声。可以先将副磁钢与主磁钢装设在磁轭上,然后可以根据主磁钢相对于副磁钢在磁轭上的凸出高度,确定适配部在主体部上的安装长度,即保证主体部罩设在主磁钢上后,主体部能够与主磁钢的端面贴合抵触,同时也能够保证适配部与副磁钢贴合抵触。通过适配部的上端面与音圈支架及发声振膜进行连接,保证了扬声器内部结构的安装固定效果。相较于传统的扬声器(传统扬声器在将磁碗件罩设在主磁钢上后,还需要额外装设夹板来实现磁碗件与副磁钢的贴合,但是由于夹板的装设会存在装设误差,因此,无法保证扬声器内磁路的同心度,使得扬声器在发声时会出现摇摆或摆动等现象)。上述扬声器在进行装配之前,将主体部与适配部进行一体化设计,避免了主体部与副磁钢之间出现装配误差,保证了扬声器内部磁路的同心度,改善了扬声器发声时的摇摆(或振动)现象,同时上述主体部与适配部的组装结构也使得扬声器的安装或装配更加方便。

本发明的实施方式
下面结合附图和实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
参阅图1至图4,在一个实施例中,一种扬声器,包括安装壳体600以及收容于所述安装壳体600内的振动系统700及驱动所述振动系统700振动发声且具有磁间隙500的磁路系统,所述磁路系统包括磁轭200以及固设于所述磁轭200上的主磁钢300和围绕所述主磁钢300设置的副磁钢400,所述振动系统700包括发声振膜710,还包括用于罩设在所述主磁钢300外并与所述主磁钢300相连的主体部100和固设于所述主体部100外周的适配部110,所述适配部110与所述主体部100一体成型,所述适配部110的下端面用于与副磁钢400贴合固定,所述适配部110的上端面用于与所述发声振膜710连接。
上述扬声器在使用时,在通电的情况下,振动系统700与磁路系统通过电磁配合实现振动系统700的发声,例如:振动系统700利用音圈730在磁路系统的磁间隙500中切割磁感线从而实现音圈730在磁间隙500中的振动,即最终实现振动系统700的振动发声。可以先将副磁钢400与主磁钢300装设在磁轭200上,然后可以根据主磁钢300相对于副磁钢400在磁轭200上的凸出高度,确定适配部110在主体部100上的安装长度,即保证主体部100罩设在主磁钢300上后,主体部100能够与主磁钢300的端面贴合抵触,同时也能够保证适配部110与副磁钢400贴合抵触。通过适配部110的上端面与音圈支架740及发声振膜710进行连接,保证了扬声器内部结构的安装固定效果。相较于传统的扬声器(传统扬声器在将磁碗件罩设在主磁钢300上后,还需要额外装设夹板来实现磁碗件与副磁钢400的贴合,但是由于夹板的装设会存在装设误差,因此,无法保证扬声器内磁路的同心度,使得扬声器在发声时会出现摇摆或摆动等现象)。上述扬声器在进行装配之前,将主体部100与适配部110进行一体化设计,避免了主体部100与副磁钢400之间出现装配误差,保证了扬声器内部磁路的同心度,改善了扬声器发声时的摇摆(或振动)现象,同时上述主体部100与适配部110的组装结构也使得扬声器的安装或装配更加方便。
参阅图7所示,在一个实施例中,所述适配部110的上端面呈阶梯状,具有沿远离主磁钢300方向依次设置的第一阶梯面111与第二阶梯面112,所述第一阶梯面111相对于所述第二阶梯面112更靠近所述振膜,所述第一阶梯面111用于与发声振膜710连接,所述第二阶梯面112用于与所述副磁钢贴合固定。具体地,上述阶梯状结构能够使得适配部110与副磁钢400的接触更加稳定。在本实施例中,适配部110为双层的阶梯状机构,根据实际的安装要求,适配部110的阶梯层数也可以是一层阶梯或多层(指三层以上)阶梯。
参阅图2、图3与图7,在一个实施例中,所述主体部100包括罩设于所述主磁钢300上方的顶板101以及围设于顶板101外周的侧板102,所述侧板102的下端面与所述适配部110的上端面固定连接,所述侧板102、所述适配部110及所述副磁钢400均与所述主磁钢300间隔设置形成磁间隙500。所述侧板102、所述适配部110与所述顶板101可以一体成型。副磁钢400的个数可以为4个,即4个副磁钢400沿主磁钢300的周向间隔设置。同时,根据副磁钢400的个数以及没个副磁钢400的布置位置,确定侧板102以及适配部110的个数及安装位置。进一步地,上述这种实施方式所形成的磁间隙500能够使得音圈730在磁间隙500中的振动更加稳定,同时也能够有效保证音圈730在磁间隙500中的振动频率。
参阅图4所示,在一个实施例中,所述适配部110包括设置于所述主体部100相对两侧的第一适配部120以及设置于所述主体部100另外相对两侧的第二适配部130,所述副磁钢400包括设置于所述主磁钢300相对两侧的第一副磁钢410以及设置于所述主磁钢300另外相对两侧的第二副磁钢420,所述第一适配部120用于与所述第一副磁钢410贴合固定,所述第二适配部130用于与所述第二副磁钢420贴合固定。具体地,主磁钢300的形状可以根据扬声器的实际尺寸或安装形状进行变更。例如:主磁钢300为长方体或类长方体(指主磁钢300的整体形状与长方体的形状相似)时,第一副磁钢410与第二副磁钢420均为两个,两个第一副磁钢410沿主磁钢300的短轴边在主磁钢300的对应两侧间隔设置,两个第二副磁钢420沿主磁钢300的长轴边在主磁钢300的对应两侧间隔设置。进一步地,第一适配部120与第二适配部130可以是适配块或适配板。主体部100的形状可以根据扬声器的实际尺寸或安装形状进行变更。例如:主体部100为长方体或类长方体(指主体部100的整体形状与长方体的形状相似)时,第一适配部120与第二适配部130均为两个,两个第一适配部120沿主体部100的短轴边在主体部100的对应两侧间隔设置,两个第二适配部130沿主体部100的长轴边在主体部100的对应两侧间隔设置。
参阅图2至图4,在一个实施例中,所述振动系统700还包括用于与所述发声振膜710连接的音圈支架740、支撑振膜720与音圈730,所述音圈730套设在所述主磁钢300外周且所述音圈730位于所述磁间隙500中,所述音圈支架740沿所述主体部100的外周罩设在所述适配部110的外部,所述音圈730固设于所述音圈支架740上,所述发声振膜710套设在所述主体部100的外周,所述发声振膜710与所述音圈支架740的其中一端面贴合抵触,所述支撑振膜720与所述音圈支架740远离所述发声振膜710的端面贴合抵触。具体地,音圈支架740套设在主体部100的外部,然后连接部741伸入磁间隙500中,并实现连接部741与音圈730的贴合抵触。发声振膜710套设在主体部100的外部,支撑振膜720固设于盆架610中。盆架610能够固设在安装壳体600上,因此,发声振膜710与支撑振膜720可以借助盆架610在安装壳体600内部实现辅助固定。进一步地,在通电情况下,音圈730首先在磁间隙500中进行振动,同时音圈730能够带动音圈支架740同步振动,音圈支架740会带动发声振膜710与支撑振膜720进行同步振动,即发声振膜710发出振动声波,支撑振膜720对音圈支架740的振动起到支撑缓冲的作用,同时在支撑振膜720的限制下,也能够更加有效的保证音圈支架740按照预设方向进行振动,即避免声音出现失真。
参阅图5和图6所示,在一个实施例中,所述音圈支架740上设有用于与所述音圈730连接配合的连接部741,所述连接部741包括固设于所述音圈支架740上的第一贴合板7411和由所述第一贴合板7411朝所述音圈弯折延伸的第二贴合板7412,所述第一贴合板7411及所述第二贴合板7412均与所述音圈730固定配合。。具体地,通过第一贴合板7411与第二贴合板7412对音圈730相邻的两个面进行贴合抵触。同时,根据音圈730的自身形状,确定第一贴合板7411与第二贴合板7412的夹角度数。因此,上述这种实施方式能够有效保证第一贴合板7411与第二贴合板7412与音圈730充分的贴合抵触。
参阅图2至图4,在一个实施例中,所述发声振膜710包括连接环711、振动内膜712与振动外膜713,所述振动内膜712套设在所述主体部100的外周,所述振动外膜713套设在所述振动内膜712的外周且与所述振动内膜712间隔设置,所述连接环711的其中一面连接所述振动内膜712与振动外膜713,所述音圈支架740与所述连接环711远离所述振动内膜712与所述振动外膜713的一面贴合抵触。具体地,通过连接环711对振动内膜712与振动外膜713进行拼接,例如:振动内膜712与振动外膜713能均与连接环711胶黏粘接。同时,根据安装需要连接环711与音圈支架740也可以胶黏粘接。音圈支架740在带动连接环711进行振动时,连接环711能够保证振动内膜712与振动外膜713同步振动,即保证了扬声器的出声效果。这仅仅是其中一种实施方式,例如:根据实际情况,发声振膜710可以采用单膜结构,即仅利用一个振膜与音圈支架740进行抵触,并随音圈支架740的振动进行发声。
参阅图2至图4,在一个实施例中,所述振动系统700还包括限位骨架750,所述限位骨架750套设在所述主体部100的外部,所述限位骨架750位于所述振动内膜712与所述主体部100之间,且所述限位骨架750与所述振动内膜712相抵触。所述限位骨架750与所述适配部110的上端面连接。具体地,考虑到振动内膜712套设在主体部100的外部后,振动内膜712与主体部100之间会留有安装间隙,将限位骨架750套设在主体部100上,使得限位骨架750能够填充该安装间隙。即振动内膜712在振动时与限位骨架750保持抵触,有效保证了振动内膜712在振动时的同心度。
参阅图2至图4,在一个实施例中,所述扬声器还包括固设于所述安装本体内部的盆架610,所述振动系统700还包括柔性电路板760,所述支撑振膜720包括辅助安装板721与缓冲振膜722,所述柔性电路板760与所述音圈730电性连接,所述柔性电路板760通过所述辅助安装板721固设于所述盆架610中,且所述柔性电路板760与所述音圈支架740远离所述发声振膜710的端面贴合抵触,所述缓冲振膜722与所述柔性电路板760背离所述辅助安装板721的一面连接。具体地,通过柔性电路板760为音圈730进行供电。通过柔性电路板760与缓冲振膜722的协同配合能够对音圈支架740的振动起到更加有效的缓冲效果。同时,通过辅助安装板721对柔性电路板760进行辅助固定,使得柔性电路板760在安装壳体600内部的安装更加稳固。
参阅图2和图4,在一个实施例中,所述安装壳体600包括上壳体620与下壳体630,所述上壳体620与所述下壳体630配合形成装配腔(未标注),所述盆架610固持于所述上壳体620与所述下壳体630之间。具体地,上述这种实施方式能够实现安装壳体600的分体拆装,即更加便于扬声器的安装。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种扬声器,其包括安装壳体以及收容于所述安装壳体内的振动系统及驱动所述振动系统振动发声且具有磁间隙的磁路系统,所述磁路系统包括磁轭以及固设于所述磁轭上的主磁钢和围绕所述主磁钢设置的副磁钢,所述振动系统包括发声振膜,其特征在于,所述扬声器还包括用于罩设在所述主磁钢外并与所述主磁钢相连的主体部和固设于所述主体部外周的适配部,所述适配部与所述主体部一体成型,所述适配部的下端面用于与副磁钢贴合固定,所述适配部的上端面用于与所述发声振膜连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述适配部的上端面呈阶梯状,具有沿远离主磁钢方向依次设置的第一阶梯面与第二阶梯面,所述第一阶梯面相对于所述第二阶梯面更靠近所述振膜,所述第一阶梯面用于与发声振膜连接,所述第二阶梯面用于与所述副磁钢贴合固定。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述主体部包括罩设于所述主磁钢上方的顶板以及围设于顶板外周的侧板,所述侧板的下端面与所述适配部的上端面固定连接,所述侧板、所述适配部及所述副磁钢均与所述主磁钢间隔设置形成磁间隙。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述适配部包括设置于所述主体部相对两侧的第一适配部以及设置于所述主体部另外相对两侧的第二适配部,所述副磁钢包括设置于所述主磁钢相对两侧的第一副磁钢以及设置于所述主磁钢另外相对两侧的第二副磁钢, 所述第一适配部用于与所述第一副磁钢贴合固定,所述第二适配部用于与所述第二副磁钢贴合固定。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述振动系统还包括用于与所述发声振膜连接的音圈支架、支撑振膜与音圈,所述音圈套设在所述主磁钢外周且所述音圈位于所述磁间隙中,所述音圈支架沿所述主体部的外周罩设在所述适配部的外部,所述音圈固设于所述音圈支架上,所述发声振膜套设在所述主体部的外周,所述发声振膜与所述音圈支架的其中一端面贴合抵触,所述支撑振膜与所述音圈支架远离所述发声振膜的端面贴合抵触。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述音圈支架上设有用于与所述音圈连接配合的连接部,所述连接部包括固设于所述音圈支架上的第一贴合板和由所述第一贴合板朝所述音圈弯折延伸的第二贴合板,所述第一贴合板及所述第二贴合板均与所述音圈固定配合。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述发声振膜包括连接环、振动内膜与振动外膜,所述振动内膜套设在所述主体部的外周,所述振动外膜套设在所述振动内膜的外周且与所述振动内膜间隔设置,所述连接环的其中一面连接所述振动内膜与振动外膜,所述音圈支架与所述连接环远离所述振动内膜与所述振动外膜的一面贴合抵触。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述振动系统还包括限位骨架,所述限位骨架套设在所述主体部的外部,所述限位骨架位于所述振动内膜与所述主体部之间,且所述限位骨架与所述振动内膜相抵触,所述限位骨架与所述适配部的上端面连接。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述扬声器还包括固设于所述安装本体内部的盆架,所述振动系统还包括柔性电路板,所述支撑振膜包括辅助安装板与缓冲振膜,所述柔性电路板与所述音圈电性连接,所述柔性电路板通过所述辅助安装板固设于所述盆架中,且所述柔性电路板与所述音圈支架远离所述发声振膜的端面贴合抵触,所述缓冲振膜与所述柔性电路板背离所述辅助安装板的一面连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述安装壳体包括上壳体与下壳体,所述上壳体与所述下壳体配合形成装配腔,所述盆架固持于所述上壳体与所述下壳体之间。
