背景技术
目前的发声器件包括具有收容空间的壳体和收容于壳体内的发声单体。壳体包括相互组配以形成该收容空间的上壳体和下壳体。下壳体通常包括塑胶框体以及包覆在塑胶框体上的金属壳体。发声单体将收容空间分隔成前腔和后腔,下壳体、发声单体以及部分上壳体共同组成后腔。因此,塑胶框体占据后腔的空间使得后腔体积减小,可灌粉的空间变小,从而影响声学性能。

优选的,所述上壳体包括顶壁、自顶壁的边缘弯折延伸的上侧壁、与上侧壁连接的出声通道、自顶壁朝向收容空间延伸的支架以及与支架固定连接的盆架;所述出声通道与所述收容空间连通;所述密封面与所述上侧壁以及盆架抵接固定。
优选的,所述振膜与所述顶壁间隔设置以形成前腔,所述前腔与所述出声通道连通,所述振膜固定于所述盆架与支架之间。
优选的,所述发声单体与所述上壳体以及所述下壳体共同围成后声腔,所述发声器件还包括位于后声腔的透气隔离件,所述透气隔离件贴设于发声单体并与所述支架固定连接;所述透气隔离件、支架、上壳体以及下壳体共同围成灌粉空间,用于填充吸音材料。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果在于:上述发声器件将下壳体的金属侧壁端部弯折形成弯折边与上壳体连接,同时仅在四个角部位置设置塑胶件,通过内折形成上壳体和下壳体的密封面,且塑胶部分减少了体积,进而增大了可灌粉空间的体积。

本发明的实施方式
下面结合附图和实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
参阅图1至图5所示,在本实施例中,本发明提供的一种发声器件100,包括:具有收容空间的壳体1和收容于壳体中的发声单体101,发声单体101包括具有振膜21的振动系统以及磁路系统。
壳体1包括上壳体11和下壳体12,上壳体11与下壳体12相互组配形成收容空间。
下壳体12包括大致呈平板状的金属底壁121、自金属底壁121的边缘朝向上壳体11弯折延伸且间隔设置的多个下金属侧壁122以及用于连接相邻两个下金属侧壁122的多个密封连接件123。密封连接件123为塑胶材质,其还嵌设有用于电连接的金属导电件(图中未标号示出),如此设置,方便外部电路与发声单体101形成电连接,每个下金属侧壁122靠近上壳体11的一端沿垂直于振膜21的振动方向弯折延伸形成弯折边1220。弯折边1220与密封连接件123的底面共同形成密封面124。弯折边1220与密封连接件123的底面平齐。
在本实施例中,金属底壁121包括相对间隔设置的一对长边1211和一对短边1212。金属底壁121上开设有灌粉孔1210。本实施例中,设有4个下金属侧壁122,为分别自一对短边1212弯折延伸形成的第一侧壁1222和第二侧壁1223,以及分别自一对长边1211弯折延伸形成的第三侧壁1224和第四侧壁1225。第一侧壁1222与第二侧壁1223相对设置,第一侧壁1222的两端分别与第三侧壁1224的一端和第四侧壁1225一端间隔设置。第二侧壁1223的两端分别与第三侧壁1224的另一端和第四侧壁1225的另一端间隔设置。
在本实施例中,下壳体12包括4个密封连接件123,分别一对连接第一侧壁1222与第三侧壁1224之间以及第一侧壁1222与第四侧壁1225之间的第一连接件1231,以及,一对连接第二侧壁1223与第三侧壁1224之间以及第二侧壁1223与第四侧壁1225之间的第二连接件1232。
在本实施例中,第一连接件1231包括第一拐角部1231a以及自第一拐角部1231a的相对两端彼此背离延伸的第一连接部1231b和第二连接部1231c。第一连接部1231b与第一侧壁1222连接,第二连接部1231c与第三侧壁1224或第四侧壁1225连接。
第二连接件1232包括连接本体1232a以及连接本体1232a朝向收容空间弯折延伸的第一弯折臂1232b和第二弯折臂1232c。第一弯折臂1232b与第二弯折臂1232c间隔设置。连接本体1232a与第三侧壁1224或第四侧壁1225连接,第一弯折臂1232b与第二侧壁1222连接,第二弯折臂1232c伸入收容空间内。
上壳体11包括大致呈平板状顶壁110、自顶壁110弯折延伸的上侧壁111以及与上侧壁111连接的出声通道112。出声通道112与收容空间连通。
上壳体11还包括自所述顶壁110朝向所述下壳体12延伸的支架113以及与支架113固定连接的盆架114,支架113大致呈环状。上壳体11、支架113、盆架114以及下壳体12共同围成后声腔70。上壳体11与下壳体12的密封面124抵接固定以密封该后声腔70。
盆架114大致呈环状,包括一对间隔设置的长轴侧1141和一对间隔设置的短轴侧1142。短轴侧1142包括沿振动方向延伸的第一延伸臂1142a以及与第一延伸臂1142a连接并朝向磁路系统30延伸的第二延伸臂1142b。在本实施例中,盆架114的长轴侧1141分别与第三侧壁1224的折弯边1220及相应的密封连接件123的底面抵接固定;第一侧壁1222的折弯边1220及其相应的密封连接件123的底面与上壳体11的上侧壁111抵接固定;第二侧壁1223的折弯边1220及其相应的密封连接件123的底面与盆架114的第二延伸臂1142b抵接固定。
所述振动系统20包括固设于所述盆架114的振膜21、驱动所述振膜21振动发声的音圈23、与所述振膜21间隔设置的弹性支撑件25以及骨架27,所述弹性支撑件25的一端固定于所述盆架114,其另一端固定于所述骨架27,所述音圈23固定于所述骨架27。其中,所述音圈23与外部电路电连接,所述音圈23通电后,所述音圈23在所述磁路系统30磁场的作用下振动,与此同时,所述音圈23带动所述振膜21振动。振膜21与顶壁110间隔设置以形成前声腔50,前声腔50与出声通道112连通,以使声音传出。
所述磁路系统30包括固定于所述盆架114上的磁轭31以及固设于所述磁轭31上的主磁部33和多个副磁部34,多个所述副磁部34环绕所述主磁部33并与所述主磁部33间隔设置形成所述磁间隙3A。磁路系统30还包括固设于所述主磁部33和所述副磁部34背离所述磁轭31的一侧的夹板37。磁轭31固定于盆架114的第二延伸臂1142b。
磁路系统30还包括套设于夹板37的固定件38,固定件38用于连接振膜21与夹板37。
发声器件100还包括位于后声腔70的透气隔离件60。透气隔离件60贴设于磁轭31。透气隔离件60、磁轭31、下壳体12、支架113和上壳体11共同围成灌粉空间31,灌粉空间31与灌粉孔1210连通。
本申请中,由于将原来的下壳体的塑胶件部分减少,且利用下壳体的折弯边与上壳体连接以形成密封面,从而增大了可灌粉的后腔的体积。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。在本发明的描述中,“多个”的含义是至少两个,例如两个,三个等,除非另有明确具体的限定。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系,除非另有明确的限定。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征“上”或“下”可以是第一和第二特征直接接触,或第一和第二特征通过中间媒介间接接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”可是第一特征在第二特征正上方或斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”可以是第一特征在第二特征正下方或斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种发声器件,包括:具有收容空间的壳体以及收容于所述收容空间内的发声单体,所述发声单体包括磁路系统以及具有振膜的振动系统;其特征在于,所述壳体包括上壳体以及与上壳体组装以形成所述收容空间的下壳体;所述下壳体包括金属底壁、自所述金属底壁弯折延伸形成且间隔设置的多个下金属侧壁以及设于相邻两下金属侧壁之间的密封连接件;所述下金属侧壁靠近所述上壳体的一端沿垂直于所述振膜的振动方向弯折延伸形成弯折边,所述弯折边与密封连接件的底面共同形成密封面,所述密封面与所述上壳体连接形成密封。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述金属底壁呈矩形结构,所述下金属侧壁分别自所述金属底壁的四个侧边朝向所述上壳体的一端弯折延伸形成;所述密封连接件连接在相邻的两下金属侧壁之间;所述弯折边与所述密封连接件的底面平齐。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述金属底壁包括相对间隔设置的一对短边和一对长边,所述下金属侧壁分别为分别与一对短边连接的第一侧壁和第二侧壁以及分别与一对长边连接的第三侧壁和第四侧壁;
    所述密封连接件包括一对第一连接件和一对第二连接件,一对所述第一连接件分别连接所述第一侧壁和第三侧壁以及第一侧壁和第四侧壁;所述一对第二连接件分别连接所述第二侧壁和第三侧壁以及第二侧壁和第四侧壁。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述第一连接件包括拐角部以及自所述拐角部的相对两侧彼此背离延伸形成的第一固定部和第二固定部,所述第一固定部与所述第一侧壁连接,所述第二固定部与所述第三侧壁或第四侧壁连接。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述第二连接件包括连接本体以及自所述连接本体朝向所述收容空间弯折延伸的第一弯折臂和第二弯折臂,所述第一弯折臂与所述第二弯折臂间隔设置,所述第一弯折臂与所述第二侧壁固定连接,所述连接本体与所述第三侧壁或第四侧壁固定连接,所述第二弯折臂伸入所述收容空间。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述上壳体包括顶壁、自顶壁的边缘弯折延伸的上侧壁、与上侧壁连接的出声通道、自顶壁朝向收容空间延伸的支架以及与支架固定连接的盆架;所述出声通道与所述收容空间连通;所述密封面与所述上侧壁以及盆架抵接固定。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述振膜与所述顶壁间隔设置以形成前腔,所述前腔与所述出声通道连通,所述振膜固定于所述盆架与支架之间。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述发声单体与所述上壳体以及所述下壳体共同围成后声腔,所述发声器件还包括位于后声腔的透气隔离件,所述透气隔离件贴设于发声单体并与所述支架固定连接;所述透气隔离件、支架、上壳体以及下壳体共同围成灌粉空间,用于填充吸音材料。
